A locking piece inserted from the distal end side into the loop-shaped winding portion, and the gap includes a first gap portion for inserting the winding portion of the spring material and a winding portion of the spring material. And a second gap portion for locking, the gap size of the first gap portion is A1, the gap size of the second gap portion is A2, the wire diameter of the spring material is B, and the spring material When the width dimension of the winding portion is C, the relationship is B <A1 <C <A2.

According to the present invention, even if the fixture fixed to the suction panel is detached from the attachment portion of the suction panel, the suction panel can be prevented from falling, which is safe.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a ceiling ventilator 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The ceiling ventilator 1 is arranged on the ceiling back 3 side of a room 2. An opening 5a is formed in the ceiling plate 5 constituting the ceiling of the room 2, and a mounting frame 6 is provided on the periphery of the opening 5a so as to be located on the ceiling back 3 side. The ceiling ventilation device 1 is attached to the attachment frame 6. Generally, the mounting frame 6 is composed of a frame made of wood.

The ceiling ventilator 1 includes a tubular main body case 8 made of a steel material. An upper surface portion 8a of the main body case 8 is closed and a lower surface opening 9 is formed on the lower surface. The main body case 8 is inserted and attached to the opening 6 a of the attachment frame 6 from below. A flange 10 projecting sideways is integrally provided on the peripheral edge of the lower end portion of the main body case 8, and the flange 10 directly contacts the lower surface of the mounting frame 6 from below and is attached to the mounting frame 6 by means such as screwing. Fixed to.

A motor 12 is attached to the upper surface portion 8a in the main body case 8, and a fan 13 comprising a centrifugal fan is attached to the rotating shaft 12a. The motor 12 and the fan 13 rotated by the motor 12 constitute a blower 14. A partition plate 17 having an intake port 16 is provided in the main body case 8 in the vicinity of the lower portion of the fan 13. A lower part of the partition plate 17 is provided with a spring material hooking part (main body side locking part) 19 on the main body side for locking a spring material 34 described later. Further, an exhaust port 18 is formed in the side surface portion of the main body case 8. A duct 15 communicating with the outdoors is connected to the exhaust port 18.

On the other hand, a suction panel 20 made of synthetic resin is disposed below the main body case 8 so as to cover the opening 5a of the ceiling plate 5 from below. The suction panel 20 has a circular shape and includes a grill 21 having a large number of ventilation holes 21a.

In the above-described configuration, when the fan 13 is rotationally driven by the motor 12 of the blower 14 a, the air in the room 2 is caused to flow from the vent 21 a of the suction panel 20 to the lower surface opening 9 of the main body case 8 by the fan 13. The air is sucked into the main body case 8 through the air inlet 16 (see arrow a), and the sucked air is discharged from the exhaust port 18 on the side surface of the main body case 8 to the duct 15 in the ceiling 3 (see arrow b).

By the way, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a mounting portion 23 is integrally formed of resin at a substantially central portion on the upper surface side (main body case side) of the suction panel 20, and the mounting portion 23 is made of metal. A fixture (hereinafter referred to as a fixture) 24 is attached. The fixing bracket 24 has a locking portion 28, and the locking portion 28 is configured to have a substrate portion 25, a locking piece 26, and a fixing piece 27 as shown in FIG. The fixing bracket 24 is fixed by screws 29 with the base plate portion 25 extending along the upper surface portion of the suction panel 20 and the fixing piece 27 overlapped with the upper surface portion of the attachment portion 23. Further, an attachment hole 24 a for attaching one end portion of a connecting rod 37 described later is formed on one end portion side of the fixing bracket 24.

A gap 30 is formed between the substrate portion 25 of the fixing bracket 24 and the locking piece 26. The gap 30 includes a first gap portion 31 for inserting a winding portion for inserting a loop-like winding portion 34a of a spring material 34, which will be described later, and a second gap portion 32 for locking the winding portion. It is constituted by.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, a spring material 34 is locked to the locking piece 26 of the fixing bracket 24. The spring member 34 has a loop-shaped winding portion 34a at the center thereof, and two arm portions 34b extend from the winding portion 34a, and the two arm portions 34b are attached in a direction away from each other. Has power.

As shown in FIG. 1, both arms 34b of the spring member 34 engage with the spring hooking portion 19 on the main body side, and the suction panel 20 is pulled upward by the urging force of the arms 34b in the direction away from each other. The opening 5 a of the ceiling plate 5 is covered by bringing the peripheral edge portion into contact with the ceiling plate 5.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 4, the gap dimension of the first gap part 31 is A1, the gap dimension of the second gap part 32 is A2, and as shown in FIG. When the diameter is B and the width dimension of the winding portion 34a of the spring member 34 is C, the relationship B <A1 <C <A2 is satisfied.

That is, by setting B <A1, the winding portion 34a can pass through the first gap portion 31 when the spring material 34 is mounted, and by setting A1 <C, the mounting portion of the suction panel 20 is provided. When the fixing bracket 24 is rotated as shown in FIG. 6 when 23 is broken, the winding portion 34a of the spring material 34 is restricted from coming out of the first gap portion A1.

Note that C <A2 is set so that the fixing bracket 24 can rotate as shown in FIG. 6 when the mounting portion 23 of the suction panel 20 is damaged.

In addition, a notch 33 is formed in the locking piece 26 of the fixing bracket 24 so as to be positioned between the first gap 31 and the second gap 32. By inserting a part of the winding portion 34a of the spring material 34 into the cutout portion 33, the removal of the winding portion 34a of the spring material 34a can be more reliably regulated.

Further, as shown in FIG. 2, one end of a connecting rod 37 as a connecting member is fixed to the mounting hole 24a of the fixing bracket 24 described above. A hook-shaped hook 37 a is formed at the other end of the connecting rod 37, and the hook 37 a is hooked on the reinforcing bar 21 b of the grill 21 of the suction panel 20. That is, the fixture 24 and the suction panel 20 are connected via the connecting rod 37. The connecting rod 37 is made of a metal steel wire (wire).

Next, the attachment procedure of the suction panel 20 will be described.

First, the fixing bracket 24 is prepared, and one end of the connecting rod 37 is inserted into the mounting hole 24a of the fixing bracket 24, and the insertion end is bent and fixed with pliers or the like. Next, the hooking portion 37 a on the other end side of the connecting rod 37 is hooked on the reinforcing bar 21 b of the grill 21 of the suction panel 20 to connect the fixture 24 and the suction panel 20. Thereafter, the fixing piece 27 of the fixing bracket 24 is superposed on the upper surface portion of the attachment portion 23 of the suction panel 20 and fixed with screws 29. After this fixing, the first gap portion 31 is passed through the loop-shaped winding portion 34a of the central portion of the spring member 34 to the locking piece 26 of the fixing bracket 24 so as to be positioned in the second gap portion 32. Stop. After locking the loop-shaped winding portion 34a of the spring material 34 in this manner, the two arm portions 34b of the spring material 34 are deformed in a direction approaching each other against the biasing force. It is inserted into the main body case 8 from the lower surface opening 9 and engaged with the spring hook 19 on the main body side. From this state, the suction panel 20 is pushed into the main body case. By this pushing, the two arm portions 34b of the spring member 34 expand in a direction away from each other by its urging force, and the suction panel 20 is pulled upward by this force and fixedly held. Thus, the attachment of the suction panel 20 is completed.

By the way, since the force which draws the suction panel 20 toward the main body case always acts on the fixing bracket 24 attached to the attachment portion 23 of the suction panel 20, if the attachment portion 23 of the suction panel 20 deteriorates due to long-term use, the attachment portion 23 may be damaged. When the mounting portion 23 is damaged, as shown in FIG. 6, the screw 29 is removed, the fixing bracket 24 is detached from the mounting portion 23, and the suction panel 20 is about to fall. However, at this time, the winding portion 34a of the spring member 34 is caught in the first gap portion 31 between the locking piece 26 and the substrate portion 25 to prevent the spring member 34 from coming off, and as shown in FIGS. In addition, the suction panel 20 is suspended via the connecting rod 37. Thereby, the fall of the suction panel 20 is prevented. Note that the fixing bracket 24, the spring material 34, and the connecting rod 37 are all made of metal and do not deteriorate. Further, the reinforcing bar 21b of the grill 21 of the suction panel 20 to which the hooking portion 37a of the connecting rod 37 is hooked is made of resin. However, since this portion is usually a place where no force is applied at all, it does not deteriorate so much. In addition, since the suction panel 20 is made of resin and is lightweight, even if the suction panel 20 is suspended by the reinforcing bar 21b for a certain period, this portion is not damaged.

As described above, according to this embodiment, when the attachment portion 23 of the suction panel 20 is damaged, the winding portion 34a of the spring material 34 is hooked on the first gap portion 31 of the fixing bracket 24 and is prevented from coming off. In addition, since the suction panel 20 is suspended by the main body side hooking portion 19 of the main body case 8 via the connecting rod 37, the suction panel 20 can be prevented from dropping and safety can be improved.

Note that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment as it is, and can be embodied by modifying the constituent elements without departing from the scope of the invention in the implementation stage. For example, in the present embodiment, the hooking portion 37a of the connecting rod 37 is hooked on the reinforcing bar 21b of the grill 21 of the suction panel 20. However, the hooking portion 37a is hooked on the bar of the grill 21 or is previously provided with a hook locking portion. You may be hooked on this. Various inventions can be formed by appropriately combining a plurality of constituent elements disclosed in the above-described embodiments. For example, you may delete some components from all the components shown by embodiment mentioned above. Furthermore, you may combine the component covering different embodiment suitably.
