ホストサーバと、
前記ホストサーバに設けられシステムが保持する全ての楽曲情報を記憶する楽曲情報データベースと、
前記ホストサーバと通信網を介して通信を行うと共に、ログインすることによって前記ホストサーバに設定される各ユーザのアカウントにアクセスするリモコン端末と、
ユーザが前記リモコン端末でログインした状態で特定の楽曲情報についての存否情報を要求する存否情報要求手段と、
前記存否情報要求手段の要求に基づいて前記楽曲情報データベースを検索して特定楽曲情報が存在するか否かを検索する楽曲情報検索手段と、
前記楽曲情報検索手段によって特定楽曲情報が存在することが判明した場合には、
存在する特定楽曲情報を前記リモコン端末に通知する特定楽曲情報存在通知手段と、
前記楽曲情報検索手段によって特定楽曲情報が存在しないことが判明した場合に、当該特定楽曲情報と、当該特定楽曲情報の存否情報を要求したユーザのアカウントとを対応させて記憶する楽曲情報要求記憶手段と、
前記楽曲情報データベースを検索して前記楽曲情報要求記憶手段に記憶される特定楽曲情報が存在するか否かを定期的に検索する楽曲情報定期検索手段と、
前記楽曲情報定期検索手段によって当該特定楽曲情報が存在することが新たに判明した場合には、当該特定楽曲情報を、当該特定楽曲情報の存否情報を要求したユーザのアカウントに通知する新規特定楽曲情報存在通知手段と、を有し、
