Description

The present invention relates to a banknote transporting device that transports a banknote along a transport path provided in the gaming machine array direction after receiving banknotes from receiving ports provided in the front and back of the gaming machine array direction. The present invention relates to a banknote transport apparatus whose position can be changed.

Conventionally, in pachinko and pachislot game shops, pachinko machines such as pachinko machines and slot machines are arranged linearly in the horizontal direction, and banknote identification is performed for each game machine to determine the authenticity of a banknote inserted by the player. A game medium lending machine equipped with a machine is connected to the back of the game medium lending machine, and a game island is configured with a banknote transport device that transports banknotes along the direction of the game table to a safe installed at the edge of the game island. Has been built.

In addition, the banknote transport device described above forms a transport path by connecting a plurality of unit-type banknote transport devices provided corresponding to the game medium lending machine, and the banknote identification machine built in the game medium lending machine has a banknote. The bill is transferred from the receiving port to the transport path and then transported to the safe. In such a banknote transport apparatus, since the front and rear entrances of the banknote transport apparatus are provided on the back of each game medium lending machine arranged in the front and rear in the game table arrangement direction of the game island, each game arranged in the front and rear If the frontage of the table is the same, the front and rear reception ports are also provided at the same position corresponding to the installation positions of the front and rear game medium lending machines.

However, when a wide space is used to secure a space where a player can sit comfortably, or when the size of the game table is adjusted according to the type of the game table, the game table or game media lending machine on the island is also available. When the layout of the game medium lending machine is changed, the position of the game medium lending machine is shifted, so that the relative position with respect to the reception port is shifted. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the positions of the front and rear reception ports. In this case, since the receiving port is fixed at a fixed position in the conventional banknote transport device, it is necessary to manufacture the banknote transport device again, and there is a disadvantage that it is not possible to flexibly cope with such a change in the receiving port. there were.

In order to eliminate such inconvenience, a banknote transport apparatus having a structure in which a receiving port is variable has been developed. As an example, what is described in Patent Document 1 includes a banknote transport device that transports banknotes along a transport path of an array of game machines, and includes a front receiving port that receives banknotes from the front side, and a received banknote. A front receiving part for introducing the banknote from the rear side, and a rear receiving part for introducing the accepted banknote into the transport path, the front receiving part and the rear side. At least one of the receiving units has a configuration as a movable receiving unit whose position relative to the main transport unit can be changed.

By the way, the movable configuration of the receiving port in Patent Document 1 is such that a fixed guide member is provided along the conveyance path, and the movable guide member is slidably provided with respect to a drive case having the fixed guide member. However, since the amount of sliding is limited by the size of the drive unit, there is a drawback that the amount of displacement of the receiving port provided in the movable guide member is small.

Moreover, the banknote conveyance unit described in patent document 2 arrange | positions two pairs of pulleys along with the mainstream conveyance path of a banknote, an endless belt is hung on each pair of pulleys, Separately, it has a conveying means by an endless belt, and a bill drawing path for drawing banknotes into the mainstream conveying path is formed, and an endless belt different from the mainstream conveying path is provided in the banknote leading path, In order to draw the banknotes that have passed through the banknote identification device into the respective banknote drawing paths, a banknote delivery tool is provided.

As described above, this Patent Document 2 has a banknote retraction path for introducing banknotes into the mainstream conveyance path separately from the mainstream conveyance path, and the banknote retraction path is also endless different from the mainstream conveyance path. Since the conveyor means is provided by the belt, the structure is complicated, the number of parts is large, the cost is increased, the assembly work is complicated, takes time, and the productivity is poor. Furthermore, since the endless belt is provided in multiple layers in the width direction, the width of the banknote transport device becomes large, and there is a disadvantage that it cannot be installed in a game island where there is no space.
JP 2002-113250 A JP 2007-128142 A

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and it is possible to easily and inexpensively manufacture a banknote transport apparatus capable of changing the position of the receiving port provided in the front and rear of the gaming table arrangement direction, and to be installed in a narrow game island. An object of the present invention is to provide a banknote transport apparatus that has a narrow configuration so that the banknote can be surely flowed to the main transport path even if the position shift amount of the receiving port is large.

In order to solve the above problems, the banknote transport apparatus according to claim 1 of the present invention is a front game on a game island in which game machines and game medium lending machines each having a banknote identification machine are arranged for each game machine in the front-rear direction. A game path is constructed by connecting a plurality of the game media lending machines arranged on the front and back sides of the game machine lending machine along the game table row in a row in the middle of the table row and the rear game table row to form a transfer path. In a banknote transport apparatus that transports banknotes from a medium lending machine, an upstream receiving port that receives banknotes from the upstream side, a downstream sending port that transports banknotes to the downstream side, and a banknote received from the upstream receiving port on the downstream side A main conveyance path that conveys toward the delivery port, a plurality of belt driven rollers that are pressed against the conveyance belt that is motor-driven on one side of the main conveyance path and that is pressed at predetermined intervals along the conveyance belt, and each belt driven roller Bills are introduced and carried with each belt driven roller An introduction guide having a plurality of introduction paths for guiding bills between the belt and leading to the main conveyance path, and an auxiliary introduction path communicating with the introduction path by opening and closing the introduction path for each introduction path of the introduction guide A flapper to be formed, a movable guide that is slidable in a lateral direction relative to the introduction guide and that forms an introduction conveyance path that communicates with the auxiliary introduction path by being combined with the introduction guide, and located upstream of the main conveyance path An upstream receiving port, a fixed receiving port, and a movable receiving port provided with a fixed receiving port for receiving banknotes from the rear gaming table row direction and a movable receiving port provided in the movable guide for receiving banknotes from the front gaming table row direction. paper inlet, loading mechanism for loading and clamping the banknotes is provided in the respective upstream receiving port, the bill received from the fixed receiving port, which is conveyed to the main conveying path by carrying mechanism, it received from the movable receiving port Is the loading mechanism carried to introduce conveying path is guided from the auxiliary introduction path communicating the introducing passage, characterized by conveying the bill to the main transport path.

In addition, when the flapper is in the open state with respect to the introduction path, the banknote transport apparatus according to claim 2 forms an auxiliary introduction path that communicates with the introduction path, and the flapper is connected to the introduction path. When the flapper is in the closed state, the front side of the flapper and the front side of the introduction guide are substantially parallel to form the introduction conveyance path formed by combining the movable guide and the introduction guide.

According to the banknote transport apparatus of the present invention, even when the position of the movable guide that is aligned with the introduction guide is different, the auxiliary introduction path and the introduction guide introduction path formed by the opening and closing operation of the flapper and the flapper opening / closing operation. Communicate with each other to form an introduction passage to the main transport path, so that even if the amount of positional deviation of the receiving port is large, it is possible to reliably flow the banknote received from the receiving port to the main transport path.

In addition, a driving unit is not required in the sub-transport path (the auxiliary guide path formed by the movable guide introduction transport path and the flapper and the introduction path by the introduction guide) other than the drive of the transport belt facing the main transport path. Therefore, the structure can be simplified, it can be manufactured at a low cost, and it is easy to assemble, which is beneficial for improving productivity. Furthermore, with the above configuration, the width in the front-rear direction can be narrowed, and it is possible to install even a narrow game island.

As shown in FIG. 2B, a motor case 22 is provided below the drive case 2 of the banknote transport apparatus 1, and a drive motor 17 is fixed to the motor case 22. Further, as shown in FIGS. 3B and 3C, the driven gear 24 and the belt drive gear 25 are engaged with the motor gear 23 fixed to the motor shaft 17 a of the drive motor 17. Of these, the driven gear 24 has its gear shaft 24a protruding above the drive case 2 and a driving upper pulley 27 (see FIG. 3A) is coupled to the upper end of the gear shaft 24a, and at the middle of the gear shaft 24a. As shown in FIG. 2B, the second drive roller 14 provided in the drive case 2 is coupled, and the second drive roller 14 is rotated by the drive motor 17 via the transmission mechanism. Driven.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3A, the drive belt 28 hung on the drive upper pulley 27 is a connected drive gear provided near the upstream side of the drive case 2 (left side of FIG. 3A). With such a configuration, the drive motor 17 is driven to drive the driving upper pulley 26 of the movable guide 50 described later via the transmission mechanism and the driving belt 33 without slipping. It is possible to rotate.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3C, the motor gear 23 is engaged with the belt drive gear 25, and the end of the gear shaft 25a is rotatably supported by a bearing 25b provided on the upper side of the drive case 2. At the same time, a first belt drive pulley 16 provided inside the drive case 2 is coupled to the middle of the gear shaft 25a as shown in FIG. 2 (b). Thus, the first belt driving pulley 16 is rotationally driven, and thereby the conveying belt 18 is driven.

Next, the introduction guide 10, the flapper 40, and the movable guide 50 attached between the upper drive case 52a and the lower drive case 52b forming the drive case 2 as shown in FIG. 4 will be described. 4 is an exploded perspective view of the drive case 2.
