Claims (11)
- 回転アライメント大腿骨サイジングガイドアセンブリであって、
(a)上面と、下面と、前部と、後部と、を具備してなる本体部と、
(b) 前記本体部の前記上面に沿って前記本体部の前記後部の一方側から他方側に向かって延在し、続いて下向きに屈曲して前記本体部の下方に延出すると共に、前記本体部の前記上面に、上下方向に延在する軸線回りに回転可能に取り付けられたパドルと、
(c) 前記本体部に取り付けられると共に前記パドルに係合するアクチュエータであって該アクチュエータが駆動することで前記本体部と前記パドルとを前記軸線回りに相対的に回動させて、前記パドルと前記本体部との間の前記軸線回りの角度を変化させる回動型アクチュエータと、
を具備してなることを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 前記本体部の前記後部の前記一方側から下向きに延在する更なるパドルを具備してなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記本体部の前記前部に前後方向に移動可能に装着された測定部材と、前記測定部材に取り付けられると共に前記本体部に係合する部材と、をさらに具備してなり、この部材は、遠位大腿骨の前部/後部距離を測定するために、前記測定部材を前記本体部に対して相対的に前後方向に沿って移動させるよう構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記パドルは、前記本体部から離れたり前記本体部へ向かったりしながら回動するよう構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記本体部は、当該本体部の前記上面に位置するピボット部材を具備し、
前記パドルは、前記本体部の上に配置された前記パドルの端部に位置するピボット部材を具備し、
前記本体部の前記ピボット部材及び前記パドルの前記ピボット部材のうちの一方のピボット部材は、前記軸線を中心軸線にして延在する突出ピンであり、他方のピボット部材は、前記突出ピンが嵌め込まれる凹部、ディンプル、開口部、孔あるいはスロットであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。 - 前記パドル、前記本体部、又は前記回動型アクチュエータの上に角度マーキングをさらに具備してなり、前記回動型アクチュエータは、前記角度マーキングによって印が付けられた角度まで前記本体部を回動させるよう構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記本体部は、当該本体部の前記上面上に前後方向のサイズを指し示す目盛りを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記本体部は、前記更なるパドルと骨とを固定するための固定ピンが挿通される一つ以上の固定孔を具備してなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記測定部材は、該測定部材の上面に位置すると共に上顆軸線を指し示す目印を具備してなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記測定部材は、一つ以上のドリルガイド孔を具備してなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記更なるパドルは、前記更なるパドルを骨に対して固定するための一つ以上の固定部を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のアセンブリ。
