Claims (3)
- カーボンナノチューブの合成の触媒の前駆体である有機金属化合物と炭素供給源とを含む混合液を調製する第1段階と、
表面上で前記カーボンナノチューブが合成される支持体を前記混合液に添加する第2段階と、
前記支持体が添加された前記混合液に超音波を照射する第3段階と、を含み、
前記有機金属化合物は、メタロセン(M(C5H5)2)(M=Ti、V、Co、Ni)及び金属カルボニルのうち、いずれか1つであることを特徴とするカーボンナノチューブの合成方法。 - 前記炭素供給源は、前記有機金属化合物に対して溶媒として作用するキシレン、ベンゼン及びエーテルのうち、いずれか1つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカーボンナノチューブの合成方法。
- 前記支持体は、シリカ粉末であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のカーボンナノチューブの合成方法。
