Description
最も多く行われている評価試験方法は,塩水噴霧による腐食促進効果を用いた乾湿繰り返し試験による評価方法であり、特許文献1など多数の方法が提案されている。
α−FeOOHやNaClを同様に秤量して混合した。
温度25°、湿度95%で12Hr、次いで温度40°、湿度40%で12Hrとして、大気腐食試験は12周間行った。
さびを全く付着させない場合の腐食量を1として各試験体の腐食比率を求め、これを腐食促進度として、腐食促進度≧4 の場合を基準として腐食促進度を判定した。
Claims (2)
- 腐食試験片の被試験面に予め付着させるさびとして、γ−FeOOH粒子およびFe3O4粒子を、組成比で10:90〜90:10とし、総量で10g/m2以上、100g/m2以下、さらに、塩分をCl量で0.1mass%以下付着した後に、試験片に連続的な温度変化を与え結露、乾燥を24Hrで1サイクルとし、複数サイクル繰り返して耐食性を評価することを特徴とする耐候性鋼材の大気環境促進腐食試験方法。
- 予め付着させるさびとして、γ−FeOOH粒子、Fe3O4粒子に対して、α−FeOOH粒子を組成比で30%以下添加することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の耐候性鋼材の大気環境促進腐食試験方法。
