Description
The present invention relates to a warm bed apparatus for agricultural soil that can efficiently cultivate and cultivate crops by heating the soil of agricultural fields and the like, and ensures the water permeability of the soil so that the crops are not damaged by moisture. It is.
In recent years, the cultivatable area of crops has not been increasing in Japan, and there is a concern about a decline in food self-sufficiency, and food safety has also been demanded. The productivity of agricultural products is becoming more important than ever.
House cultivation that uses solar heat as a means to improve the productivity of crops and to relax the restrictions on the types of crops that are cultivated and cultivated depending on the season, that is, to improve the cultivating and cultivating environment Etc. have been actively conducted. In addition, it has been known that warming the seed bed soil has an effect on the growth of crop seedlings, and it has been practiced to bury a planar heater in the seed bed soil to warm the soil. Yes.
この問題に対して、有効な手段が先行技術として開示されている(文献1) However, conventionally, this planar heater sometimes has temperature variations over the entire surface. An effective means for this problem is disclosed as a prior art (Reference 1).
In the prior art, a planar heater embedded in the soil can transmit heat appropriately to the soil over the entire surface. However, this planar heater has a small area for use in raising seedlings and has a wide agricultural field. It was necessary to bury a large number of planar heaters in the field. For this reason, there has been a problem that wiring and the like are complicated and time-consuming. In addition, since the planar heater has a mat shape, the water permeability is poor, and there is a problem that the crops are damaged by root rot.
The present invention solves these problems, and it is possible to efficiently cultivate and cultivate crops by heating the soil such as agricultural fields, the wiring is simple, and a wide range of Another object of the present invention is to provide a hotbed mat that can be installed in an agricultural field and further ensures water permeability so that the crop is not damaged by moisture.
In order to achieve the above object, a warm bed apparatus for agricultural soil according to
Most of the water that plants need is absorbed from the roots. The water contains nutrients for plants by dissolving fertilizer components and oxygen in the soil. For this reason, a deficiency in soil moisture causes plant wilting, and an excess or stagnation of water causes root rot or oxygen deficiency. In addition, the heating of the soil by the hot bed mat requires water as a heat conduction medium in the soil. Therefore, the agricultural soil always needs water, but if water is excessively present or stagnant, it will cause damage to the crops. For this reason, an appropriate balance between water supply and drainage is required for cultivation in agricultural soil.
Therefore, by adopting the above-described configuration, the agricultural soil, that is, the soil for growing the crops on the upper part of the hotbed mat is warmed by the hotbed mat, and further, by using a heat insulating material, it is placed in a place other than the agricultural soil. Heat energy is prevented from being transmitted unnecessarily, and the thermal energy of the hot bed mat can be efficiently used for heating the agricultural soil. Moreover, excess moisture in soil out of the moisture permeated into the soil by watering or raining is moved below the heat insulating material through the water-permeable warm bed mat and the heat insulating material having a water permeable opening. Thereby, it is possible to prevent moisture damage such as root rot of crops cultivated in the soil on the hot bed mat. Moreover, since the water | moisture content in soil can be maintained appropriately, the thermal conductivity of soil can be improved and the agricultural soil in which a crop exists can be heated appropriately.
In addition, in the agricultural soil hotbed apparatus according to
By adopting this configuration, the heat pipes can be arranged at an appropriate interval, so that heating to the agricultural soil is averaged and appropriately performed without overheating. Further, since the end portions can be folded back in parallel, there are few terminals connected to the power source, and wiring is not complicated and easy. The weft yarn is preferably fastened with a synthetic resin string or belt having a long weather resistance. Moreover, the excessive water | moisture content of soil permeate | transmits below through a mesh structure, and an agricultural field soil will not stagnate an excessive water | moisture state or a water | moisture content. Since it has a mesh structure, the hot-bed mat can be easily stored, the overall weight can be reduced, and the work for laying in the soil is facilitated. Furthermore, when laying, since it is mesh-shaped, laying work is possible even if there is some unevenness in the soil, and work efficiency is good.
An agricultural soil warm bed apparatus according to
By adopting this configuration, the heating to the agricultural soil can be efficiently performed without releasing the heat energy to an unnecessary place. Further, by increasing the height of the bubbles, the air layer is expanded between the upper surface and the lower surface of the heat insulating material, and the heat insulating effect can be further enhanced. In addition, a water permeable opening can be provided in the sheet portion so as to give water permeability so that excessive moisture does not accumulate in the soil above the heat insulating material.
An agricultural soil hotbed apparatus according to
By adopting this configuration, the heating to the agricultural soil can be efficiently performed without releasing the heat energy to an unnecessary place. In addition, the use of foamed polystyrene with good thermal insulation makes it easy to lay on the soil, and even in fields where the foundation is soft and has poor foundation, a thick foundation can be used to secure a solid foundation. In other words, the soil part where the crop is planted does not become a soft ground, making it easier to carry out the farming work.
Moreover, the agricultural soil warm bed apparatus is the agricultural soil warm bed apparatus according to
By adopting this configuration, it is a heat pipe using sand iron that has good heat transfer and high specific gravity as a heat storage body, so the heat dissipation from the heat pipe to the soil is good, and the heating of the soil is efficient. It can be performed uniformly. As a result, productivity can be improved and quality can be maintained and improved in cultivation and cultivation of crops, particularly in winter. Further, since the heat storage amount is large in the operation of the heat pipe, heat storage and heat radiation can be operated in a hysteresis, so that intermittent operation using nighttime electric power is possible and operation cost can be saved.
According to the warm bed apparatus for farm soil according to claim 1 of the present invention, the farm soil is warmed by the warm bed mat, and further, heat is applied to places unnecessary for growing the crop by using a heat insulating material. Energy is prevented from being released, and the thermal energy of the hotbed mat can be used efficiently for heating the agricultural soil. In addition, water from the agricultural soil permeated into the soil by watering or raining, excess excess water is infiltrated downward by the permeability of the hot-bed mat and the heat insulating material, so that the water in the agricultural soil is appropriately adjusted. It can prevent moisture damage such as root rot of crops and contribute to the improvement of crop productivity.

According to the breeding ground apparatus No圃soil according to claim 1 according to the present invention may heat transfer properties, because the iron sand density, can be increased a heat pipe used as the heat storage body, from the heat pipe to the soil The heat dissipation action is good, the soil can be heated efficiently and uniformly, and in the winter season, productivity can be improved in cultivation and cultivation of crops, and the quality can be maintained and improved.
FIG. 1 shows a typical application example of a
As shown in FIG. 4, instead of the heating wire 2-1, the heating wire of the
The heating wire 2-1 is connected to a power supply wiring (not shown), and is preferably connected to a heating control device (not shown) for temperature control. The heating control device mainly uses temperature control, and the temperature sensor measures the temperature of the
Further, a
Moreover, as described above, the agricultural soil
FIG. 2 shows an example of a
The
FIG. 3 shows an example of a
The
When the variety of the
Not only is it widely applied in the agricultural field, but it can also be used as a snow melting device for permeable pavements, especially in snowfall areas.
