Claims (1)
- 塗膜中に存在する顔料の配向状態を推定する顔料配向状態推定方法であって、
塗料の特性および塗装条件を設定する第1ステップと、
前記塗料の塗着時における前記顔料の配向状態を設定しかつ前記塗着時の時刻をゼロにセットする第2ステップと、
前記時刻を一単位だけ進める第3ステップと、
前記塗料の乾燥過程における膜厚方向の収縮速度勾配に基づいて前記一単位だけ進めた時刻における前記顔料の配向状態を算出する第4ステップと、
前記塗膜が乾燥状態に達しているか否かを判断する第5ステップを含み、
該第5ステップで前記塗膜が乾燥状態に達していないと判断された場合には、前記第3ステップに戻り、前記第5ステップで前記塗膜が乾燥状態に達していると判断されるまで、第3ステップと第4ステップを繰り返し、
前記収縮速度勾配は、前記塗料の特性および塗装条件に基づいて算出され、
前記顔料の配向状態の算出は、粘性流体中の回転楕円体の回転状態を決定する下記の式(1)と、前記顔料が所定の配向角をとる確率の時間変化を表す下記の式(2)を用いて行われることを特徴とする顔料配向状態推定方法。
r:楕円体のアスペクト比(長軸/短軸)
γ:ずり速度(収縮速度勾配)
dP/dt:単位時間あたりの確率Pの変化
∂θ/∂t: 確率P(θ)のスケールθの変化
