Description

The present invention relates to a measuring spoon.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a detergent containing a container in which a powdery detergent is contained in a box-like container together with a measuring spoon for measuring it is known.
In the manufacturing process of such a container detergent, the measuring spoon is generally left on the powder surface of the powdered detergent contained in the container. When sinking into the powder and using it in each home, the user had to pull the measuring spoon out of the powder. Therefore, the applicant of the present invention has proposed that a fixing portion for fixing the measuring spoon is provided on the inner wall of the container body (see Patent Document 1), but increases the manufacturing cost of the container and the container-containing detergent as a whole. There were drawbacks.

By the way, the detergent in a container is used by opening the container in each household and weighing it in an appropriate amount with a measuring spoon and then putting it in a washing machine. It needs to be stored somewhere until use.
The most common storage method is a method of storing in a container. However, there is a drawback that it takes time to take out the detergent when it is taken out next, or the measuring spoon is buried in the detergent.

In addition, when the container is repeatedly used, the applicant has a holding portion as a spoon that can easily re-seal the opening portion of the container after opening, and has a pinching locking portion connected to the holding portion. The provided spoon is proposed (refer patent document 2). The spoon can be stored until the next use in a state of being attached to the outside of the container via the pinching and engaging portion.

However, in the measuring spoon of Patent Document 2, the substantial length of the handle becomes extremely short to form a pinching locking portion, and it is difficult to hold, or the handle portion has a bent portion or a folded portion. As a result, there is a drawback that a portion where powder accumulates is generated or the moldability by injection molding is lowered. The presence of a powder accumulation part means that the accumulated detergent absorbs moisture and adheres to the part. When using the measuring spoon, the adhered detergent is attached to the hand, or the detergent accumulated in the powder accumulation part is the detergent. Inconvenience of falling outside the container or washing tub.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a measuring spoon that can be stably fixed to a container or the like, and that a powder such as a powdery detergent is difficult to accumulate on a handle.

The present invention is a measuring spoon having a measuring portion and a handle, wherein the handle has a frame-like portion having a through-hole passing through the handle in the thickness direction on the inside, and from the frame-like portion toward the inside thereof. A projecting piece that protrudes, and in the plan view of the handle, the tip of the projecting piece in the projecting direction of the projecting piece, both the side edges of the projecting piece along the projecting direction of the projecting piece, By providing a measuring spoon having a gap between the protruding portion, and the protruding piece and a part of the handle located on both sides of the protruding piece functioning as a holding latching portion. The object has been achieved (hereinafter referred to as the first invention when referred to as the first invention).

The present invention provides a measuring spoon having a measuring portion and a handle, wherein the handle is composed of a plurality of rod-shaped bodies, and the plurality of rod-shaped bodies function as sandwiching and locking portions. The object has been achieved (hereinafter referred to as the second invention when referring to the second invention).

This invention achieves the said objective by providing the container which accommodates a powdery detergent in which the said lightweight spoon was attached inside the container main body of a box-shaped container.

The measuring spoon of the present invention can be stably fixed to a container or the like by a sandwiching and locking portion provided on the measuring spoon, and powder such as powdered detergent is difficult to accumulate on the handle.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on preferred embodiments with reference to the drawings.
A measuring spoon 1 (hereinafter also simply referred to as a measuring spoon 1) as an embodiment of the first invention has a measuring unit 2 and a handle 3 as shown in FIG. The measuring spoon 1 is formed by injection molding, and the measuring portion 2 and the handle 3 are integrally formed.
The measuring section 2 is formed so as to accommodate an object to be weighed such as a powder detergent, and has a bottom portion 21 and a peripheral wall portion 22, and a measuring scale 23 is provided on the peripheral wall portion 22.
In FIG. 1, which is the present embodiment, the handle 3 extends outward from the opening peripheral edge 24 of the measuring unit 2, but in the depth direction of the measuring unit 2, the handle 3 extends outward from the vicinity of the opening peripheral edge 24. It may extend.

The handle 3 in the measuring spoon 1 includes a frame-like portion 30 having a through-hole 31 that penetrates the handle 3 in the thickness direction on the inside, and the frame-like portion 30 in the plan view of the handle 3 (see FIG. 2). And a projecting piece 32 projecting in the direction. Further, in the plan view of the handle 3, the projecting piece 32 has gaps 35, 35, 35 between the distal end portion 32 t and both side edge portions 32 s, 32 s in the projecting direction (X direction in the figure) and the frame-shaped portion 30. 36. More specifically, the projecting piece 32 is surrounded by the through-hole 31 except for a connection portion (base end portion 32 b) with the frame-shaped portion 30.
The side edge portions 32s, 32s of the projecting piece 32 extend along the projecting direction (X direction in the drawing) of the projecting piece 32, respectively. The side edges 32 s and 32 s of the projecting piece 32 form both end portions of the projecting piece 32 in a direction (Y direction in the drawing) orthogonal to the projecting direction of the projecting piece 3 in plan view of the handle 3.
The plan view of the handle means a state in which the handle is viewed from the thickness direction (Z direction in the figure) of the handle. In the measuring spoon 1 of the present embodiment, the opening peripheral portion 24 side of the measuring portion 2 is on the upper side. When the bottom 21 side of the measuring unit 2 is set to the lower side, the pattern 3 is the same as viewed from above.

As shown in FIG. 2, the handle 3 has a shape that is long in one direction (X direction in the drawing) in a plan view and extends from the measuring unit 2 in the X direction to a bar-shaped side part having two rectangular sections. 33, a connecting portion 34 that extends in the Y direction perpendicular to the X direction and connects the tip portions of the two side portions 33, 33, and a handle from the central portion of the connecting portion 34 in the Y direction 3 and a protruding piece 32 extending toward the measuring unit 2 side. The projecting piece 32 has a horizontally-long rectangular cross-sectional shape in the Y direction. The two side portions 33, 33, the connecting portion 34, and the portion 24 a located between the two side portions 33 in the opening peripheral edge 24 of the measuring portion 2 constitute a frame-shaped portion 30 in the measuring spoon 1. ing. As for the frame-shaped part in this invention, the part may serve as a part of the measurement part 2 like the frame-shaped part 30 in this embodiment.

As shown in FIG. 2, the protruding piece 32 in the measuring spoon 1 of the present embodiment protrudes from the tip 3t side in the extending direction X of the handle 3 toward the base 3b side (the measuring unit 2 side). Further, the two side portions 33 and 33 and the projecting piece 32 are parallel to each other.

The handle 3 of the measuring spoon 1 has the protrusion 32 and the other portions 33 and 34 on the same plane, the structure of the handle 3 is simplified, and the powder accumulation portion is less likely to occur, and injection molding is performed. This is preferable from the viewpoint of easy production. That is, at least the lower surface of the protruding portion 32t in the protruding direction, preferably the lower surface of the entire protruding piece 32, is not positioned above the upper surfaces 33u and 34u of the two side portion 33 and the connecting portion 34, respectively. Is preferred. Furthermore, it is preferable that the upper surface of the tip 32t, preferably the upper surface of the entire protrusion 32, is not located below the lower surfaces 33d and 34d of the two side portions 33 and the connecting portion 34, respectively.

In the measuring spoon 1 of the present embodiment, the two side portions 33, the connecting portion 34, and the protruding piece 32 have the same thickness, and the upper surfaces 33u, 34u, 32u are the same plane a (see FIG. 3) and the lower surfaces 33d, 34d, and 32d are located on another plane b parallel to the plane a. Moreover, as shown in FIG. 3, the peripheral edge 24a of the opening 24 of the measuring part 2 is also located on the plane a.
Thus, the protrusion 32 and the other portions 33 and 34 in the handle 3 are present on the same plane, so that the structure of the handle 3 is simplified, and the powder accumulation portion is less likely to occur, and injection molding is performed. The manufacture by this is further facilitated.

The length L1 of the handle 3 (extended length from the measuring portion 2, see FIG. 2) is 3 to 15 cm, particularly 4 to 10 cm, from the viewpoint of easy handling of the measuring spoon 1 and improvement of handling. Preferably, the length L2 of the through hole 31 (the length in the same direction as the extending direction of the handle, see FIG. 2) is 50 to 95%, particularly 80 to 90% of the length L1 of the handle 3. .
Further, the length L3 of the protrusion 32 (measured along the protruding direction of the protrusion 32, see FIG. 2) is preferably 30 to 90%, particularly 40 to 70% of the length L1 of the handle 3. It is preferable that it is 50 to 90%, particularly 60 to 70% of the length L2 of the through hole 31.
If it is this range, the effect which raises the retention strength of the pinching latching part when it attaches to a container main body is anticipated.

Further, the ratio of the length L3 of the projecting piece 32 to the length L4 of the portion of the through-hole 31 located at the tip of the tip 32t of the projecting piece 32 (the former: the latter, along the projecting direction of the projecting piece 32) Measurement, see FIG. 2) is 0.5: 0.5 to 0.8: 0.2, particularly 0.6: 0.4 to 0.7: 0, where the sum of L3 and L4 is 1. .3 is preferable.
Further, the handle 3 preferably has a thickness T of 8 to 20 mm, particularly 12 to 16 mm. The thickness of the handle 3 is preferably a thickness of a portion 1 cm or more away from the measuring unit 2.

樹脂としては、例えば、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン等のオレフィン系樹脂、PET(ポリエチレンテレフタレート)等のポリエステル系樹脂、ABS(アクリロニトリル・スチレン・ブタジエン)樹脂等を用いることができる。
In the measuring spoon 1 of the present embodiment, the projecting piece 32 and the portions 33 and 33 of the handle located on both sides of the projecting piece 32 function as a sandwiching locking portion.
That is, as shown in FIG. 4, the projecting piece 32 is deformed so as to bend toward the upper surface 32 u, the deformed projecting piece 32, and the portions 33 located on both sides of the projecting piece 32. , 33, the measuring spoon 1 can be stably fixed to the sandwiched object 51 by sandwiching the sandwiched object 51 (in FIG. 4, the edge of the top surface portion of the container body 5). The projecting piece 32 preferably exhibits a restoring force to return to its original state after being deformed so as to be warped, and the projecting piece 32, preferably the entire handle 3 is made of resin as in the present embodiment. preferable. Examples of the resin include olefin resins such as polypropylene and polyethylene, polyester resins such as PET (polyethylene terephthalate), and ABS (acrylonitrile / styrene / butadiene) resins. Polylactic acid or the like can also be used.

In FIG. 4, the state which fixed the measuring spoon 1 of this embodiment to the surrounding wall part 51 of the container main body 5 in the box-shaped container (carton) 4 which accommodated the powder detergent 50 is shown. As shown in FIG. 2, the measuring spoon 1 of the present embodiment has a short distance L5 from the tip 3t of the handle 3 to the proximal end (base) 32b of the protruding piece 32. Therefore, as shown in FIG. It is also possible to close the lid body 6 while 1 is fixed to the peripheral wall portion 51 of the container body 5. When a powdered detergent is stored in a humid atmosphere, it may harden and adversely affect its use. Therefore, it is important in use to close the lid. The distance L5 is preferably 1.5 to 6 mm, particularly preferably 1.5 to 3 mm. Within such a range, as described above, the lid 6 can be closed while the measuring spoon 1 is fixed to the peripheral wall 51 of the container body 5, and the strength of the measuring spoon that can withstand use. It is also preferable in that it can be obtained and the moldability is good.
The container body 5 in the box-shaped container 4 shown in FIG. 4 includes a bottom surface portion 52 and a peripheral wall portion 51 having a rectangular cross section, and the lid body 6 has a rectangular cross section hanging from the top surface portion 62 and its peripheral edge portion. It consists of a peripheral wall 61.

The measuring spoon 1 according to the present embodiment is fixed to the container 4 by, for example, a pinching engagement portion including the protruding piece 32 and the portions 33 and 33 of the handle located on both sides thereof after being taken out from the container 4 in each household. Can be stored.
By storing the measuring spoon 1 in this way, the measuring spoon 1 can be securely stored without being lost until the next use, and when it is used the next time, the detergent is attached to the hand or weighed. There is no inconvenience that the spoon is buried in the detergent and takes a long time to take out.
In FIG. 4, the measuring spoon 1 of the present embodiment is fixed to the outside of the container body 5 of the box-shaped container 4, that is, the measuring unit 2 of the measuring spoon 1 is positioned outside the container body 5. However, it can be fixed so that the measuring unit 2 is positioned inside the container body 5. Moreover, it can replace with the surrounding wall part 51 of the container main body 5, and can also be fixed to the surrounding wall part 61 of the cover body 6. FIG.

As described above, the handle 3 of the measuring spoon 1 of the present embodiment extends outward from the opening peripheral edge 24 of the measuring unit 2 (see FIG. 1). When the peripheral edge 24 of the opening and the upper surface of the frame-shaped part 30 are provided on the same plane (one plane a in FIG. 3), the peripheral wall 51 of the container body 5 is measured as shown in FIG. It can be fixed stably by sticking the spoon.

In plan view of the handle 3, a part of the through hole 31 exists on both sides of the handle 3, and there are gaps 35, 35 between the side portions 33, 33. It is easy to insert the object 51 between the projecting piece 32 deformed so as to be warped and the side portions 33, 33, and it is possible to insert a thin object from a thin object to a relatively thick object. The ease and stability of the fixed state are improved. When the measuring spoon 1 is viewed in plan, the width W1 (see FIG. 2) of the gaps 35, 35 between the protruding piece 32 and the portions 33, 33 of the handle located on both sides thereof is 5 respectively. It is preferably ˜30 mm, particularly preferably 10 to 25 mm. Within such a range, it is possible to obtain a stable fixed state of the measuring spoon 1 with respect to the container 4 while maintaining the mechanical strength of the sandwiching and locking portion. In the case where the width W1 varies depending on the position of the protruding piece 32 in the protruding direction, the width of the protruding piece 32 at the center in the protruding direction is preferably in the above range.

The measuring spoon 1 of the present embodiment may be distributed (commercially available) in a state of being accommodated in the container 4 together with the powder detergent 50. Further, in each household, there is a possibility that the container 4 is simply housed and stored in the container 4 without being fixed to the container body 5 or the lid 6 of the container 4. Furthermore, when using the measuring spoon 1 in each home, the powder detergent 50 may also come into contact with the portion of the handle 3.
Even in such a case, according to the measuring spoon 1 of the present embodiment, the handle 3 is shown in FIG. In this way, it is difficult for the powder to accumulate in the handle 3.

Moreover, since the handle 3 of the measuring spoon 1 does not have a bent portion, a folded portion, or other complicated structures, it can be efficiently manufactured by injection molding. For example, when the measuring spoon 1 is manufactured by injection molding, a mold having a simple structure can be used. In addition, when a large number of measuring spoons are manufactured by repeatedly clamping, injecting, cooling, opening the mold, and taking out the molded product, the molding cycle can be accelerated and the maintenance of the mold is easy.
Furthermore, by having the through-hole 31 in the handle 3, it is possible to reduce the manufacturing cost by reducing the amount of material used such as resin.

Next, another embodiment of the first invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
