上記実施の形態1が蓋ヒータ15の熱が加熱室33内の空気を介して基板室26の底面に設けられている乾燥剤収納部26b内の乾燥剤30を加熱するのに対し、この実施の形態3は、蓋ヒータ15の熱が加熱室33内に設けられ、一端側は蓋ヒータ15に接触し、他端側は加熱室33内で基板室26の底面に接触させられている伝熱金属板35を介して基板室26の底面に設けられている乾燥剤収納部26b内の乾燥剤30を加熱するので、実施の形態1に比べてより強く、効率よく加熱することができる。
この実施の形態3も、実施の形態1と同様に、炊飯時以外に蓋ヒータ15のオン・オフする専用のスイッチを設けておき、必要に応じてスイッチをオンして蓋ヒータ15を加熱して乾燥剤30の内部に吸湿している水蒸気を乾燥剤30の外に排出させ、経時による乾燥剤30の機能低下を防止するようにしてもよい。
