Description

The present invention relates to a floor portion of a balcony of a unit building.

The floor structure of the inner balcony of the unit type building has a structure described in Patent Literature 1 and Patent Literature 2, for example.
As described in this patent document, the floor of a balcony may be constructed with mortar, but in this case, the formation of a sloped floor is performed by skilled workers. For this reason, the construction of the floor of the inner balcony is performed as follows.

First, a plurality of floor foundation panels made of ALC panels and the like are disposed along the longitudinal direction of the floor surface, supported by joists spanned between the beams of the frame. Next, a gutter member is attached to the underwater side (handrail side) of the floor foundation panel. Thereafter, a waterproof sheet is laid so as to cover the upper surface of the floor base panel and the inner surface of the side groove member. At this time, adjacent waterproof sheets are integrated by welding. Separately, each edge is drained with a waterproof sheet for the edge, such as draining between the base rising portion and the handrail portion attached to the side groove member.

However, in the above prior art, a plurality of floor foundation panels are arranged according to the size of the floor surface, the waterproof foundation rising material is attached, the joints between the floor foundation panels are filled and dried, and the adhesive is applied. A plurality of operations such as affixing a waterproof sheet are required. In particular, welding work between waterproof sheets is performed by qualified personnel and requires skill.
Moreover, although an inner balcony is produced in the unit assembly line of a factory, time required for curing etc. is required for the above-mentioned joint filling and its drying operation, adhesive application, and drying operation. These operations are not operations on the unit assembly line, but are operations outside the line. This contributes to an increase in man-hours in the construction of the inner balcony.
The present invention has been made paying attention to the above points, and it is an object of the present invention to reduce labor for building a balcony floor at a balcony assembly site and to reduce man-hours in building an inner balcony. .

Further, a waterproof sheet 14 is attached so as to cover the upper surface of the panel member 2, the surface of the side groove member 5, and the inner side surface of each base rising portion. This waterproof sheet 14 constitutes a waterproof layer. Here, the waterproof layer does not need to be formed of the waterproof sheet 14, and may be formed as a waterproof layer by applying a waterproof paint or the like along the surface.
In addition, a water draining sheet 15 is provided on each side of each rising portion of the waterproof sheet 14.
A mounting bracket 16 is fixed to the lower part of the panel member 2.

As shown in FIG. 6, the mounting bracket 16 is disposed at a connecting portion between adjacent floor foundation panels 1. The mounting bracket 16 includes a horizontal portion 17 disposed opposite to the upper surface of the joist 30 to be placed, a pair of hanging portions 18 depending from the lower surface of the horizontal portion 17, and a vertical portion rising upward from the upper surface of the horizontal portion 17. 19. In FIG. 6, the case where the said structure is made into a shape combining several angle materials is illustrated.
A downward U-shaped portion composed of the pair of hanging portions 18 and the horizontal portion 17 can be fitted over the joists 30 so as to straddle from above.
The said vertical part 19 is set so that it may be inserted between the adjacent floor foundation panels 1 in this embodiment.

An L-shaped bracket 20 for height adjustment is fixed to the vertical portion 19 extending above, and the lower surfaces of the left and right floor foundation panels 1 are placed on the horizontal plate portion of the L-shaped bracket 20. Has been fixed. By adjusting the height of the horizontal plate portion of the L-shaped metal fitting 20 with respect to the horizontal portion 17 from the water upper side to the water lower side, the panel member 2 is directed to the upper surface and from the water upper side to the water lower side. Can be set to have the required water gradient.
That is, a required water gradient is set on the floor surface by adjusting the attachment position of the L-shaped metal fitting 20 with respect to the vertical portion 18. In addition, this L-shaped metal fitting 20 may be comprised with one member from the water upper side toward the water lower side, and may be provided in plurality at predetermined intervals from the water upper side toward the water lower side.

(Example of installation)
FIG. 7 is a schematic configuration diagram showing a plane showing a casing portion of the floor surface of the balcony unit before the waterproof panel P for balcony is assembled.
That is, the joist 30 is bridged between the frame beams 31, but the handrail side block 32 is not yet attached.
The balcony waterproof panel P having the above-described configuration is inserted into the balcony unit in this state, and the balcony waterproof panel P is dropped and installed so that the floor base panel is at the position shown in FIG.
At this time, as shown in FIG. 6, it installs so that the upper part of the joist 30 may fit in the pair of hanging parts 18 of the mounting bracket 16. By supporting the mounting bracket 16 on the joist 30 in this way, the balcony waterproof panel P is automatically positioned, and a water gradient having a predetermined inclination is set on the upper floor surface.

As described above, when the balcony waterproof panel P is installed, the lower flange of the channel material is bolted and fixed to the joist 30 as shown in FIG.
Next, as shown in FIG. 9, a handrail side block 32 to which an outer wall panel 34 such as a siding board is fixed is attached. At this time, the plywood 33 for unevenness adjustment is fixed to the inner side surface of the handrail side block 32. And the inner surface of the handrail side block 32 is made to contact the side groove rising wall part 5a of the side groove member 5 of the waterproof panel P for balconies through the adjustment plywood 33.
Thus, after the handrail side block 32 is fixed, the draining sheet 15 is arranged along the upper part of the plywood 33 and the inner wall surface of the handrail side block 32, and is adhered or welded. To do.

Similarly, waterproofing is performed between the left and right wall portions and the left and right end portions of the balcony waterproof panel P. In this process, for example, draining sheets formed on the left and right end portions of the waterproof panel P for balcony are arranged along the left and right wall portions, and bonded and welded to be fixed.
Moreover, the waterproofing process of the junction part with the sash side wall part of another unit (unit different from a balcony unit) by the side of a living room is performed. This prevention treatment may be performed by providing a draining sheet on the waterproof panel P for a balcony and arranging it along the wall portion as described above, and fixing it by bonding or welding. Sealing joint members may be arranged to perform waterproofing.
In addition, drain installation will be performed.

(Effect of embodiment)
(1) Since it is only necessary to drop the waterproof panel P for balcony toward the joist 30 and install it, the unit assembling work becomes easy and the accuracy of the floor surface is improved. That is, when laying one by one while supporting a plurality of floor foundation panels 1 with joists, adjustment between adjacent floor foundation panels 1 is necessary, but since the panels are integrated in advance, A floor surface with quality accuracy can be easily formed on site, and it is only necessary to install it by dropping it, so man-hours can be reduced.

(2) Moreover, by using the waterproof panel P for balconies, it is not necessary to fill the joints between the floor foundation panels 1 or to dry them. Further, it is not necessary to attach the waterproof sheet 14 on the laid floor base panel 1 or the like to bond and weld it. As a result, off-line work can be reduced, and the number of man-hours for unit assembly can be reduced.
(3) The laying work of the waterproof sheet 14 needs to be handled by a qualified person, but it is not necessary to arrange the qualified person only for the inner balcony on the unit assembly line.

(4) Further, by integrating the draining sheet 15 with the waterproof panel P for the balcony in advance, the waterproofing treatment of the edge portion can be easily performed by bonding and welding the draining sheet.
In addition, about the water upper side and side end surface which is not under water, the draining sheet may not necessarily be integrated with the waterproof panel P for balconies, and the portion may be subjected to a prevention treatment with another sealing material. good.
