Description
The present invention relates to a passenger conveyor device such as a moving sidewalk or an escalator.
Passenger conveyor devices such as moving walkways and escalators include a plurality of stepped portions on which passengers ride and a pair of endless conveyor chains to which these stepped portions are connected. The conveyor chain is stretched between a pair of sprockets provided on the entrance side and the exit side, and the sprocket is rotationally driven by a driving device such as a motor, so that the stepping portion is moved together with the conveyor chain. Circulates between mouth.
The step portion and the conveyor chain are connected by fixing fixing portions provided at both ends of the step portion to the outer peripheral side edge portion of the link plate of the conveyor chain.
The conveyor chain is formed by connecting a plurality of link plates by a plurality of connecting shafts, and guide rollers are attached to all the connecting shafts or every other connecting shaft. The guide roller is engaged with a guide rail installed along the circulation movement direction of the conveyor chain. When the guide roller is engaged with the guide rail, the stepped portion is prevented from being displaced in the vertical direction when the stepped portion is circulated together with the conveyor chain.
By the way, in recent years, the space saving of the installation space of the passenger conveyor device has been demanded, and in order to meet the demand for space saving, it is effective to use a sprocket having a small diameter and a small number of teeth. However, if a sprocket with a small diameter and a small number of teeth is used, the stepping part moves back and forth along the direction of travel in the straight part of the conveyor chain due to the so-called polygonal effect that occurs when the conveyor chain advances along the sprocket. It is known to vibrate.
However, in the above-described passenger conveyor, the following points are not considered.
When using a guide rail with a curved part protruding in a chevron, to suppress longitudinal vibration of the step part, the guide roller flutters in the vertical direction before and after passing through the curved part, A phenomenon of collision with the guide rail occurs. This phenomenon becomes remarkable on the lower side of the sprocket, which is the side on which gravity acts on the guide roller in the direction away from the guide rail.
Even if the guide roller flutters in the vertical direction and collides with the rail or the guide rail, it causes abnormal vibration and noise in the stepping portion, which causes discomfort to the passenger conveyor user.
In order to prevent the guide roller from flapping in the vertical direction, the distance between the guide rail and the presser rail should be reduced so that the guide roller does not flutter between the guide rail and the presser rail. Is effective.
However, in the case where the fixed part of the step part is fixed to the outer peripheral side edge of the link plate, if the gap between the guide rail and the presser rail is reduced, the guide roller passes through the bent part. A situation occurs in which the fixed portion comes into contact with the rail. When such contact occurs, abnormal noise is generated from the contact portion, and the guide rail and the stepping portion are deteriorated due to wear.
For this reason, it has not been realized to reduce the gap between the guide rail and the presser rail to the outer diameter of the guide roller.
The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and its purpose is in a conveyor device such as a moving walkway provided with a guide rail having a mountain-shaped bent portion in order to suppress longitudinal vibration of the stepping portion. The passenger conveyor device that reduces the gap between the guide rail and the presser rail to the outer diameter of the guide roller and prevents the guide roller from flapping in the vertical direction between the guide rail and the presser rail. Is to provide.
A feature according to the embodiment of the present invention is that an endless conveyor chain that has a plurality of link plates and a connecting shaft that connects these link plates and circulates between two sprockets; A plurality of stepped portions connected to the conveyor chain and an area in which the circulation movement direction of the conveyor chain is switched from a linear direction to an arc direction along the outer periphery of the sprocket. A guide rail having a bent portion protruding in a mountain shape toward the outer peripheral side of the circulation movement path, a plurality of guide rollers attached to the link plate and engaged with and moved by the guide rail, A presser rail disposed on an outer peripheral side of the guide rail in a region facing the bent portion, and the conveyor chain The step portion is connected by fixing a fixing portion provided on the step portion to an outer peripheral side edge portion of the link plate, and from the outer peripheral side edge portion of the link plate to the outer peripheral side of the fixing portion. The height to the surface is set such that the fixed portion does not contact the presser rail, and the outer peripheral surface of the link plate to which the guide roller is attached from the outer peripheral surface of the guide roller. The clearance dimension between the tangent line extending in parallel and the outer peripheral side surface of the fixed part fixed to the outer peripheral side edge is 60% or more of the height dimension of the bent part. is there.
According to the present invention, even when the gap between the guide rail having the bent portion and the holding roller is reduced to the outer diameter of the guide roller, the fixing portion of the stepping portion is prevented from contacting the holding roller. Thus, even if the guide roller fluctuates in the vertical direction, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of abnormal vibrations and noise of the stepping portion caused by the collision with the rail or the guide rail.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
(First embodiment)
As shown in FIG. 1, the moving sidewalk that is the passenger conveyor device according to the first embodiment of the present invention has a truss 1 installed in the horizontal direction, and the truss 1 is formed below the road surface. It is housed in a concave pit. In the truss 1, a pair of driven sprockets 3 located on the entrance 2 side, a pair of driving
An
The
A plurality of
In the truss 1, a
Further,
As described above, the fixing
As shown in FIG. 4, the
In such a configuration, when the rotation driving device 6 is driven, the driving
When the
In the region where the presser rails 16 and 17 are provided, the vertical gap between the presser rails 16 and 17 and the
In addition, the gap dimension “B” between the tangent “a” of the outer peripheral surface of the
Therefore, when the
In the first embodiment, as an example of the
(Second Embodiment)
A second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. Note that, in the second embodiment and subsequent embodiments, the same components as those described in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant descriptions are omitted.
In a moving sidewalk that is a passenger conveyor device according to the second embodiment, an
The
Two
The
Accordingly, the
In such a configuration, according to the second embodiment, the operation described in the first embodiment can be obtained. Furthermore, since the height dimension “H” of the fixing
In addition, the outer peripheral
(Third embodiment)
A third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
In a moving sidewalk that is a passenger conveyor device according to the third embodiment,
