Description
A社製のウレタンアクリレートオリゴマー、B社製のウレタンアクリレートオリゴマー及びC社製のウレタンアクリレートオリゴマーの3種類に、それぞれ、過酸化ベンゾイルを0.5wt%添加して攪拌した混合液aを作製し、さらに、前述した3種類のオリゴマーに、それぞれ、ジメチルパラトルイジンを0.5wt%添加して攪拌した混合液bを作製した。
圧縮方向:(6/12)×0.05=0.025mm
引張り方向:(25.2/20)×0.05=0.0563mm
となり、いずれも20μmの変形に対応できることがわかる。同様に、他の8種類の試作の場合も、20μmの変形に対応できる。なお、セメント層を50μmと仮定したのは、修復物を直接歯牙や支台歯に入れて適合性を試す(以下、試適)ときに、数十μmの余白がないと修復物がとれなくなってしまうため、試適後の取り外しのための余白を想定して50μmと仮定した。
圧縮方向:(1.28/12)×0.05=0.0053mm
引張り方向:(0.45/6)×0.05=0.0023mm
となり、20μmの変形に対応できないことがわかる。

Claims (4)
- 歯と接着するための合着用セメント材料であって、
ラジカル重合可能なウレタンアクリレート系オリゴマーまたはウレタンメタクリレート系オリゴマーが14.9〜99.6wt%含まれていることを特徴とする合着用セメント材料。 - さらに、メタクリル酸エステルが49.8wt%以下含まれていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の合着用セメント材料。
- さらに、メタクリル酸エステル重合体、メタクリル酸エステル共重合体、ウレタンアクリレート系ポリマー、ウレタンメタクリレート系ポリマー、及び無機フィラーからなる群から選ばれる1つ以上からなるフィラーが70wt%以下含まれていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の合着用セメント材料。
- 請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の合着用セメント材料に、重合開始剤0.03〜1wt%と、アミン0.03〜1wt%を混合して、圧縮弾性率が1.0GPa以下である、歯と接着する合着用セメントを作製する工程を有することを特徴とする合着用セメントの製造方法。
