Description
The present invention relates to a device for supporting and guiding a tow rope in a line of a rope towed transportation facility, and more particularly to a rope guiding device for a rope towed transportation facility that guides the tow rope so as not to float upward. It is about.
Rope towed transportation equipment such as cable cars and inclines are designed to extend and stretch the rope along the rail where the vehicle travels, and connect the vehicle to this rope so that the rope moves along the track. It is a transportation facility that pulls a vehicle and operates by driving. In this way, since the rope pulling type transportation equipment has a rope extending in the line, a guide roller is provided at a predetermined interval in the line to support and guide the rope. ing.
The structure of the vehicle in this rope towed transportation facility is generally a structure in which the rope is connected to the lower part of the vehicle, and the guide roller disposed in the track is in contact with the roadbed by the rope hanging down. In general, a configuration using a guide roller that supports the rope from below is used. In this configuration, the guide roller is disposed below the lower end of the vehicle so that the vehicle and the guide roller do not come into contact with each other when the vehicle passes. Accordingly, during operation of the vehicle, the rope moves upward from the guide roller when the vehicle passes through the position of the guide roller, but after the vehicle passes, the rope descends and is supported by the guide roller again.
Such a general configuration of the line has a disadvantage in that the vertical cross-sectional shape of the line is limited because only the guide roller that supports the rope below is arranged on the line. That is, in order to arrange the rope so that it is always supported on the upper part of the guide roller, the longitudinal sectional shape of the track is a longitudinal sectional shape in which the starting point and the ending point of the track are connected by a substantially straight line, or It is necessary to have a longitudinal cross-sectional shape of a track that becomes a parabola in consideration of drooping due to the weight of the rope.
On the other hand, depending on the terrain that forms the track, there may be a depression or valley-shaped terrain in the track. In this case, if the track is formed along the terrain, the rope will rise in the concave part such as the depression. Thus, the rope cannot be held at a predetermined height. Therefore, in order to obtain such a track shape, it is necessary to arrange a guide roller for pressing the rope from above in the concave portion to guide the rope along the track or rail. However, since the space above the rope is a space through which the vehicle passes, it is necessary to prevent the arrangement and structure of the guide rollers from obstructing the passage of the vehicle, and as a technique for solving this problem, Patent Literature The technique described in No. 1 has been conventionally proposed.
The prior art described in
In the prior art described in
In the prior art, when the vehicle approaches the guide roller (wheel), the rope is pushed down by the vehicle, and the guide roller (wheel) can be rotated without interference between the rope and the guide roller (wheel). The rope is not lowered to a required position unless the vehicle is sufficiently close to the guide roller (wheel). Therefore, if the bending angle of the rope at the position of the guide roller (wheel) is large, the rope will not be isolated from the guide roller (wheel) unless the vehicle approaches just before the guide roller (wheel). It is impossible to adopt a line shape in which the rope is bent greatly, that is, a shape in which the inclination angle of the line changes rapidly.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and its purpose is to guide the rope without lifting when the line longitudinal cross-sectional shape of the rope-traction transportation facility is formed into a concave shape, An object of the present invention is to provide a rope guiding device for a rope-traction transportation facility that allows a vehicle to pass safely.
The invention according to
According to a second aspect of the present invention, the support frame is provided with an arc-shaped support member formed to extend to one side, and the intermediate frame is in contact with the support member to support an upward load. And a rising load supporting roller.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, a rack gear is formed on the support member of the support frame, and the rack gear is driven by a pinion gear.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, a guide roller is provided on the side of the intermediate frame, a guide plate is provided on the base frame so as to stand on the side of the intermediate frame, and the guide plate is engaged with the guide roller. A cutout portion is formed, and the cutout portion is inclined obliquely.
The invention of claim 5 is characterized in that the lower end portion of the cutout portion is formed horizontally.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the support frame that pivotally supports the indentation guide roller is rotatably supported by the intermediate frame, and the intermediate frame is supported by the base frame so as to be movable up and down. By combining these movements, the rope guiding device can be retracted so that it does not come into contact with the vehicle when the vehicle passes, and the rope is pushed down to an appropriate position after the vehicle passes. Can be held.
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the upward load is supported by the upward load support roller provided on the intermediate frame with the arc-shaped support member formed on the support frame. It is possible to suppress the lifting of the support frame when the rope is pushed down by the support roller. Further, since the lift load support roller also has a function of guiding the support frame when the support frame is rotated, these functions are not provided separately, and the number of components can be reduced and the configuration can be simplified.
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the rack gear is formed on the support member of the support frame, and the rack gear is driven by the pinion so that the pinion gear is located away from the rotation center of the support frame. Therefore, the driving torque for rotating the pinion gear can be reduced.
According to the invention described in claim 4, since the guide roller moves up and down along the cutout portion of the guide plate by sliding the intermediate frame, a complicated mechanism is required to move the intermediate frame up and down. It can comprise without providing.
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the lower end portion of the cutout portion is formed horizontally, and when the rope is pushed down, the guide roller is raised by the guide roller being positioned in the horizontal portion. It is possible to reliably support the force to be tried.
Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG.1 and FIG.2 is the side view and front view which showed the vehicle of the cable car mainly utilized on a sloping ground as an example of the vehicle used with a rope pulling type transport facility.

FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating a longitudinal section of the traveling track of the
In the steeply
Although the aspect which supports the

The
The

The
Next, description will be made with reference to FIGS. 6 and 7 again. A driving
On both sides of the
Next, one end of an
With the above configuration, the
Next, when the
When the raising of the
FIG. 9 shows a state at this time, that is, a front view when the
