Description
The present invention relates to a bushing connected to a bushing of a power device (an opposite-side bushing) via an elastic insulating spacer and a connection portion of the bushing.
Conventionally, a bushing for receiving a terminal of an electric power cable constituting a cable line is provided in a portion connecting a sealed high voltage device such as a gas insulated switchgear (GIS) and a cable line. ing.
GIS is an innocuous, inert and innocuous material that has excellent insulation and arc-extinguishing performance in a sealed metal container that houses the circuit breakers and disconnectors installed in power plants and substations, and the electrical circuits connecting them. It is configured by filling with sulfur fluoride (SF 6 ) gas.
2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, a solid insulation switchgear (SIS) configured by solid insulation such as epoxy instead of SF 6 gas is known as a switchgear.
The SIS is configured by insulating a circuit breaker, a disconnector, an electric circuit, and the like by solid insulation such as an epoxy mold having a ground layer on an outer surface.
This SIS includes a device-side bushing in which an internal conductor connected to a circuit breaker, a disconnector, an electric circuit, or the like is covered with a hard insulator such as epoxy.
FIG. 1 is a partial cross-sectional view showing a connection structure between bushings in a conventional switchgear. Here, a connection structure in which a bus-side bushing for connecting a bus is connected to the device-side bushing is shown.
In the connection structure shown in FIG. 1, the device-
The device side bushing 10 and the bus bar side bushing 20 have an insulating molded product (hereinafter referred to as “elastic insulating spacer”) 30 having elasticity such as insulating rubber between the
In this connection structure, the outer edge portion of the
When a triple junction is formed at the connection portion between the device-side bushing 10 and the bus-side bushing 20 as described above, an electric field may enter the triple junction to cause partial discharge. The occurrence of partial discharge may cause dielectric breakdown of the connecting portions of the
FIG. 2 is a diagram showing equipotential lines at the connection portion between the bushings shown in FIG. 1, and shows equipotential lines at the connection portion between the bushings using the bus-side bushing having the constricted portion 20c. Note that FIG. 2 schematically shows a half cross section of the connecting portion between the bushings. The axis of the
As shown in FIG. 2, the connection portion between the bushings using the bus-side bushing having a constricted portion is formed by providing a
By the way, in FIG.1 and FIG.2, although the case where the bus-
In this configuration, a bushing (hereinafter referred to as “cable-side bushing”) in which an inner conductor for connecting to a power cable is covered with a hard insulator such as epoxy is connected to the device-
In the case of the bus-side bushing 20 of FIGS. 1 and 2, the outer diameter of the
On the other hand, when connecting the cable side bushing to the device side bushing 10, a connection method (inner cone type) using a stress cone and a stress cone pressing device, or a rubber unit made of silicone rubber or the like is used as the outer periphery of the bushing. It is necessary to connect the end of the power cable to the cable-side bushing by any known connection method (outer cone type) by attaching to the cable. Thereby, since a stress cone and a stress cone pressing device are arranged inside the cable side bushing or a cable conductor is arranged, the outer diameter of the cable side bushing itself has to be increased.
That is, when the cable-side bushing is connected to the device-side bushing 10, the
Unlike the structure shown in FIG. 2, the electric field enters the range b near the triple junction P at the connecting portion between the bushings using the cable side bushing without the constricted portion shown in FIG. As a result, there is a risk of causing dielectric breakdown of the connection portion.
The cable side bushing in which the constricted part cannot be provided in the bushing for configuring the connection part of the power cable in this way, or the electric field enters the vicinity of the triple junction P even if it can be provided. In the bushing, in order to prevent the electric field from entering, it is conceivable to increase the insulation thickness of the hard insulator.
However, increasing the insulation thickness of the hard insulator in the cable-side bushing is not a practical measure because the bushing itself becomes larger from the viewpoint of cost reduction such as downsizing of equipment and material costs in recent years. . Further, even if the bushing constituting the connecting portion of the power cable, that is, the cable side bushing is not used, a similar problem occurs when there is a restriction that the constricted portion cannot be provided.
This invention is made | formed in view of this point, and it aims at providing the connection part of a bushing which can perform suitable electric field relaxation in the connection part of bushings, and a bushing.
The bushing of the present invention is a bushing that is connected to the mating bushing through an elastic insulating spacer, and has an inner conductor that has one end passing through the elastic insulating spacer and connected to the inner conductor of the mating bushing; An end surface for covering the outer periphery of the conductor and joining the elastic bushing to the other end bushing at one end ; and a hard insulator having a bushing flange portion in the vicinity of the end surface of the insertion portion ; In the hard insulator, concentrically with the inner conductor, an electric field relaxation annular metal fitting embedded in the bushing flange portion, and a conductive paint applied to the outer surface of the hard insulator comprising a shielding layer, and wherein the other end of the internal conductor is provided connecting portion for connecting the conductor of the power cable, the other end of the insulator of the rigid A connecting portion for connecting a terminal of the power cable is provided, and when the annular fitting is joined to the mating bushing, the inner peripheral end of the annular fitting is on the inner side than the outer peripheral edge of the elastic insulating spacer The structure embedded in the position is taken .
The connecting portion of the bushing according to the present invention is a connecting portion of the bushing in which the bushing having the above configuration is connected to the mating bushing via an elastic insulating spacer, and the insertion portion of the bushing is in contact with the end surface. The bushing is joined to the mating bushing, and the inner conductor of the bushing passes through the elastic insulating spacer and is connected to the inner conductor of the mating bushing.
According to the present invention, it is possible to perform suitable electric field relaxation at the connection portion between the bushings.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 4 is a partial cross-sectional view showing a connection part between the bushings for explaining a main part configuration of the bushing according to the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 4, a device-
As described above, the well-known connection portion is a connection method using an insulating rubber and a semiconductive rubber and a stress cone pressing device (inner cone type) or a rubber unit made of silicone rubber or the like on the outer periphery of the bushing. It is a connection part for performing any well-known connection method of the connection method (outer cone type) by attaching to. The inner cone type is, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2003-304632 (bushing corresponds to an insulating cylinder), Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-308751 (bushing corresponds to an epoxy unit portion, and stress cone corresponds to a rubber mold portion). Is disclosed. The outer cone type is, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2007-174810 (the bushing corresponds to an epoxy seat), Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2005-354880 (the bushing corresponds to a sleeve portion, and the rubber unit corresponds to an insulating reinforcement block). Is disclosed.
FIG. 5 is a partial cross-sectional view showing a state before the bushing according to the embodiment of the present invention is connected to the counterpart bushing (device side bushing).
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the device-
The
The
A
Here, the
The
The elastic insulating
The
The
The
In addition, a shielding layer is formed on the outer surface of the
That is, the
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, in the

As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the
As shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, the fixing
As shown in FIG. 6, the fixing
The fixing
A conductive paint such as silver paint is applied to the outer periphery of the
The
As described above, in the
The
FIG. 8 is an equipotential diagram when power is applied at the connection portion between the bushings shown in FIG. FIG. 8 is a diagram schematically showing a half cross section of the connecting portion between the
As shown in FIG. 8, in the connection structure (see FIG. 4) between the
That is, as shown in FIG. 8, the outer peripheral edge (specifically, the outer peripheral ends 31 and 32) of the elastic insulating
Therefore, according to the
Therefore, in the
As shown in FIG. 8, in the device-
For example, as the equipment-
In addition, as shown in FIG. 4, a receiving
Moreover, it is good also as a structure which provided the cyclic | annular metal fitting 130 provided in the
In FIG. 10, the
According to this configuration, the
The device-
The elastic insulating
The bushing and the connection portion of the bushing according to the present invention have an effect of performing suitable electric field relaxation at the connection portion between the bushings, and are useful as a bushing connected to the bushing of the power device.
