Description
− RF融除電力を供給する融除電極と、MR信号を受信する及び/又はRF信号を押す審するMR/RFマイクロコイルとを有する融除カテーテル又はプローブ;並びに
− 融除カテーテル又はプローブに接続されている送信パスであって、
送信パスが曝される第1周波数のRF磁場により送信パスにおいてもたらされるコモンモードの電流が、少なくとも実質的に阻止されるように、
第1周波数より高い所定の第2RF周波数(fA)を有するRF融除電力は、送信パスにおいて送信される、組織の好ましい融除のために必要な程度である又は少なくとも実質的に必要であり、送信パスにおいてコモンモード電流の形で送信されるように、そして
MR/RFマイクロコイルにより受信される及び/又は送信されるMR信号及び/又はRF信号が微分モード電流の形で送信パスにおいて搬送されるように、
ハイパスフィルタ特性を有する少なくとも1つの結合要素により電気的に結合された少なくとも2つのラインセグメントを有する、送信パス;
を有する、介入装置により達成される。
1.リアルタイムのMR撮影及びカテーテル追跡は、カテーテルを案内するように実行される必要がある。これは、1.5TのMRスキャナについて64MHzのラーモア周波数においてMR撮影システムのRF送信コイル4によるRFパルスの頻繁な送信を必要とする。
2.カテーテルの位置は追跡され、リアルタイムのMR画像において視覚化される必要がある。これは、64MHzにおいてμV領域でカテーテルの先端におけるMR/RFマイクロコイルのMR信号が関係している能動又は受動追跡スキームを用いて実行されることが可能である。
3.IEGM信号は、バイポーラ電極を用いて測定される。その信号は、0乃至10mV領域及び0乃至500Hzの周波数帯域(腫瘍融除には必要ない)にある。
4.RF融除は、カテーテルにおける単極先端電極(融除電極)を、そして患者の胴体又は手足に領域面電極を用いて実行される。融除は、通常、約30乃至約60secについて約30乃至約50Wの末端部電力、及び典型的には500kHzの周波数で実行される。
− 融除電極101へのRF融除電力についての一方向コモンモード接続
− MR受信器/送信器108へ/からのMR/RF信号についての微分モード接続
− RFアンプにより生成されたRF融除電力からのMR受信器/送信器108の分離
が実行される。
Claims (9)
- RF電場及び/磁場で用いるRF融除のための介入装置であって:
RF融除電力を供給するための融除電極と、MR信号を受信する及び/又はRF信号を送信するMR/RFマイクロコイルと、を有する融除カテーテル又はプローブ;並びに
前記融除カテーテル又はプローブと接続された送信パスであって、
前記送信パスが曝される第1周波数のRF電場及び/磁場により前記送信パスにおいてもたらされるコモンモードの電流が、少なくとも実質的に阻止されるように、
前記第1周波数に比べて高い所定の第2RF周波数を有する前記RF融除電力は、前記送信パスにおいて送信される、組織の好ましい融除のために必要な程度の又は少なくとも実質的に必要であり、送信パスにおいてコモンモード電流の形で送信されるように、そして
前記MR/RFマイクロコイルにより受信される及び/又は送信されるMR信号及び/又はRF信号が微分モード電流の形で送信パスにおいて搬送されるように、
ハイパスフィルタ特性を有する少なくとも1つの結合要素により電気的に結合された少なくとも2つのラインセグメントを有する、送信パス;
を有する、介入装置。 - 請求項1に記載の介入装置であって、前記結合要素はトランスであり、前記ハイパスフィルタ特性は前記トランスの浮遊容量により実現される、介入装置。
- 請求項1に記載の介入装置であって、前記トランスは、誘導性結合のために互いに重なり合っている第1導電性ループ及び第2導電性ループの形で基板においてPCB技術で実現されている、介入装置。
- 請求項2に記載の介入装置であって、前記MR/RFマイクロコイルは、MR撮影システムにより生成されるMR画像において前記カテーテル又はプローブの能動的及び/又は受動的追跡、案内及び/又は視覚化のために、MR信号を受信する及び/又はRF信号を送信し、同時に前記融除電極によりRF融除電力が供給されるように備えられている、介入装置。
- 請求項1に記載の介入装置であって、前記MR/RFマイクロコイルにより検出されたMR信号を受信するように、及び/又は前記MR/RFマイクロコイルにより送信されるようになっているRF信号を生成するように、前記送信パスと接続されているMR/RF受信器及び/又は受信器を有する、介入装置。
- 請求項1に記載の介入装置であって、前記第2周波数において前記RF融除電力を生成するRFアンプであって、該RFアンプは前記送信パスと接続されている、介入装置。
- 請求項5又は6に記載の介入装置であって、前記MR/RF受信器及び/又は受信器及び前記RFアンプを前記送信パスと接続する、並びに前記RFアンプにより生成された前記RF融除電力から前記MR/RF受信器及び/又は受信器をデカップリングする接続ユニットを有する、介入装置。
- 体の組織のRF融除及び/又は硬化並びに/若しくは腫瘍融除のための方法で用いる、請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の介入装置。
- 請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の介入装置を有するMR撮影システム体。
