Description
心臓EGM信号を検知するための、患者の体の中に埋め込むようになっている複数の電極と、
前記複数の電極から選択される検知電極対に結合するR波検出器と、
前記心臓EGM信号を受信するための前記複数の電極に切換え可能に結合する検知回路と、
前記受信されたEGM信号内に含まれるT波信号対雑音比を改善するための信号調整モジュールと、
複数の心周期中に、前記R波検出器によって生成されたR波検出信号に関して、前記受信されたEGM信号に適用されるT波検知窓内でT波パラメータを測定し、該T波パラメータ測定値に応答してT波交代性測定値を計算するプロセッサと
を備える。
Claims (19)
- 心臓EGM信号を検知するための、患者の体の中に埋め込むようになっている複数の電極と、
前記複数の電極から選択される検知電極対に結合するR波検出器と、
前記心臓EGM信号を受信するための前記複数の電極に切換え可能に結合する検知回路と、
前記受信されたEGM信号内に含まれるT波信号対雑音比を改善するための信号調整モジュールと、
複数の心周期中に、前記R波検出器によって生成されたR波検出信号に関して、前記受信されたEGM信号に適用されるT波検知窓内でT波パラメータを測定し、該T波パラメータ測定値に応答してT波交代性測定値を計算し、T波交代性パラメータに基づいてT波交代性の深刻さ(180)を決定して表示するプロセッサと
を備える、システム。 - 前記検知回路は、T波信号電圧振幅に応答して、増幅器の利得を調整する自動利得制御検知増幅器を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記信号調整モジュールは、信号デコンボリューションモジュールを備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記信号調整モジュールは、フィルタを備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記信号調整モジュールは、基線変動除去モジュールを備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- T波交代性測定値コンシステンシを求める際に使用するための、前記受信された心臓EGM信号における期外収縮の頻度を検出する期外収縮検出器をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- T波交代性測定値コンシステンシを求める際に使用するための、前記受信された心臓EGM信号におけるT波アーチファクトの頻度を検出する信号形態検出器をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記T波パラメータ測定値に対する呼吸の寄与を検出する呼吸信号検出器をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- T波交代性の前記測定値に応答する治療送出モジュールをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記治療送出モジュールは電気刺激モジュールを含む、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記電気刺激モジュールは、期外収縮心臓刺激を送出するようになっている、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記電気刺激モジュールは、オーバードライブペーシングを送出するようになっている、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- T波交代性の前記測定値に応答してアラームを生成するアラーム回路部をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記T波交代性測定値の報告を送信するテレメトリ回路部をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記システムは前記プロセッサによって受け取られる生理的信号を生成する生理的検知回路部をさらに備え、前記プロセッサは前記生理的信号に応答してT波交代性測定値を計算する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記システムは前記プロセッサによって受け取られる生理的信号を生成する生理的検知回路部をさらに備え、前記プロセッサは前記生理的信号と前記T波交代性測定値との間の相関を計算する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記生理的検知回路部は活動センサを備える、請求項16に記載のシステム。
- 前記生理的検知回路部は機械的心機能のセンサを備える、請求項16に記載のシステム。
- T波交代性測定法を始動させるトリガ用信号を生成するアクティベータをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
