Claims (13)
- 体液試料を採取するための穿刺システムであって、
複数のランセット(5)をもつランセット担体(4)を含む少なくとも1つのカセット(1)と、このようなカセット(1)のための区画、区画に挿入されたカセット(1)内に含まれたランセット(5)を連続して穿刺位置に移動するための漸次前進機構、および穿刺位置にあるランセット(5)を穿刺動作のために加速させる穿刺駆動部(11)を有する穿刺装置とを備えた穿刺システムであって、
前記カセット(1)が、ランセット担体(4)のための容器(8)を有する連結手段(7)を有し、前記容器(8)が、カセット筐体(11)に対して可動であり、ランセット担体(4)がもつ前記ランセット(5)が、漸次前進機構を作動させることによって容器(8)に対して可動になり、容器(8)が、作動時に、穿刺駆動部(11)を穿刺位置にあるランセット(5)に連結し、穿刺駆動部(11)により生成された推進力を穿刺中に穿刺位置にあるランセット(5)に伝達し、
前記ランセット(5)が、ランセット担体(4)の長手方向に対して横断するように配置されることを特徴とする穿刺システム。 - 前記ランセット担体(4)が、帯状であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の穿刺システム。
- 前記ランセット担体(4)が、穿刺傷から採取された体液試料を試験するための試験領域(6)もち、該試験領域がランセット(5)のあいだに配置されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の穿刺システム。
- 前記連結手段(7)がランセット担体(4)に連結し、穿刺位置にあるランセット(5)とともにこれを穿刺中に移動させることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の穿刺システム。
- 前記連結手段(7)が、漸次前進機構の作動中に、ランセット担体(4)への連結を保持されることを特徴とする請求項4記載の穿刺システム。
- 前記連結手段(7)が、漸次前進機構の作動中に、穿刺駆動部(11)への連結を保持されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の穿刺システム。
- 前記連結手段(7)が、穿刺中に固締様式でランセット担体(4)を把持し、穿刺後の戻り動作完了後には再度これを解放することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の穿刺システム。
- 前記連結手段(7)が、ランセット担体(4)を固締するための固締力を生じさせるばね要素(14)を含むことを特徴とする請求項7記載の穿刺システム。
- 前記連結手段(7)が、構造化された連結面(16)を介してランセット担体(4)に接触することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の穿刺システム。
- 前記連結手段(7)が、穿刺中の前進段階後に、ランセット(5)によって実行された戻り動作方向に傾斜した繊維(9)をもつ接触面(16)を介してランセット担体(4)に接触することを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の穿刺システム。
- 前記構造化された連結面(16)が、ランセット担体(4)と連結面(16)との互いに対する相対運動に対して抵抗をもたらし、前記抵抗が相対運動の方向に依存することを特徴とする請求項9または10記載の穿刺システム。
- 体液試料を採取するための穿刺装置のためのカセットであって、該カセット(1)が複数のランセット(5)をもつランセット担体(4)を含み、また穿刺動作のためにカセット(1)に包含されたランセット(5)を加速させる穿刺駆動部(11)を含む穿刺装置に挿入可能であって、前記カセット(1)が穿刺装置の穿刺駆動部(11)にランセット担体(4)を連結するための連結手段(7)を有しており、前記連結手段(7)がランセット担体(4)のための容器(8)を有し、該容器(8)がカセット筐体(11)に対して可動であって、容器(8)が穿刺位置にあるランセット(5)に推進力を伝達し、該推進力が容器(8)に連結された穿刺駆動部(11)により穿刺中に生成され、
前記ランセット(5)が、ランセット担体(4)の長手方向に対して横断するように配置されることを特徴とするカセット。 - カセット(1)のための区画を備えた体液試料を採取するための穿刺装置であって、該区画が、複数のランセット(5)をもつランセット担体(4)と、区画に挿入されたカセット(1)に含まれたランセット(5)を順次に穿刺位置にて位置決めするための漸次前進機構と、穿刺位置にあるランセット(5)を加速させるための穿刺駆動部(11)とを含み、前記穿刺駆動部(11)が、挿入されたカセット(1)の連結手段(7)を介してランセット担体(4)に連結されるように構成され、穿刺のために穿刺位置にあるランセット(5)を加速させ、
前記ランセット(5)が、ランセット担体(4)の長手方向に対して横断するように配置されることを特徴とする穿刺装置。
