Description
The present invention relates to a heating cooker that heats an object to be cooked, and more particularly to a heating cooker with improved cleanability in a heating chamber grill.
Conventionally, various efforts have been made to solve the problem that when a fish is cooked using a grill, oil in the food being cooked scatters and the inside of the grill becomes dirty.
For example, a flat side plate that freely slides between the protrusions provided on the top and bottom surfaces of the heating chamber, also called a grill, and the side wall of the heating chamber is installed in the heating chamber, so that Even if dirt (such as fish) oil and fat or meat pieces adheres to this side plate, the side plate is not fixed, so it can be easily pulled out of the heating chamber, and can be easily washed in a kitchen sink, etc. due to its small size. The technique is disclosed (for example, see Patent Document 1).
In addition, the cooking device is a rectangular box-shaped fixed box that is disposed in a heat-shielding case and has a front opening, and a rectangular box-shaped removable box that is detachably accommodated in the fixed box and has a front opening. If you want to clean the detachable cabinet with a double configuration, pull the door forward and pull out the roaster dish and grill net together, then grab the handle and pull the detachable cabinet forward. Thus, a technique has been disclosed in which the upper heater and the lower heater attached and fixed to the fixed cabinet side can be completely removed outside and can be easily cleaned (see, for example, Patent Document 2). .
Also, a detachable cover plate is provided to cover each of the left and right inner surfaces of the grill cabinet, and when the cover plate is attached to each inner surface of the grill cabinet, the cover plate is held while holding the support pieces of the cover plate by hand. Is inserted into the grill cabinet from the rear end side of the grill cabinet, and finally the cover plate is moved to the inner surface side, and the cover plate locking hole is avoided while avoiding interference with the retaining ribs. To lock the lock pin of the grill. When removing the cover plate from the grill cabinet when cleaning the cover plate, etc., lift the support piece inward while slightly lifting it by hand, and remove the retaining collar from the locking hole. If it removes, the technique which can remove a cover board easily is disclosed (for example, refer patent document 3).
However, in the conventional cooking device shown by the said patent documents 1-3, the top | upper surface part of the heating chamber was not able to be removed. Therefore, there is a problem that it is difficult to clean even if the top surface is dirty.
Moreover, in the conventional cooking device shown by the said patent documents 1-3, since the clearance gap between a heater and a wall surface was small and the inside of a grill store was difficult to enter, there existed a subject that cleaning property was remarkably bad.
Moreover, in the conventional heating cooker shown by the said
Moreover, in the conventional cooking device shown by the said
Moreover, in the conventional cooking device shown in the above-mentioned
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and a first object is to provide a heating cooker that improves the cleanability of the inside of the grill cabinet as compared with the conventional one.
A second object is to provide a heating cooker that suppresses oil from dripping due to oil leakage into the grill cabinet and dirt from adhering to the inner surface due to sneaking of oil smoke.
The heating cooker according to the present invention has a top surface portion, both side surface portions, a back surface portion, and a bottom surface portion, a heating chamber whose front surface is open so that an object can be taken in and out, and a door provided so as to close the opening on the front surface And a heat source that is disposed in the heating chamber and that heats the object to be cooked, a juice pan placed on the bottom surface portion, a side panel that is disposed so as to face the side surface portion and is detachably mounted in the heating chamber; A top panel that is separate from the side panel and faces the top panel and is detachably mounted in the heating chamber so as to contact the side panel, and the side panel has a center of gravity when mounted in the heating chamber. The position is outside the center position .
According to the present invention, there is provided a heating chamber having a top surface portion, both side surface portions, a back surface portion, and a bottom surface portion, the front surface being opened so that an object can be taken in and out, a door provided so as to close the front surface opening, A heat source that heats the food to be cooked, a juice pan placed on the bottom surface, a side panel that is disposed so as to face the side surface and is detachably mounted in the heating chamber, and a side panel And a top panel that is detachably mounted in the heating chamber so as to be in contact with the side panel and in contact with the side panel, and the side panel is centered on the position of the center of gravity when mounted in the heating chamber since than the positions as outside, cooking chamber side panels, can be removed by dividing the top panel, the washing with hand washing and dishwasher can be easily performed. Further, when the side panel is mounted in the heating chamber, if the side panel is inserted to the back and the hand is released, the side panel can naturally fall down to complete the mounting.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an appearance of a cooking device including a grill according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view showing a state where the top plate, the heating coil, and the grill door of the heating cooker shown in FIG. 1 are removed, and at the same time, shows the configuration inside the grill. FIG. 3 is a front view of the grill in
As shown in FIG. 1, the

As shown in FIG. 3, a pair of

When the left and

Thus, the side wall and ceiling of the
Also, the oil smoke leaking into the
Further, as described above, the
On the other hand, even if the oil directly attached to the
Further, the substantially flat
Moreover, if the
Also, a pair of lower surface side

Further, the above structure, the
Also, a pair of upper surface side heaters are supported so that one end is attached to the
In addition, when the upper surface side
Further, as shown in FIG. 4B, when the

As described above, according to this embodiment, the

10 to 12 are diagrams showing the flow of the exhaust flow. Next, the flow of the exhaust flow will be described with reference to FIGS.
As shown in FIG. 11, the outside air taken in through the air inlet formed by the gap between the notch portion at the lower portion of the
Although it is not essential to provide the gap W2, the inner surface side of each panel is the outer surface side in consideration of the manufacturing error, the case where the gap W2 has occurred, such as when the insertion of each panel is not complete, etc. The configuration is such that negative pressure is achieved.
A part of the outside air leaks from the
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 10, the outside air from the upper air passage can be taken in through the
In this way, all the exhaust gas is collected at the

Note that any sensor system such as a mechanical contact system or an optical system may be used.
For example, the sensor may be constituted by a mechanical button switch. In this case, as shown in FIG. 4A, the button switches 100a and 100b are provided at the mounting position of the
Moreover, you may comprise a limit switch instead of a button switch. In this case, magnets are embedded in the end portions of the
Further, the sensor may be configured by an optical type including a light emitting unit and a light receiving unit. In this case, as shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, a
Further, the light emitting unit is attached to one side surface 502 of the
