Claims (7)
- 原子や分子などの遠視野で、かつ高分解能な顕微鏡において、レーザー共振器から直接発生させた、または偏光変換光学素子を用いて発生させたひとつまたは複数のベクトルビームの光軸方向電場によって、測定試料内の原子や分子などに前記光軸方向の分極を誘起し、その自然放出によって生じる発光強度分布を測定することによって、前記原子や分子などの前記光軸方向に関する情報を得ることを特徴とする顕微鏡。
- 前記ベクトルビームが,連続発振またはパルス発振であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の顕微鏡。
- 前記ベクトルビームの一部がダークスポットあるいは中空ビームを形成することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の顕微鏡。
- 前記ベクトルビームの一部または全部の偏光または偏光分布が変更されることを特徴とする請求項1、2または3記載の顕微鏡。
- 得られる画像が二次元または三次元であることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3または4記載の顕微鏡。
- 観測する前記測定試料が無機物または有機物であることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4または5記載の顕微鏡。
- 使用するレンズが乾燥系、油浸系、水浸系あるいは固浸(ソリッドイマージョン)系のいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4、5または6記載の顕微鏡。
