車室の天井に形成された開口部から車室内へ引き出し可能、かつ車室の側面側に設置されたリトラクタにより巻き戻し付勢されたシートベルトの先端に設けられた第1のタングプレートと、上記シートベルトの途中に摺動可能に設けられた第2のタングプレートとを備え、使用時に車室へ引き出して上記第1および第2のタングプレートをそれぞれシートの左右両側に設けられた2つのバックルに嵌合係止せしめ、非使用時に上記第1および第2のタングプレートを上記開口部に設けられた保持部材に収納保持せしめるシートベルトの収納構造において、
上記保持部材はこれを上記開口部を覆うカバー状に構成し、
該保持部材にはシートベルト巻き戻し側の側端部にシートベルトを貫通せしめる貫通穴を形成し、上記側端部とは反対側の側端部および中間位置にはそれぞれ第1の保持穴および第2の保持穴を形成し、
