アルミ押出材の溝枠に対して同じくアルミ押出材の溝蓋をスナップイン装着する溝蓋スナップイン装置であって,上記溝蓋を,蓋基板とその裏面に支持条を一体に押出成形したアルミ押出材の溝蓋本体と,該溝蓋本体裏面の支持条を介して支持して溝蓋本体の裏面長手方向所定間隔に断続配置した短尺多数にして硬質合成樹脂押出材のスナップイン部材を備えてアルミ押出材と合成樹脂によって複合的に形成し,上記溝蓋のスナップイン装着を,該溝蓋のスナップイン部材を介して溝枠長手方向に断続的に行ってなり,上記溝蓋裏面の支持条を,蓋基板の裏面幅方向中間位置に起立した一対のL字突条による断面T字状をなす支持溝条とする一方,上記スナップイン部材を,該支持溝条にスライド嵌合したスライド基板と,該スライド基板の幅方向中間位置に起立し且つ幅方向外側に向けて屈曲して上記一対のL字突条の幅方向外側で蓋基板裏面における幅方向両端部との間にスナップイン係止一方の係止溝を形成する一対の屈曲突条とを備えて形成し,該スナップイン係止一方の係止溝を,上記溝枠に配置したスナップイン係止他方の係止突条にスナップイン係止することによって,上記溝枠長手方向断続的にスナップイン装着し,該一対の屈曲突条の係止溝の上方に,相互に内側に傾斜突出して上記係止溝と係止突条のスナップイン係止を誘導する傾斜ガイド片を配置するとともに該一対の屈曲突条の形状及び寸法を,上記蓋基板における一対のL字突条を被嵌し,その先細り傾斜の係止部が,該L字突条の側面を覆うように蓋基板上又はその近傍に至って,その傾斜面と蓋基板の幅方向両端部裏面との間に側方に向けた横向き一対のV字溝を形成して上記スナップイン一方の係止溝としてなることを特徴とする溝蓋スナップイン装置。 A groove lid snap-in device in which a groove lid of aluminum extruded material is also snap-in mounted on a groove frame of aluminum extruded material, and the groove lid is made of aluminum which is formed by extruding a support strip on the lid substrate and its back surface.
