Description
なお、下記特許文献1、2に、従来の観賞魚用水槽が示され、特許文献1に示された観賞魚用水槽では、濾過装置を循環させるための配管や、排水管、給水管等を水槽の底面を貫通させているが、水槽の底面を貫通するようにこれらの配管をすると、水槽の製造コストを著しく上昇させるという問題があると共に、その取り扱い、移動等が容易でなくなるという問題がある。

Claims (1)
- 水槽を構成する側面のガラス板に円形透孔を開設し、該円形透孔よりも少し小径の貫通孔が開設された硬質弾性樹脂板を該ガラス板の内面に粘着材を介在させることにより貼着し、自己粘着性を有するゲルシートにより前記円形透孔よりも大径に形成された2つの環状弾性パッキンを該ガラス板の外面で前記円形透孔の外周部および前記硬質弾性樹脂板の内面で前記貫通孔の外周部にそれぞれ配置し、一対のねじ込み式管継手は雄型管継手と雌型管継手とからなり、該雄型管継手は前記貫通孔を貫通し得る雄螺子管部がフランジ部から突出するように形成されたものであり、該雌型管継手はフランジ部に該雄螺子管部が螺入し得る雌螺子管部が形成されたものであり、該雌型管継手のフランジ部を一方の前記環状弾性パッキンに密着させると共に、前記雄型管継手のフランジ部と他方の前記環状弾性パッキンとの間に滑動用ワッシャーを介在させて該雄螺子管部を前記硬質弾性樹脂板の貫通孔に貫挿し、該雄螺子管部の先端を前記雌型管継手の雌螺子管部に合致させて該雄型管継手を回転させることで該雄螺子管部を該雌螺子管部に螺入し締結することにより、該雌型管継手のフランジ部と該雄型管継手のフランジ部とにより前記ガラス板と前記硬質弾性樹脂板とを両側からそれぞれ前記環状弾性パッキンを介し挟着してなることを特徴とする観賞魚用ガラス水槽の配管構造。
