Description
The present invention relates to an absorbent article.
Conventionally, in an absorbent article such as a sanitary napkin, an absorbent article having improved side leakage prevention properties by forming a side leakage prevention part by arranging a leakage prevention side sheet on both longitudinal sides thereof Is known (see Patent Document 1).
In addition, a surface sheet having irregularities on the surface is also widely provided on the skin contact surface of the absorbent article. As a technique for forming irregularities on the skin contact surface of the absorbent article, body fluid is mainly used. A technique is also known in which the degree of unevenness outside the region is set smaller than the unevenness formed in the region to be absorbed or the unevenness is not formed (see Patent Document 2).
However, there is no limit to the demand for improving the performance of the absorbent article, and an absorbent article with further improved performance is desired.
An object of the present invention is to provide an absorbent article having further improved performance as compared with the above-described prior art.
The present invention comprises a substantially vertically absorbent main body having a liquid-permeable top sheet, a liquid-impermeable or liquid-impermeable back sheet, and a liquid-retaining absorbent positioned between the two sheets. The absorbent article has a pair of side leak-proofing portions formed on the skin contact surface side on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body, and the topsheet is located at the center in the width direction of the absorbent main body. Located at both sides of the central region in the width direction of the absorbent main body and lower than the height of the convex portion in the central region Each of the side leakage preventing parts is at least one of the side areas in the width direction of the absorbent main body. Each of which covers a part and each of the side leakage preventing parts It is obtained by achieving the above object by the edges to provide an absorbent article which is located outward from the position of the end portion of the central region.
The absorbent article of the present invention is excellent in liquid return prevention and leakage prevention.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on preferred embodiments with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, a
The longitudinal direction of the absorbent
Moreover, a pair of side leak-
As shown in FIG. 3, each side leak-
As the
As a sheet material preferably used as the side sheet, various known materials can be used. For example, a water-repellent nonwoven fabric or a sheet made of a resin film is preferably used. Use of a water-repellent air-through nonwoven fabric is preferable in terms of touch. A laminate of a nonwoven fabric and a resin film can also be used. It is preferable to use a nonwoven fabric formed by a spunbond method or a melt blown method, including the touch. In addition, several sheets of such sheets may be used.
Among these, it is preferable to use a nonwoven fabric or the like formed by a spunbond method or a melt blown method because it has a good touch and does not have a thickness and is difficult to form a step when placed on a surface sheet.
The
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the central region M of the
In the present embodiment, the
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, each of the pair of side regions S and S is configured such that the sheet constituting the
In the
In particular, in this embodiment, the convex part of the center area | region M of the
On the other hand, in the side region S, the height of the
Moreover, as above-mentioned, the
As shown in FIG. 3, each of the side
By arranging the side leak-
On the other hand, when the side leak-
From the viewpoint of making it difficult for a gap to be formed between the skin of the wearer and the skin contact surface of the
While preventing a large level | step difference between the surface of the side leak-
Further, in relation to the thickness T51 (see FIG. 3) of the
The thickness T7 is preferably 0.3 to 2.0 mm, more preferably 0.3 to 1.5 mm, from the viewpoint of improving liquid migration to the absorber in the side region S. More preferably, it is 0.3-0.9 mm.

(Measurement method of thickness)
Remove the surface sheet and side sheet from the product (the entire absorbent article), leave it on a flat surface without wrinkles or bending, apply a load of 1.5 cN / cm 2 , and adjust the thickness under that condition. taking measurement. A laser thickness meter (manufactured by KEYENCE) was used for measuring the thickness. At this time, a plate (aluminum plate having a thickness of about 1.5 mm) is arranged at the measurement portion between the tip of the thickness meter and the product, and the size of the plate is set so that the load is 1.5 cN / cm 2. Adjust. The shape of the plate is circular or square.
In the
Further, the pair of side regions S, S are each composed of a single-

As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the

As a fiber sheet (nonwoven fabric, etc.) that does not substantially stretch or contract, a spunbond method, a thermal bond method, a melt blown method, a needle punch method, etc. using synthetic fibers such as polyethylene or polypropylene, such as olefins, polyester meters, polyamides, etc. Nonwoven fabric obtained by an appropriate processing method can be used. An air-through nonwoven fabric with a wide inter-fiber distance and a high degree of fiber freedom is preferred in terms of good texture and unevenness processing, and an upper sheet and a lower sheet are bonded by heating to form irregularities, so that at least the fiber surface is 100 ° C. to A fiber using a soft resin that easily deforms at about 130 ° C., for example, a sheet made of a core-sheath type composite fiber is preferably used.

Examples of stretchable fiber sheets (nonwoven fabrics, etc.) include nonwoven fabrics that use elastic fibers that exhibit stretchability and fibers that exhibit stretchability by having a specific three-dimensional structure such as a three-dimensional crimped shape. be able to. Examples of elastic fibers whose material itself exhibits elasticity include fibers obtained by eluting and spinning elastomer materials such as synthetic rubber such as styrene-butadiene, butadiene, isoprene, and neoprene, natural rubber, and polyurethane represented by spandex. And synthetic fibers composed of polyester and the like. The three-dimensional crimped shape (three-dimensional crimped shape) indicates a crimped state that is three-dimensionally deformed in a spiral shape or a spiral shape, and can be generally obtained by a fiber having an eccentric structure or the like. All of the sheet fibers may be stretchable fibers, or may contain other non-stretchable fibers. From the viewpoint of increasing the stretch recovery property, the three-dimensionally crimped fiber is preferably composed of a latently crimped fiber in which crimps are expressed. The latent crimpable fiber preferably has a fineness of about 1 to 7 dtex. As the latent crimpable fiber, for example, a sheet made of an eccentric core-sheath composite fiber or a side-by-side composite fiber containing two types of thermoplastic polymer materials having different shrinkage ratios as the component is preferably used.
A particularly preferred combination of fiber sheets is a non-woven sheet using a non-woven sheet using elastic fibers that exhibit elasticity and fibers that exhibit elasticity by having a specific three-dimensional structure such as a three-dimensional crimped shape. As a combination of using a non-woven sheet with a surface hydrophilic treatment so that the fineness is smaller than that of the upper layer sheet and hydrophilicity, or a fineness gradient using thicker fibers on the surface side as the
The fiber sheet preferably includes a fiber containing a thermoplastic resin as a component as a constituent fiber from the viewpoint of heat-fusibility.

In the example shown in FIG. 9 and FIG. 11, the
