前記揺動体を前記第1角度と第2角度との間の第3角度へ付勢する付勢手段と、
前記揺動体を前記車両用内装部材に収容された状態で前記車両用内装部材と略面一となる角度で解除可能に係止する係止手段と
を備え、
前記揺動体が、前記第2角度と前記第3角度との間にあるときに前記棒状物を前記爪部で掛止しながら前記車両用内装部材との間に挟持することを特徴とする棒状物の保持装置。
