Description
The present invention relates to a vehicle sunshade device. More specifically, the present invention relates to an improvement in the structure of a vehicle sunshade device provided on a roof of a vehicle or the like.
In recent years, vehicles equipped with sunshades that block large-opening sunroofs made of large single glass have gained popularity. As a sunshade device in this case, for example, a device including a sunshade supported under a transparent glass roof so as to be slidable in the front-rear direction of the vehicle is known.
As such a sunshade device, there is conventionally known a device provided with a lock mechanism at the front edge portion of the sunshade so that the lock mechanism can be locked by being hooked to the opening when fully closed (see, for example, Patent Document 1). . If the user slides the sunshade to the fully closed position, the user can activate the lock mechanism to be in the locked state. When opening the sunshade in the locked state, the unlocked state is first manually released, and then the sunshade is slid in the reverse direction.
However, as described above, the apparatus having the two shades that can be matched cannot realize the following operation. That is, for example, when one of the shades is an electric type and the other is a manual type, the lock mechanism is selectively switched between the locked state and the unlocked state only by the operation of the electric shade. However, it is difficult to realize the operations such as moving them together or moving only the electric shade. Such an operation can be realized by using, for example, an electromagnetic lock device as a lock mechanism. However, if this is done, the structure of the drive unit becomes complicated, which is a preferable means in terms of high costs and an increase in the size of the device. I don't get it.
Therefore, the present invention selectively switches between the locked state and the unlocked state of the lock mechanism of the shade only by operating the electric shade, moves the manual shade together with the electric shade, or the electric type It is an object of the present invention to provide a vehicle sunshade device capable of realizing operations such as moving only a shade without incurring high costs or increasing the size.
In order to solve this problem, the present invention provides a vehicle sunshade device having a shade that is slidable in a closing direction and an opening direction opposite to the light-transmitting member that is provided on the roof portion of the vehicle and forms a light-transmitting area. A pair of guide rails that guide the slide of the shade, a motor that opens and closes the shade, and a lock mechanism that keeps the shade locked in a state where the shade blocks the translucent member. , der those with unlocking means for unlocking by further sliding the shade of the lock state to the closing direction is, the shade comprises a plurality of shades shade end each other abut against each other, the locking mechanism, they The shade ends are locked to keep the translucent member in a blocked state. The shade end is provided with a slide bar whose end in the extending direction is slidably supported with respect to the guide rail, and the lock mechanism is between the guide rails and above the slide bar. provided is characterized in Rukoto.
In such a vehicle sunshade device, when the shade is closed and the translucent member is blocked, the lock mechanism is locked so that the shade is not opened. At this time, when the shade is further slid in the closing direction, the locked state is released by the unlocking means. For example, if the shade is an electric type that is opened and closed by a motor, the locked state is automatically released if it is electrically slid in the closing direction, so that the shade can be slid in the opening direction. It becomes a state. According to this, for example, when one of the shades is an electric type and the other is a manual type, it is possible to selectively switch between the locked state and the unlocked state of the lock mechanism only by operating the electric shade. Further, when the electric shade is slid in the closing direction and is brought into contact with the other shade, the lock mechanism can be operated to be in the locked state. If the electric shade is slid electrically in such a state, the locked manual shade can be moved together with the shade. Further, according to the present invention, since such a sunshade device is realized by a mechanical mechanism without using an electromagnetic lock device, there is an advantage that it is easy to achieve compactness, weight reduction, and cost reduction. Alternatively, the shade in the sunshade device may be composed of a plurality of shades where the shade ends abut against each other, and the lock mechanism may be configured to lock the shade ends and keep the translucent member blocked. For example, it is a combination of an electric shade that is opened and closed by a motor and a manual shade. In this case, if the electric shade and the manual shade are brought into contact with each other and the electric shade is operated in a locked state, the other manual shade can be pulled and slid. Further, once the locked electric shade is slid in the closing direction and then slid in the opening direction, the lock can be released and only the electric sunshade can be operated.
Here, the locking mechanism according to the present invention includes at least a locking member formed to be rotatable, a locked member that is locked by the locking member to form a locked state, and a rotation of the locking member. And a stopper for restricting the operation within a predetermined range. The locking member can rotate within a range restricted by the stopper, and is locked by being locked to the locked member.
The unlocking means according to the present invention is constituted by an unlocking guide for guiding the locking member to a position where it is disengaged from the locked member as the shade slides in the closing direction. In this case, the locking member is guided by the unlocking guide and is released from the locked member by rotating or the like.
Alternatively, the unlocking means may be constituted by an unlocking spring that biases the locking member so as to be detached from the locked member when the shade slides in the closing direction. When the shade is slid in the closing direction, the locking member biased by the unlocking spring is released from the locked member and releases the locked state.
The vehicle sunshade device may be a combination of an electric shade that is opened and closed by a motor and a manual shade. The plurality of shades in the vehicle sunshade device may have different light shielding rates.
According to the vehicle sunshade device of the present invention, the lock mechanism is selectively switched between the locked state and the unlocked state only by operating the electric sunshade, and the manual sunshade is moved together with the electric sunshade. Alternatively, it is possible to realize an operation such as moving only the electric sunshade without incurring high cost and large size.
Hereinafter, the configuration of the present invention will be described in detail based on an example of an embodiment shown in the drawings.
1 to 14 show an embodiment of a vehicle sunshade device according to the present invention. The
The
The
The roll shade is a screen for blocking the inner surface of the glass roof 4 (the surface on the vehicle interior side). In the present embodiment, a manually operated
In addition, a
The
Further,
The geared
The
Further, although not particularly shown, the vehicle of the present embodiment is provided with a switch for driving the
Here, it is preferable that the
In addition, reducing the light shielding rate of the
Moreover, the
Further, in the present embodiment, a
<First form>
For example, the
The locking
In the vicinity of the locking
The locking
The unlocking means 17 is, for example, an unlocking
The locking
The
In order to release the lock state of the
<Second form>
The
The locking
The locking

A
Further, a trapezoidal protrusion 28 is formed at substantially the center of the locked plate 24 (see FIG. 12). A
The
In order to release the lock state of the
<Third embodiment>
The
The locking
In the vicinity of the fulcrum 19, for example, in the vicinity of the locking
The locking
The locked
The
The unlocking means 17 guides the locking
The
On the other hand, when the
As is clear from the above description, according to the
In the above-described embodiment, the description has been mainly made of sliding the electric
Further, according to the
In addition, according to the
The above-described embodiment is an example of a preferred embodiment of the present invention, but is not limited thereto, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention. For example, in the present embodiment, manual or electric roll shades 5 and 8 have been described as slidable shades, but this is only one form of the shade, and in addition, a so-called hard shell such as a hard shell is also shown. Even when a board-type shade is employed, the present invention can be applied regardless of the light shielding rate.
In the above-described embodiment, the
Furthermore, although the case where only a
