Description

The present invention relates to a saddle used for, for example, a wristwatch band.

As shown in FIG. 9, the middle ring according to the present invention is for loosening or tightening an annular wristwatch band wound around an arm or the like, and is attached to a part of the wristwatch band, for example. The wristwatch can be detached from the arm or attached to the wrist by rotating in a single-opening or double-opening manner.

例えば、特許文献1では、時計用バンドに使用される中留構造において、中留本体を例えばセラミックス等で構成することが開示されている(特許文献1)   Usually, since a metal is easy to mold, a middle end is often composed of a metal. However, from the viewpoint of aesthetics today, there is a demand to make the middle of the watch band made of ceramics. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses that in a middle structure used for a watch band, the middle body is made of, for example, ceramics (Patent Document 1).

However, when the movable device such as middle ends is made of ceramics, not only the size of the middle ends changes due to firing, but also the degree of shrinkage differs depending on the location depending on the shape of the middle ends, so There was a problem in that it was not possible to open and close the fasteners well. For this reason, in the case where the middle ends are made of ceramics or the like, a mechanism for compensating for some positional accuracy has been required in order to open and close the middle ends satisfactorily.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-255511

The present invention has been made in view of the above, and an object of the present invention is to provide a strap for a band, a band, and a wristwatch capable of improving the position accuracy easily and simply.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the band retainer according to the present invention has a fixing member having a first pin hole at an end,
A movable member having a second pin hole at the end;
A connecting pin that is inserted through the first and second pin holes and rotatably connects the movable member to the fixed member;
In the band retainer comprising: a locking member that locks the fixed member and the movable member at a position where the fixed member and the movable member overlap each other.
An elastic member is disposed at least inside the second pin hole, and the elastic member presses the movable member in one direction.

According to the present invention, the elastic member is disposed in a space between the connecting pin inserted into the first and second pin holes and at least the inner wall of the second pin hole, and the movable member is pressed in one direction by the elastic member. Therefore, the position accuracy can be improved.

Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a band retainer, a band, and a wristwatch that can improve the position accuracy easily and simply.

Hereinafter, a watch band according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. However, the embodiments described below are merely examples of the present invention and are not intended to limit the present invention. In addition, in each figure, about the common member and component, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected and the overlapping description is abbreviate | omitted.
(Embodiment 1)
FIG. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a band retainer according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention, in particular, a double-open type band retainer. FIG. 2 (a) is a top view thereof, and FIG. It is a front view.

As shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 2 (a), and FIG. 2 (b), the band anchor 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention has a first pin hole 3 at the end. A member 2, a movable member 4 having a second pin hole 5 at the end, and a connection that is inserted into the first and second pin holes 3, 5 and rotatably connects the movable member 4 to the fixed member 2. In the band retainer 1 comprising a pin 6 and a locking member 7 that locks the fixed member 2 and the movable member 4 at a position where the fixed member 2 and the movable member 4 overlap each other, An elastic member 8 is disposed inside the two-pin hole 5, and the elastic member 8 presses the movable member 4 in one direction.

3 and 4 are enlarged views of the connecting portion between the fixed member 2 and the movable member 4. The fixed member 2 is disposed on both sides of the movable member 4, and a first pin hole 3 and a second pin hole 5 are formed at their ends substantially perpendicular to the respective longitudinal directions. By setting the diameter of the second pin hole 5 formed in the movable member 4 to be larger than that of the first pin hole 3 formed in the fixed member 2, a space 9 for accommodating the elastic member 8 is provided. The diameter of the second pin hole 5 formed in the movable member 4 is preferably 0.2 mm to 0.95 mm larger than the diameter of the first pin hole 3 formed in the fixed member 2, and 0.3 mm to 0.6 mm. More preferably, it is large.

The elastic member 8 according to the present invention is preferably attached to the cylindrical body 10. Since the tube 11 is inserted into the through hole of the cylindrical body 10 and the tube 11 and the cylindrical body 10 are disposed so as to be rotatable relative to each other, the elastic member 8 attached to the cylindrical body 10 is easily changed in direction. can do. Since the elastic member 8 is fitted into the long hole (second pin hole 5) of the movable member 4, and the elastic member 8 and the movable member 4 can rotate together, the elastic member 8 is cylindrical as described above. By attaching the tube 11 and the cylindrical body 10 to each other so as to be rotatable relative to each other, the movable member 4 can be rotated with respect to the fixed member 2 without resistance.

In a state where the tube 11 is inserted through the cylindrical body 10 to which the elastic member 8 is attached, the elastic member 8 is positioned in the space 9 between the inner wall 5 ′ of the second pin hole 5 and the outer surface 11 ′ of the tube 11. To do. Further, the pins 12 having a diameter larger than the inner diameter of the tube 11 are press-fitted from both ends of the tube 11, the diameters of both ends of the tube 11 are expanded, and the tube 11 is fixed to the fixing member 2. The tube 11 according to the first embodiment and the pins 12 press-fitted at both ends thereof correspond to the connecting pin 6 according to the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 3, the elastic member 8 is in a space 9 formed between the inner wall 5 ′ of the second pin hole 5 of the movable member 4 and the outer surface 11 ′ of the tube 11. Both ends of the elastic member 8 located on the other end side and curved in a substantially U shape come into contact with the inner wall 5 ′ on the other end side of the movable member 4 on the inner wall of the second pin hole 5 of the movable member 4, and the elastic member 8. Presses the movable member 4 in the other end direction. Therefore, the wobbling of the movable member 4 with respect to the fixed member 2 can be prevented even when the movable member 4 is opened and closed. From this, the movable member 4 can be opened and closed while the positional accuracy is maintained favorably with respect to the fixed member 2. Here, with respect to the movable member 4, one end means a position located on the outer side when the middle ends are assembled, and the other end means a side located on the center when the middle ends are assembled.

When an external force in one end direction is applied to the movable member 4, both ends of the substantially U-shaped elastic member 8 are on the other end side of the inner wall of the second pin hole 5 of the movable member 4 as shown in FIG. 4. When pressed by the inner wall 5 ', the elastic member 8 is substantially I-shaped. However, if it is about normal external force, the state of FIG. 3 can be maintained and the positional accuracy can be kept good.

FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the elastic member 8. The elastic member 8 is attached to a part of the outer surface of the cylindrical body 10. In the first embodiment, the elastic member 8 is formed in a substantially U shape, and the central portion of the elastic member, that is, the lower portion of the U-shaped portion of the elastic member 8 is attached to the cylindrical body 10 with, for example, an adhesive. Has been.

The elastic member 8 may be composed of any material as long as it generates an elastic force, and examples thereof include metals, alloys, and plastics.

The elastic member 8 may be of any form as long as it can press the movable member 4 in one direction, such as a member in which a spiral spring is attached to a cylindrical body substantially perpendicularly. There may be.

6 (a) and 6 (b) are a top view and a front view of the fixing member 2, and only one of them formed symmetrically is shown. The fixed member 2 is located on both sides of the movable member 4, and as shown in FIG. 6B, has a long hole 13 into which the locking member is inserted near the center. A pair of fixing members 2 are arranged apart from each other, and a space formed between the fixing members corresponds to the accommodating portion in the present invention. In the first embodiment, the fixing member 2 is formed as a separate body, but a part thereof may be connected. Even when the fixed members 2 are connected, it is important that the fixed members 2 are separated from each other, and an accommodating portion for accommodating the movable member 4 is formed therebetween.

First pin holes 3 are formed at both ends of the fixing member 2 according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention, and the connecting pin 6 is provided on the side surface of the fixing member 2, that is, the side surface arranged outside when these are assembled. It is preferable to provide a space 3 ′ for accommodating the head of the head. Since the head of the connecting pin 6 hardly protrudes from the outer surface, it can be configured with excellent aesthetics.

Furthermore, since the fixing member 2 formed symmetrically separately is used for the band retainer 1, the entire surface of the fixing member 2 can be cleanly polished and assembled as the band retainer 1. The surface of the fixing member 2 serving as the inner side can also be configured with excellent aesthetics compared to the inner surface of the conventional fixing member configured integrally.

7A to 7C are a top view, a front view, and a side view of the movable member 4 according to the present invention. A long hole for connecting to the fixed member 2, that is, a second pin hole 5 is formed through one end of the movable member 4. In addition, a first through hole 14 for connecting to a watch band (not shown), for example, is formed at the upper end of the other end. Furthermore, a second through hole 15 for fixing the movable member 4 to the locking member 7 is formed at the lower end of the other end, and a part of the locking member 7 is inserted into the second through hole 15. Thus, the movable member 4 is fixed to the locking member 7.

The first and second pin holes 3 and 5 of the fixed member 2 or the movable member 4 according to the present invention are preferably filled with resin or metal, and a copy hole is formed in the resin or metal. By forming the copy hole using resin or metal, the positional accuracy between the movable member 4 and the fixed member 2 can be further improved.

Moreover, it is preferable that at least one of the fixed member 2 and the movable member 4 is made of ceramics. Examples of ceramics include oxide ceramics such as Al 2 O 3 , SiO 2 , TiO 2 , Ti 2 O 3 , ZrO 2 , Y 2 O 3 , BaTiO 3 , SrTiO 3 , AlN, Si 3 N 4 , SiN. , TiN, BN, ZrN, HfN, VN, TaN, NbN, CrN, Cr 2 N, and other nitride ceramics, graphite, SiC, ZrC, Al 4 C 3 , CaC 2 , WC, TiC, HfC, VC, TaC And carbide ceramics such as NbC, boride ceramics such as ZrB 2 and MoB, or composite ceramics in which two or more of these are arbitrarily combined.
Furthermore, cermet is a kind of ceramics and can be suitably used.

However, as long as the function in the present invention can be exhibited, the fixed member 2 and the movable member 4 may be made of any material and are not limited to ceramic materials. For example, a metal, an alloy, a plastic, or the like may be used.

8A to 8C are a top view, a front view, and a side view of the locking member according to the present invention. The locking member 7 is in a through hole of a long hole 13 provided at the center of the fixed member 2, and locks the fixed member 2 and the movable member 4 when the fixed member 2 and the movable member 4 overlap each other. . As shown in FIGS. 8A to 8C, the locking member 7 is formed by symmetrically overlapping two identical members 16 and assembling them as shown in FIGS. 8A to 8C, so that the projecting portion 17 moves outward. Then, the protrusion 17 is removed from the second through hole 15 of the movable member 4, and the movable member 4 is released from the locking member 7. When the movable member 4 is made of, for example, ceramics, the position of the second through hole 15 at the lower end of the other end of the movable member 4 engaged with the locking member 7 is shifted due to shrinkage due to firing or the like. Although there are cases where opening and closing cannot be performed satisfactorily, an elastic member 8 is disposed inside the second pin hole 5 formed at one end of the movable member 4 as in the present invention, and the movable member is moved by the elastic member 8. For example, by pressing 4 to the other end side, it is possible to prevent positional deviation between the protruding portion 17 of the locking member 7 and the second through hole 15 at the lower end of the other end of the movable member 4. The movable member 4 can be opened and closed while the positional accuracy is maintained well.

(Embodiment 2)
FIG. 9 is a schematic diagram of a wristwatch according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention, and shows a state where the middle ring 1 is fully opened and a state where it is half opened.

As shown in FIG. 9, the wristwatch 18 according to the second embodiment of the present invention includes the band middle anchor 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention and the upper end of the other end of the movable member 4 of the band middle retainer 1. A band portion 19 connected to the first through hole 14 and a timepiece portion 20 connected to the band portion 19 are provided. The movable member 4 is opened when the protrusion 17 of the locking member 7 is disengaged from the second through hole 15 at the lower end of the other end of the movable member 4. The opening direction of the movable member 4 is opposite to the timepiece unit 20 as shown in FIG.

In the wristwatch 18 according to the present invention, the elastic member 8 is provided inside the second pin hole 5 on one end side of the movable member 4 even when the band retainer 1 is made of ceramics or the like. Since the movable member 4 is pressed to the other end side by the elastic member 8, the positional accuracy between the movable member 4 and the fixed member 2 can be kept good.

Heretofore, a wristwatch band has been described, but the band anchor 1 according to the present invention can also be applied to bands such as bracelets and necklaces, for example. In this case, the band includes the band retainer 1 according to the first embodiment, and a band portion connected to the other end of the movable member 4 of the band retainer.

In the band according to the present invention, similarly to the above, even when the band retainer 1 is made of ceramics or the like, the elastic member 8 is disposed inside the through hole on one end side of the movable member 4, and the elastic Since the movable member 8 is pressed to the other end side by the member, the positional accuracy between the movable member 4 and the fixed member 2 can be kept good.
