水と湯を混合する湯水混合部と、湯水混合部で混合された湯水を吐水する吐水部と、該吐水部からの吐水及び止水を行うための弁手段と、弁手段を開閉操作するためのレバーハンドルとを備えた湯水混合水栓装置であって、
レバーハンドルに上面側が押し下げ用操作部、下面側が押し上げ用操作部となった略板状をした操作部を設け、
該操作部は押し上げ・押し下げ操作のみが可能なように上下方向にのみ可動自在となり、レバーハンドルの操作部を上限まで上げた状態又は下限まで下げた状態の一方が全開吐水で他方が止水となり且つ操作部の上下方向における移動領域のうち上記全開位置と止水位置との間が流量調整域となり、
上記レバーハンドルは、上記操作部が上記弁手段の前方に突出して位置し且つこの操作部の回動の中心軸が上記操作部より後方に位置し、
上記湯水混合部における湯温調整を行うための湯温調整操作部を、上下方向に回動自在で上記レバーハンドルとは別体で設け、
上記湯温調整操作部の上記回動の中心軸と上記レバーハンドルの上記操作部の上記回動の上記中心軸とが同軸であり、
