In addition, a discharge flow path 52 extending in the vertical direction is provided below the mounting portion 59, specifically, below the discharge device mounting portion 61. As shown in FIG. 8, the discharge flow path 52 is formed by forming a discharge groove portion 67 by denting a portion of the mounting portion 59 located below the ball discharge device 55 forward in a meandering groove shape to the left and right. A discharge cover 68 is attached from the rear of the groove 67, and an open portion on the rear side of the discharge groove 67 is closed by the discharge cover 68. And while opening the downstream opening of the discharge flow down path 52 in the lower end part of the ball flow down unit 24, opening the upstream opening of the discharge flow down path 52 toward the upper discharge apparatus mounting part 61, and opening a downstream opening rather than an upstream opening Arranged forward, the downstream opening is set to be positioned closer to the flow-down base base 58 than the upstream opening (in other words, closer to the back mechanism board 10 or the game board 5) (see FIG. 11).

Further, on the side of the support side wall portion 62 (on the right side in FIG. 8), a vertically elongated ball drainage forming member 69 is fixed and a ball drainage lower channel 53 is disposed. More specifically, the ball outlet lower passage 53 has a side portion (left side portion in FIG. 8) facing the support side wall portion 62 of the ball outlet passage forming member 69 that is recessed into a vertically elongated groove shape. And the ball-opening passage forming member 69 formed with the ball-exit groove portion 70 is fastened from the side of the support side wall portion 62, so that the open side portion of the side of the ball-extraction groove portion 70 is supported by the support side wall portion 62. Closed and configured. Then, the downstream opening of the sphere outlet lower passage 53 is opened at the lower end portion of the sphere outlet passage forming member 69 and disposed at the lower end portion of the sphere outlet lowering unit 24, and the upstream opening is formed at the rear edge portion of the sphere outlet passage forming member 69. It is opened on the upper side and is arranged on the side of the switching device mounting portion 60 (on the opposite side of the switching device mounting portion 60 with the support side wall portion 62 interposed therebetween).

The ball extraction path forming member 69 is formed of a member thicker than the support side wall 62 and has a function of reinforcing the support side wall 62. Further, a front engagement piece 69a is projected from the front side of the ball passage forming member 69 toward the flow-down unit base 51, and the front engagement piece 69a is engaged with the front surface portion of the flow-down base base 58 (see FIG. 6). Further, an engagement concave portion provided with a rear engagement piece 69b projecting from the rear side of the ball passage forming member 69 toward the flow-down unit base 51, and the rear engagement piece 69b provided on the rear surface portion of the mounting portion 59. 71 is engaged.

The flow switching device 54 is a dish unit located on the front side of the pachinko gaming machine 1 , specifically on the front side of the pachinko gaming machine 1, with the game balls flowing down from the ball alignment member 34 as prize balls or rental balls. Switch between flowing down to a tray unit or a lower tray unit (both not shown), or going down to the outside of the pachinko gaming machine 1, specifically, a ball collecting basket (not shown) in the gaming machine island facility It is a device for. As shown in FIGS. 6 and 9, the flow switching device 54 has a first receiving flow channel 76 and a second receiving flow channel 77 (supplied from the ball storage unit 23) communicating with the lower inclined end of the ball alignment member 34. Receiving flow passages 76, 77) for receiving the game balls to be played are arranged in a state of being partitioned by a receiving partition wall 78 in the front-rear direction, and provided with a first receiving flow passage 76 at the rear of the flow switching device 54, A second receiving flow path 77 is provided on the front side of the switching device 54. Further, the first receiving flow path 76 and the second receiving flow path 77 are inclined downward in the same inclination direction as the ball alignment member 34.

And the inclined lower end of the 1st receiving flow path 76 and the 2nd receiving flow path 77 is branched, and the discharge path (the 1st discharge path 81 arrange | positioned at the back of the flow-down switching apparatus 54, and the 2nd arrange | positioned at the front) Branching into a discharge passage 82) and a ball extraction passage 83, and a partition wall is sandwiched between the first discharge passage 81 and the second discharge passage 82 from the branch portion. Are arranged in the front-rear direction and extended downward in a meandering manner in the left-right direction. Further, the lower end opening of the first discharge passage 81 and a lower end opening of the second discharge path 82 side by side opened, in communication with the ball discharging unit 55 to be described later to each lower end opening, the game balls from the discharge passage 81, 82 It is configured so that it can be supplied to the ball discharge device 55. Then, the ball extraction passage 83 is extended from the branch portion to the side, the downstream opening of the ball extraction passage 83 is opened in front of the flow switching device 54, and the ball extraction flow path 53 can be communicated with the downstream opening. Yes.

Further, a switching valve 86 (corresponding to a switching member in the present invention) that can be switched by manually operating the operation lever 85 is provided at the branching portion. In a normal state in which the operation lever 85 is not operated, the switching valve 86 is urged by an urging member (not shown) to block the receiving passages 76 and 77 and the ball extraction passage 83, and the receiving passage 76. , 77 is set to a discharge state (a state indicated by a solid line in FIG. 9B) where the game balls flow down to the discharge paths 81 and 82 (and the ball discharge device 55 and the discharge flow down path 52). On the other hand, when the operation lever 85 is operated against the urging force of the urging member, the switching valve 86 is opened to connect the receiving passages 76 and 77 and the ball extraction passage 83, and the game in the receiving passages 76 and 77 is performed. The sphere is configured to switch to a sphere extraction state (a state indicated by a broken line in FIG. 9B) in which the sphere flows down to the sphere extraction passage 83 (and further to the sphere extraction flow path 53).

A receiving sphere leveling member 87 is disposed above the upstream side of the receiving channels 76 and 77. The receiving ball leveling member 87 is provided with a tongue-like leveling plate 87a from the bottom of the receiving flow paths 76 and 77 at a position slightly higher than the diameter of the game ball along the inclination direction of the receiving flow paths 76 and 77. In addition, the downstream end of the leveling plate 87a is supported and set in a cantilever state, and the upstream end serving as a free end is set in a state of warping upward. Further, a weight 87b is provided on the upper surface of the upstream end portion, and the upstream end of the leveling plate 87a is constantly urged downward. Therefore, when the plurality of game balls are stacked and flow into the first receiving flow path 76 or the second receiving flow path 77, the receiving ball leveling member 87 abuts the game ball on the lower portion thereof and swings the downstream end. The game ball can be pressed and leveled by the urging force of the weight 87b. Thereby, the receiving flow paths 76 and 77 can be flowed down in a state where game balls are not stacked.

An acceptance detection mechanism 89 that can detect the presence or absence of a game ball is provided above the downstream side of the acceptance flow paths 76 and 77. The receiving detection mechanism 89 includes a plate-like swinging piece 89a that can swing by contacting the upper part of the game ball in the receiving passages 76 and 77, and a detection protrusion 89b that extends on the swinging piece 89a. And an acceptance detection sensor 89c capable of detecting the state of the detection projection 89b, and the acceptance detection sensor 89c is mounted on the acceptance detection substrate 89d above the swing piece 89a and above the detection projection 89b. ing. When the game ball is stopped in the receiving flow paths 76 and 77, the swing piece 89a and the detection projection 89b are pushed up by the game ball (the state indicated by the broken line in FIG. 9B), and the reception detection is performed. The sensor 89c detects a state in which the detection protrusion 89b is raised, and by this detection, the number of game balls stored in the flow switching device 54 (the receiving flow paths 76 and 77 and the discharge paths 81 and 82) is one. It can be determined that there are more than the prescribed number discharged in the discharging operation. On the other hand, when the game ball is not stopped in the receiving flow paths 76 and 77, the swing piece 89a and the detection protrusion 89b are lowered by their own weight (state shown by a solid line in FIG. 9B), and the receiving detection sensor 89c. Thus, the state in which the detection projection 89b is lowered is detected, and by this detection, the number of game balls stored in the flow switching device 54 (the receiving flow paths 76 and 77 and the discharge paths 81 and 82) is discharged once. It can be determined that the number is less than the specified number discharged.

The ball discharge device 55 is a device that communicates with the lower ends of the discharge paths 81 and 82 of the flow switching device 54 and performs a game ball discharge operation. The game ball (awarded ball or rental ball ) flowing down (supplied) from the discharge channels 81 and 82 of the flow switching device 54 is counted and discharged to the discharge channel 52. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 10B, a sphere discharge channel 92 is formed inside the sphere discharge device 55, and two sprockets arranged side by side on the middle of the sphere discharge channel 92. A discharge detection sensor 94 capable of detecting a game ball is provided below the sprocket 93 in the ball discharge flow path 92 with the end portion of the ball 93 facing the end. Further, the side of the ball discharge device 55 (the right side in FIG. 10A) is provided with a drive motor 95 (corresponding to an electric drive source in the present invention) that rotationally drives the ball discharge device 55, specifically the sprocket 93. The sprocket 93 is arranged side by side , and the output shaft of the drive motor 95 is connected to the rotating shaft 93a of the sprocket 93 (see FIG. 12). In other words, the sprocket 93 is positioned on the inner side that is closer to the winning device 13 side than the drive motor 95, and the drive motor 95 is positioned on the outer side that is closer to the ball outlet downstream 53 than the sprocket 93. Then, a plurality (three in this embodiment) of ball holding grooves 93b are formed on the outer peripheral portion of the sprocket 93, and the sprocket 93 is fitted in a state in which the game balls are fitted (held) one by one in the ball holding grooves 93b. When it rotates, the game ball flows down to the downstream side of the ball discharge flow path 92, and when the discharge detection sensor 94 detects that a predetermined number of game balls flow down, the rotation of the sprocket 93 is stopped. The two sprockets 93 are fixed to the rotating shaft 93a in a state in which the phase is shifted by one of the ball holding grooves 93b, and are configured to rotate with a phase shifted by one game ball. Therefore, the two sprockets 93 are configured so as to rotate integrally and alternately discharge the game balls downward.

Ball falling unit 24 having such a configuration, the falling switching device 54 is mounted from the rear, wearing the sphere discharge device 55 to the discharge receiving portion 61 from the rear to the switching device mounting portion 60 of the flow-down unit base 51 The drive motor 95 is positioned behind the support side wall 62 and the ball escape passage forming member 69 . Then, the flow switching device 54 is mounted above the ball discharge device 55, and the flow switching device 54 and the ball discharge device 55 are arranged in the vertical direction. The discharge paths 81 and 82 of the flow switching device 54 and the ball The ball discharge passage 92 of the discharge device 55 communicates. Further, the lower end opening of the ball discharge passage 92 and the upstream opening of the discharge flow path 52 communicate with each other. Furthermore, when the ball passage forming member 69 is fixed to the support side wall 62, the side portion (the right side portion in FIG. 5) of the flow switching device 54 and the rear edge portion of the ball passage forming member 69 are aligned in the front-rear direction. The ball outlet passage 83 of the flow switching device 54 and the ball outlet downstream passage 53 communicate with each other. When the operation lever 85 is not operated, that is, when the ball lowering unit 24 is in the discharge state, the game balls in the receiving flow paths 76 and 77 are discharged from the discharge paths 81 and 82, the ball discharge device 55, and the discharge. It flows down to the ball guiding unit 25 through the downflow path 52. Further, when the operation lever 85 is operated to switch the ball lowering unit 24 to the ball extraction state, it flows down to the ball guiding unit 25 through the ball extraction passage 83 and the ball extraction lower passage 53.

Then, the ball flow unit 24 is mounted with a vertically long flow unit cover 97 so as to cover the lower part of the flow switch device 54, the ball discharge device 55, and the discharge flow channel 52 from the rear, and the flow switch device 54 and the ball discharge device. The connection part with 55 and the connection part with the ball discharge device 55 and the discharge flow down path 52 are protected. Further, the discharge device cover 98 is placed behind the ball discharge passage 53, specifically from the rear edge of the ball discharge passage forming member 69, to the side of the ball discharge device 55 in the discharge device mounting portion 61 (in other words, the support It extends toward the rear of the side wall 62 . Therefore, the side part of the ball discharge device 55 can be protected by the discharge device cover portion 98, and a problem that the ball discharge device 55 is detached from the side can be prevented. Further, the discharge device cover 98 is provided with a circular heat radiation opening 99 so that the drive motor 95 faces the heat radiation opening 99 so that heat generated from the drive motor 95 can be discharged through the heat radiation opening 99. It is configured. Thus, heat generated from the drive motor 95 can be efficiently released from the heat radiation opening 99, and damage to the drive motor 95 due to heat can be suppressed. The heat radiating opening 99 may have any opening shape as long as the heat from the drive motor 95 can be radiated. For example, the heat radiating opening 99 may be formed by a plurality of slits.

In order to attach the ball storage unit 23, the ball flow down unit 24, and the ball guide unit 25 having such a configuration to the back mechanism panel 10, first, the storage unit base 32 is fixed to the upper part of the back mechanism panel 10. The ball storage unit 23 is attached. Then, the ball storage tank 33 is disposed above the opening 11 of the back mechanism panel 10, and the ball alignment member 34 is disposed at a position spaced rearward from the upper part of the opening 11 of the back mechanism panel 10.

If the ball storage unit 23 is mounted on the upper part of the back mechanism panel 10, the flow-down connection portion 63 of the flow-down unit base 51 is overlapped with the storage connection portion 37 of the storage unit base 32 from the rear, and the flow-down of the flow-down unit base 51 in this state. The base base portion 58 is fixed to the side portion of the back mechanism panel 10 and the ball lowering unit 24 is attached. Then, the side part of the ball storage unit 23 and the upper part of the ball flow down unit 24 are connected, and the ball alignment member 34 and the receiving flow paths 76 and 77 of the flow down switching device 54 communicate with each other. Further, as shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, the upper portion of the mounting portion 59, the flow down switching device 54, the ball discharge device 55, and the discharge flow down passage 52 is a support side wall portion 62 and a ball discharge down passage 53 (specifically, a ball discharge passage formation). Supported by the member 69) and arranged at a position separated rearward from the winning device mounting edge 20 , the opening 11 of the back mechanism board 10, the component on the back side of the game board 5 (for example, the rear portion of the winning device 13) . Is done. Accordingly, the ball flow down unit 24 (specifically, the mounting portion 59, the flow down switching device 54, the ball discharge device 55, the discharge flow down passage 52) and the constituent members on the back side of the game board 5 (for example, the rear portion of the winning device 13). The inconvenience of interference can be avoided, and the degree of freedom of layout in the pachinko gaming machine 1 can be increased. Further, the support side wall 62 and the ball pull-out path forming member 69 are disposed behind the winning device mounting edge 20 of the game board main body 15. In other words, the ball outlet flow 53 is arranged on the support side wall 62 in a state of being lined up with the winning device attachment edge 20 in the front-rear direction. In other words, the ball outlet downstream 53 is behind the winning device mounting edge 20 and between the winning device mounting edge 20 and the ball discharging device 55 (the ball discharging device 55 mounted on the mounting portion 59). It is arrange | positioned along the support side wall part 62 in the state located in this. Further, the winning device mounting edge 20 is curved in the front-rear direction between the winning device mounting edge 20 and the ball discharging device 55 and passes the front side (game board main body 15 side) from the rear end of the winning device 13. It is arrange | positioned behind. The first discharge path 81 and the second discharge path 82 are rearward of the winning device 13 and pass through the front side of the winning device 13 (the game board main body 15 side) in the ball outlet flow 53. It arrange | positions so that it may rank in a line behind the part. Therefore, by utilizing the space behind the winning device mounting edge 20 that is likely to become a dead space, the ball discharge device 55 and the ball discharge lower passage 53 can be arranged in the front-rear direction, and the ball flow unit 24 The width can be kept narrow. Therefore, the ball flow down unit 24 can be efficiently arranged behind the game board 5 and the limited space in the pachinko gaming machine 1 can be effectively utilized.

Further, since the thin plate-like support side wall 62 is provided with the ball outlet flow path 53 (the ball outlet passage forming member 69), the support side wall portion 62 can be reinforced by the ball outlet passage forming member 69, and the ball discharge device 55 is provided. Can be sufficiently supported by the support side wall 62 and the ball outlet flow 53. Accordingly, it is possible to suppress the disadvantage that the ball discharge device 55 becomes unstable due to wobbling during the discharge operation (specifically, when the drive motor 95 is driven), and the ball discharge device 55 and the ball discharge device 55 are supported. It is possible to make it difficult to damage the configuration (that is, the support side wall portion 62).

Further, the discharge flow path 52 provided in the lower portion of the mounting portion 59 is formed by recessing a portion of the mounting portion 59 located below the ball discharge device 55 into a groove shape, so that the sphere can be easily configured. The flow-down unit 24 can be provided with the discharge flow-down path 52, so that the manufacturing cost of the ball flow-down unit 24 can be reduced, and consequently the manufacturing cost of the pachinko gaming machine 1 can be reduced.

When the ball lowering unit 24 is mounted on the side of the back mechanism board 10, the ball guiding unit 25 is mounted on the lower part of the back mechanism board 10. Then, the lower part of the ball flow down unit 24 and the upper part of the ball guide unit 25 are connected, the discharge flow down path 52 and the discharge guide path 40 communicate, and the ball drop down path 53 and the ball discharge guide path 41 communicate. Furthermore, the upper dish communication port 43 of the ball guiding unit 25 communicates with the upper dish unit, and the downstream opening of the discharge guiding path 40 communicates with the lower dish unit. Further, the ball pulling guide path 41 can communicate with the ball collecting basket in the gaming machine island facility.

In this arrangement, the flow switching device 54 is switched to the discharge state (that is, the operation lever 85 is set to a normal state), and when the ball discharge device 55 is operated in this discharge state, the game balls in the ball storage unit 23 are removed. The game flow ball can be supplied as an award ball (or rental ball) to the upper plate unit or the lower plate unit by flowing down the flow switching device 54, the ball discharge device 55, the discharge flow down channel 52, and the discharge guide channel 40. On the other hand, when the flow switching device 54 is switched to the ball removal state, the game balls in the ball storage unit 23 can be discharged to the ball collection basket by flowing down the flow switching device 54, the ball removal flow path 53, and the ball removal guide path 41. it can.

In the above embodiment, the flow switching device 54, the ball discharge device 55, the discharge flow downstream 52, and the mounting portion 59 are supported by the support side wall 62, but the present invention is not limited to this. If at least the ball discharge device 55 is supported by the support side wall portion 62 and the ball drainage lower passage 53 is arranged on the support side wall portion 62 to reinforce the support strength, the ball discharge device 55 becomes unstable during the discharge operation. It is possible to suppress the damage, and the structure that supports the ball discharge device 55 and the ball discharge device 55 can be made difficult to be damaged.

In the above embodiment, the prize winning device 13 is exemplified as a constituent member disposed in the vicinity of one side edge of the game board main body 15. Any component member may be used as long as it protrudes and forms a component member mounting edge portion with one side edge of the game board main body 15. Furthermore, the attachment hole for attaching the component member is not limited to one that penetrates in the front-rear direction, and may be any one that is formed in a state of being opened rearward. For example, the mounting hole may be formed by recessing the back side of the game board main body 15 forward.

And in the said embodiment, the winning device attachment edge (component member attachment edge) 13 of the game board 5 is arrange | positioned ahead of the side edge part of the opening part 11 of the back mechanism board 10, and the winning device attachment edge 13 and The side edge portion of the opening 11, the supporting side wall portion 62 of the ball flow down unit 24 and the ball draw down passage 53 are arranged in the front-rear direction, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the edge of the opening 11 of the back mechanism board 10 is disposed at a position deviating from the rear of the winning device mounting edge 13 (a position lateral to the winning device mounting edge 13), and the winning device mounting edge 13. In addition, the support side wall 62 and the ball outlet channel 53 may be arranged in the front-rear direction. If it does in this way, the game board 5 can be attached from the back of the front frame 3. FIG. That is, the ball storage unit 23 and the ball flow-down unit 24 are separated from the rear of the back mechanism board 10 to open the rear of the game board storage frame 4, and the game board 5 is stored in the game board storage frame 4 from the rear in this open state. be able to.

In the above embodiment, the pachinko gaming machine 1 which is a typical gaming machine has been described as an example. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the front frame, a game board detachable from the front frame side, Any game machine, for example, an arrangement ball, may be used as long as it has a back mechanism board arranged on the back side of the front frame and a backflow mechanism board provided with a ball flow-down unit that allows game balls to flow down. It may be a gaming machine such as a game machine or a sparrow ball game machine.

It should be understood that the above-described embodiment is illustrative in all respects and not restrictive. The present invention is not limited to the above description, but is defined by the scope of the claims, and includes all modifications within the scope and meaning equivalent to the scope of the claims.
