Description
Claims (12)
- 患者の老視を処置するレーザー眼外科システムであって、
切除エネルギービームを放出するレーザー素子と、
患者の第1の眼の角膜面を第1の切除形状となるように、さらに患者の第2の眼の角膜面を第2の切除形状となるように切除する切除エネルギービームを向けるためのレーザー素子に結合したプロセッサと、
を含み、
第1の切除形状は第1の眼の中央ゾーンを通して近くのものを見ることができるようにし、第2の切除形状は第2の眼の周囲ゾーンを通して近くのものを見ることができるようにするもので、
前記第1の切除形状の第1の眼の中央ゾーンの屈折力が、前記第1の眼の周囲ゾーンの屈折力より大きくなるように、第1の切除形状の中央ゾーンは、0.5から4.0ジオプトリの範囲の屈折力をもち、
前記第2の切除形状の第2の眼の周囲ゾーンの屈折力が、前記第2の眼の中央ゾーンの屈折力より大きくなるように、第2の切除形状の周囲ゾーンは、0.5から4.0ジオプトリの範囲の屈折力をもつ、
ことを特徴とするシステム。 - プロセッサが、第1および第2の切除形状となるよう切除するためにレーザー素子を向ける切除形状モジュールを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 第1の切除形状の中央ゾーンが球状の面からなる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 第1の切除形状の中央ゾーンが多重焦点の非球面からなる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 第1の切除形状が中央ゾーン内に処置されていない小さな中央部分を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 第1の切除形状の中央ゾーンが、第1の眼の瞳の直径に合った直径をもつ、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 第1の切除形状の中央ゾーンが、1.0から3.0ジオプトリの範囲の屈折力をもつ、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 第1の切除形状の中央ゾーンが、1.75ジオプトリの屈折力をもつ、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 第1の切除形状が遠くのものを見えるように周囲ゾーンを有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 第1の切除形状が遷移ゾーンを含み、
遷移ゾーンは、周囲ゾーンの外側境界から広がる、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 第2の切除形状が、遠くのものを見ることができるように処理されていない中央ゾーンを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
