Claims (3)
- 交流電源からの交流電力を、位相制御によって直流電力に変換する順変換器と、当該直流電力を所定周波数の交流電力に変換する逆変換器と、前記逆変換器からの交流電力を印加して誘導加熱を生じさせる加熱コイルと、前記交流電源の出力波形に応じた同期信号に基づいて、前記順変換器の点弧位相を制御する順変換器制御回路とを備え、
前記順変換器制御回路は、
前記同期信号に含まれる高調波ノイズを除去するノイズ除去回路と、
前記高調波ノイズが除去された同期信号のゼロクロス点に同期した位相同期制御信号を生成する位相同期回路と、
前記逆変換器からの出力電圧と、前記順変換器への入力電流とに基づいて、前記順変換器の点弧位相を制御する順変換器制御信号を生成する順変換器制御信号生成回路と、
前記位相同期制御信号と前記順変換器制御信号との電圧差に基づいて、前記順変換器を規定の位相で点弧させるゲート信号を生成するゲート信号生成回路とを有することを特徴とする誘導加熱装置。 - 前記ノイズ除去回路は、ローパスフィルタを有し、
前記順変換器制御回路は、前記ローパスフィルタにより前記高調波ノイズが除去された同期信号の位相を、前記交流電源からの同期信号の位相に同期するように調整する位相調整回路を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の誘導加熱装置。 - 前記順変換器制御信号生成回路は、
前記逆変換器からの出力電圧と基準電圧との電圧差に基づいて所定レベルの電圧信号を生成する定電圧制御回路と、
前記順変換器への入力電流と基準電流との電流差に基づいて所定レベルの電流信号を生成する定電流制御回路と、
前記電圧信号及び前記電流信号をそれぞれダイオードクランプし、前記順変換器制御信号を生成する加算器と
を有することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の誘導加熱装置。
