The invention according to claim 2 is the invention according to claim 1 , wherein one end of the upper surface portion of the upper lining member is covered with the weather strip, and the upper lining member and the weather strip are formed by the holding member and the door panel. It is characterized by pinching.

The invention according to claim 3 is the invention according to claim 1 or 2 , wherein a coupling portion (for example, the coupling portion 131 in the embodiment) for coupling the upper lining member is provided on the side of the holding member opposite to the open end. It is characterized by having prepared.

The invention according to claim 4 is the invention according to any one of claims 1 to 3 , wherein the lining body member is disposed so as to sandwich the upper lining member between the holding member and the lining body member. Yes.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the upper lining member is brought into contact with the holding member so as to cover the open end of the holding member so as to be integrated or modularized and attached to the door panel in a modular state. As described above, since the relatively small upper lining member and the holding member are assembled into a module, it is possible to easily perform the mounting operation and the mounting accuracy management of the upper lining member. Therefore, the work cost can be reduced, and the entry of foreign matters from the lining terminal portion, for example, caused due to poor mounting accuracy can be prevented. Further, since the upper lining member is brought into contact with the holding member to be modularized, the upper lining member can be attached to the door panel in a state where the upper lining member is reinforced by the holding member. Therefore, the upper lining member can be attached to the door panel in a state in which the rigidity of the upper lining member is increased and the shape thereof is stabilized, so that wrinkles or the like caused by deformation or the like occurring at the time of attachment can be prevented.

In addition , since the upper lining member and the holding member are provided with a vertical contact portion that receives a load from above, the rigidity against deformation caused by the load from above can be improved, and the upper lining member and the holding member can be improved. The mounting accuracy can be improved by positioning in the vertical direction.

Further , since the side abutment portion that receives the load from the side is provided on the upper lining member and the holding member, the rigidity against deformation caused by the load from the side can be improved, and the upper lining member and The mounting accuracy can be improved by lateral positioning with the holding member.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the upper lining member and the weather strip are sandwiched between the holding member and the door panel, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of a gap between the weather strip and the upper lining member. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent foreign matter from entering and improve the appearance.

According to the invention of claim 3 , since the coupling portion for coupling the upper lining member is provided on the side opposite to the open end of the holding member, the upper lining member and the holding member are reliably integrated by the coupling portion. In addition, the upper lining member can be coupled to the holding member without affecting the deployment direction of the airbag.

According to the invention which concerns on Claim 4 , since the lining main body member arrange | positioned so that an upper lining member may be pinched | interposed between holding members, the alignment of a lining main body member is also attained.

A vehicle from the outer edge of the upper curved plate portion 103, the upper curved plate portion 103 that is curved upward from the upper edge portion of the upper intermediate plate portion 102 and extends upward and outside the vehicle compartment. A flat plate-like upper plate portion 104 that extends to the outside of the vehicle, and a step from the outer edge of the upper plate portion 104 outside the vehicle compartment to the upper surface of the upper plate portion 104 are formed to the outside of the vehicle compartment. The extending step plate portion 105 and the step plate portion 105 so as to incline slightly downward from the outer edge of the outer side of the passenger compartment to the outer side of the passenger compartment. And a lower projecting plate portion 106 that output. Here, the lower intermediate plate portion 98, the inner extension plate portion 101, the upper intermediate plate portion 102, the upper curved plate portion 103, the upper plate portion 104, the step plate portion 105, and the downward projecting plate portion 106 are composed of a lining core material. 94 and a skin material 95.

The upper lining member 82 is formed with a protruding plate portion 107 projecting from the upper end position of the lower curved plate portion 97 toward the vehicle interior side on the lining core 94, and in the middle of the upper intermediate plate portion 102. A groove 108 that is recessed in a V shape from the outer surface of the vehicle interior to the vehicle interior side is formed at a predetermined position.

Here, the upper curved plate portion 103, the upper plate portion 104, and the step plate portion 105 of the upper lining member 82 constitute an upper surface forming portion 118 that is disposed upward, whereas the upper intermediate plate The plate part 102 is arranged toward the side. Further, the upper lining member 82 has a weak portion near the bottom of the groove 108 formed in the upper intermediate plate portion 102, and this portion is the center of the axis along the vehicle longitudinal direction when the airbag device 5 is deployed. The hinge portion 120 is bent.

In the lining core 94, a plurality of upper reinforcing plate portions 122 perpendicular to the vehicle front-rear direction are formed on the outer side of the upper curved plate portion 103 at intervals in the vehicle front-rear direction (one in FIG. 2). Only the location shown) The upper reinforcing plate portion 122 is configured such that the lower surface thereof is in contact with the upper surface of the upper edge portion of the inner holding plate portion 62 of the holding member 59. The upper reinforcing plate portion 122 and the inner holding plate portion 62 are in contact with each other. However, it is provided on the upper lining member 82 and the holding member 59 to form a vertical contact portion (lower support portion) 123 that receives a load from above. In other words, the vertical contact portion 123 is located between the upper lining member 82 and the holding member 59 and supports the upper surface forming portion 118 of the upper lining member 82 from below.

Further, the lower surface of the step plate portion 105 of the upper lining member 82 is in contact with the upper end surface of the outer holding plate portion 65 of the holding member 59. The outer holding plate portion 65 and the step plate portion 105 are also arranged in the upper lining. It is provided on the member 82 and the holding member 59 and serves as a vertical contact portion (lower support portion) 124 that receives a load from above. In other words, the vertical contact portion 124 is also located between the upper lining member 82 and the holding member 59 and supports the upper surface forming portion 118 of the upper lining member 82 from below.

Further, the lining core 94 has a lower reinforcing plate that is orthogonal to the groove 108 in the upper intermediate plate portion 102 from the lower position to the inner extending plate portion 101 (in other words, orthogonal to the vehicle longitudinal direction). A plurality of portions 125 are formed at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle (only one location is shown in FIG. 2). The lower reinforcing plate portion 125 is configured such that the outer surface of the passenger compartment comes into contact with the inner surface of the inner holding plate portion 62 of the holding member 59 and the inner reinforcing plate portion 125. The plate portion 62 is provided on the upper lining member 82 and the holding member 59 and serves as a side contact portion (side support portion) 126 that receives a load from the side. In other words, the side abutting portion 126 is located between the upper lining member 82 and the holding member 59 and supports the upper lining member 82 from the side. A hinge portion 120 is disposed in the vicinity of the upper end portion of the lower reinforcing plate portion 125 provided on the upper lining member 82 and constituting the side contact portion 126.

Further, the surface of the upper intermediate plate portion 102 of the upper lining member 82 that is directly below the upper reinforcing plate portion 122 is the surface on the vehicle interior side of the protrusion 68 of the inner holding plate portion 62 of the holding member 59. The upper intermediate plate portion 102 and the ridge portion 68 are also provided on the upper lining member 82 and the holding member 59 so as to receive a lateral load (side). Direction support portion) 127. In other words, the side contact portion 127 is also located between the upper lining member 82 and the holding member 59 and supports the upper lining member 82 from the side.

Then, the airbag device 5 including the folded airbag 78 is disposed in advance in an appropriate position in the storage space 66 of the holding member 59. Further, in this state, the above-described upper lining member The rivet 72 is inserted through the mounting hole 99 of the upper lining member 82 and the mounting hole 73 of the holding member 59 in a state where the 82 is covered with the holding member 59 so as to cover the open end 58 of the holding member 59. The upper lining member 82 and the holding member 59 are integrated to form an airbag module 128.

In this modularized state, the surface on the vehicle interior side of the lower protruding plate portion 106 of the upper lining member 82 contacts the surface on the vehicle exterior side of the protrusion 69 of the outer holding plate portion 65 of the holding member 59. The lower surface of the step plate 105 comes into contact with the upper end surface of the outer holding plate 65. Further, the lower surface of the upper reinforcing plate portion 122 is in contact with the upper end surface of the inner holding plate portion 62 of the holding member 59, and is above the hinge portion 120 of the upper intermediate plate portion 102 and below the upper reinforcing plate portion 122. The side surface outside the vehicle compartment abuts the surface on the vehicle interior side of the protrusion 68 of the inner holding plate portion 62 of the holding member 59. In addition, the outer side surface of the lower reinforcing plate portion 125 and the outer side surface of the lower intermediate plate portion 98 that is flush with the surface of the lower reinforcing plate portion 125 are the vehicle of the inner holding plate portion 62 of the holding member 59. Abuts on the indoor side surface. In addition, the curved surface of the lower curved plate portion 97 that faces obliquely outward and upward on the vehicle compartment abuts on the curved surface of the inner curved plate portion 61 of the holding member 59 that faces obliquely downward and on the vehicle interior side. Of course, the joining plate portion 96 also contacts the joining plate portion 60. In addition, on the opposite side of the holding member 59 from the open end 58, a coupling portion 131 including a rivet 72 that couples the upper lining member 82, mounting holes 73 and 99, and joining plate portions 60 and 96 is provided. The rivet 72 is crimped so that the crimp forming portion 130 on the concave portion 71 side formed by crimping fits in the concave portion 71.

Next, the airbag module 128 prepared and prepared in advance as described above is welded to the bolt 43 inserted into the mounting hole 74 and the mounting hole 44 of the inner panel 13 and the inner side reinforcing panel 14 from the vehicle interior side. It is attached to the inner side of the inner panel 13 by screwing onto the nut 45. In this state, in the airbag module 128, the joining plate portion 60 of the holding member 59 abuts on the inner plate portion 30 of the inner panel 13, and the buffer member 67 provided on the outer holding plate portion 65 of the holding member 59 is the inner panel 13. It contacts the intermediate plate part 32.

The lining body member 81 is attached to the inner panel 13 with the airbag module 128 attached to the inner panel 13 in this manner. At that time, the protruding plate portion 89 of the lining body member 81 is fitted between the inner extension plate portion 101 and the protruding plate portion 107 of the airbag module 128. As a result, the lining body member 81 is disposed so as to sandwich the upper lining member 82 with the holding member 59. Such fitting of the protruding plate portion 89 of the lining body member 81 to the airbag module 128 ensures the reliable alignment.

Further, with the airbag module 128 attached to the inner panel 13, the inner side weather strip 47 is attached so that the upper plate portions 34 and 41 are sandwiched between the sandwiching piece portion 49 and the sandwiching piece portion 51. Then, a plurality of upper and lower sealing tongues 53 extend in the direction of the window glass 16 from the sandwiching piece portion 51 and come into contact with the window glass 16, and the contact tongue piece 54 extending toward the vehicle interior side becomes the airbag. The upper surface of the step plate 105 of the upper lining member 82 of the module 128 is abutted and covered. As a result, the plurality of sealing tongues 48 of the inner side weather strip 47 press the clamping piece portion 49 against the downward projecting plate portion 106 of the upper lining member 82 of the airbag module 128, and the holding member 59, the inner panel 13, Thus, the upper lining member 82 and the inner side weather strip 47 are sandwiched. Moreover, the abutting tongue piece 54 of the inner side weather strip 47 covers one end of the upper surface forming portion 118 of the upper lining member 82 on the outside of the passenger compartment, and the lower protruding plate portion 106 of the upper lining member 82, The variation in the gap with the upper plate portion 34 of the inner panel 13 is absorbed, and the gap is satisfactorily closed.

In the airbag device 5 described above, the inflator 77 is ignited when a deployment condition such as, for example, a predetermined or higher acceleration is detected at the time of a vehicle collision, and the folded airbag 78 is expanded by the gas generated by the inflator 77. Then, the airbag 78 is folded so as to be sequentially stacked on the upper side, and both sides are sandwiched between the inner holding plate portion 62 and the outer holding plate portion 65 of the holding member 59, so that the inner holding plate portion 62 and It is guided by the outer holding plate portion 65 and bulges upward from the open end 58 as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. At this time, the airbag 81 pushes the upper surface forming portion 118 of the upper lining member 82 to break the upper lid portion 133 from the hinge portion 120 of the upper lining member 82 at the tear line before and after the vehicle. As shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 3, the image is developed so as to extend upward from the lower side of the window 19 along the inner surface of the window glass 16.

According to the embodiment described above, the upper lining member 82 is brought into contact with the holding member 59 so as to cover the open end 58 of the holding member 59 so as to be integrated, that is, modularized, and the inner panel 13 is modularized. And it attaches to the inner side reinforcement panel 14. FIG. In this way, since the relatively small upper lining member 82 and the holding member 59 are assembled into a module, the mounting operation and the mounting accuracy management of the upper lining member 82 can be easily performed. Therefore, the work cost can be reduced, and foreign matters can be prevented from entering from the terminal portion of the upper lining member 82, for example, due to poor mounting accuracy. Further, since the upper lining member 82 is brought into contact with the holding member 59 to be modularized, the upper lining member 82 can be attached to the inner panel 13 and the inner side reinforcing panel 14 in a state where the upper lining member 82 is reinforced by the holding member 59. Therefore, since the upper lining member 82 can be attached to the inner panel 13 and the inner side reinforcing panel 14 in a state where the rigidity is increased and the shape is stabilized, wrinkles or the like caused by deformation or the like occurring during the attachment can be prevented.

In addition, since the upper lining member 82 and the holding member 59 are provided with vertical contact portions 123 and 124 that receive a load from above, the rigidity against deformation caused by the load from above can be improved, and The mounting accuracy can be improved by positioning the lining member 82 and the holding member 59 in the vertical direction.

In addition, since the upper lining member 82 and the holding member 59 are provided with side contact portions 126 and 127 for receiving a load from the side, it is possible to improve the rigidity against deformation caused by the load from the side. The mounting accuracy can be improved by positioning the upper lining member 82 and the holding member 59 in the lateral direction.

In addition, since the upper lining member 82 and the inner side weather strip 47 are sandwiched between the holding member 59 and the inner panel 13, it is possible to prevent a gap between the inner side weather strip 47 and the upper lining member 82. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent foreign matter from entering and improve the appearance.

In addition, since the coupling portion 131 that couples the upper lining member 82 is provided on the side of the holding member 59 opposite to the open end 58, the upper lining member 82 and the holding member 59 are reliably integrated by the coupling portion 131. In addition, the upper lining member 82 can be coupled to the holding member 59 without affecting the deployment direction of the airbag 78.

Furthermore, since the lining main body member 81 is provided so as to sandwich the upper lining member 82 between the holding member 59, the lining main body member 81 can be aligned.

In addition, since the terminal of the upper lining member 82 is a downward projecting plate portion 106 that turns downward, it is possible to further prevent foreign matter from entering the storage space 66 and improve the appearance of the terminal.

In addition, since the upper surface lining member 118 disposed above the upper lining member 82 is provided between the holding member 59 and the upper lining member 82 so as to support the upper surface forming portion 118 from below, the vertical contact portions 123 and 124 are provided. It is possible to prevent deformation that occurs when a downward load is applied to the upper surface forming portion 118 of the upper lining member 82 at normal times. In addition, since the upper intermediate plate portion 102 arranged toward the side of the upper lining member 82 is provided with the hinge portion 120, the lid portion 133 of the upper lining member 82 is opened wide when the airbag 78 is deployed. Can be performed smoothly.

Further, since the side contact portions 126 and 127 for supporting the upper intermediate plate portion 102 from the side are provided between the holding member 59 and the upper lining member 82, the upper intermediate plate portion 102 of the upper lining member 82 is normally provided. It is also possible to prevent deformation that occurs when a load is applied from the side.

Further, since the lower reinforcing plate portion 125 constituting the side abutting portion 126 is provided on the upper lining member 82 and the hinge portion 120 is disposed in the vicinity of the end portion, the side support portion having relatively high rigidity is provided. 126 and the rigidity difference between the hinge part 120 having low rigidity, the deformation position of the hinge part 120 can be stabilized, and the lower side of the hinge part 120 of the upper lining member 82 can be stabilized by the side contact part 126. The lid portion 133 above the hinge portion 120 of the upper lining member 82 can be favorably rotated around the hinge portion 120 in the state where the upper lining member 82 is supported.

In the above embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the inner side weather strip 47 is provided with a hollow seal portion 135 instead of the abutment tongue piece 54, and the hollow seal portion 135 lowers the lower protruding plate of the upper lining member 82. The gap between the portion 106 and the upper plate portion 34 of the inner panel 13 may be absorbed to close the gap.
