Claims (17)
- 注射針と、内側ピストン(111A)が2チャンバアンプルのオーバフローダクト(111E)に達して停止し、次いで、外側ピストン(111B)が、後部チャンバ(111D)内にある第1作用物質を第2作用物質を含み注射針に至る前部チャンバ(111C)内に送るまで、物質混合のため2チャンバアンプル(111)のピストンを摺動させるよう相対運動を行う構造部材(複数)と、このように混合された製品を注射する装置とを有し、ピストン(複数)とオーバフローダクトを有する2チャンバアンプルを受容、作動する注射装置において、
ハウジング(101)内には、2チャンバアンプル(111)を導入、固定できる受け部材(103)が保持されており、
スライダ(108)によって受け部材(103)を摺動でき、受け部材(103)内には、両ピストン(111A,111B)に負荷を加える押し棒(104)が摺動自在に保持されており、
混合ストローク、穿刺ストローク、注射ストロークおよび引もどしストロークを実施するため、受け部材(103)に一端で結合されハウジング(101)に係止された引張バネ(110)に他端で結合され、スライダ(108)に支持されたローラ(109)を介して方向変更される引張ワイヤないしロープ(Zugseil)(114)が設けてあり、
1つの引張バネ(110)の回復力により、最初にローラ(109)を介してスライダ(108)を牽引して混合ストローク、穿刺ストローク、注射ストロークを順に実施し、これらのストロークの終了後はスライダ(108)が当接係止されることにより、引張バネ(110)の回復力がこれらのストロークとは反対方向に受け部材(103)に作用して引もどしストロークを実施するように構成され、
ハウジング(101)と受け部材(103)と押し棒(104)とスライダ(108)との間の自動および/または手動の装置(複数)が複数の要素の解除可能な結合により構成され、一時的な結合により力が伝達されることにより、引張ワイヤないしロープ(114)との上記部材の交互の連結を制御し、かくして、混合ストローク、穿刺ストローク、注射ストロークおよび引もどしストロークの一連の行程を制御すること
を特徴とする注射装置。 - 混合ストロークを開始するため押し棒(104)を解除可能にロックする装置が設けてあることを特徴とする請求項1の注射装置。
- 第1装置が、ハウジング(101)のバネ付勢された第1キー(102)の係止フック(102A)から構成され、該係止フックは押し棒(104)に作用することを特徴とする請求項2の注射装置。
- 混合ストローク後に穿刺ストロークを開始するため受け部材(103)を解除可能にロックする第2装置が設けてあることを特徴とする請求項1の注射装置。
- 第2装置が、ハウジング(101)に配されかつバネ付勢された少なくとも1つのキー(116)に設けた係止フック(116A)からなり、受け部材(103)に作用することを特徴とする請求項4の注射装置。
- 注射ストロークに続く引もどしストロークにおいて、前記引張ワイヤないしロープ(114)が、スライダ(108)およびローラ(109)を介して、アンプルを含む受け部材(103)および注射針を穿刺箇所から引出すことを特徴とする請求項1の注射装置。
- 押し棒(104)を受け部材(103)に連結する第3装置が設けてあり、第3装置が、穿刺ストロークの実施のため、押し棒(104)を受け部材(103)に連結し、注射ストロークの実施のため、連結解除を行うことを特徴とする請求項1の注射装置。
- 第3装置が、一端を押し棒(104)に樞着し、他端で受け部材(103)に付勢する制御レバー(105)から構成されることを特徴とする請求項7の注射装置。
- スライダ(108)および押し棒(104)を連結する第4装置が設けてあり、第4装置が、混合ストロークの開始から注射ストロークの終了までスライダ(108)および押し棒(104)を連結することを特徴とする請求項1の注射装置。
- 第4装置が、スライダ(108)に支承され、連結位置において押し棒(104)に作用するバネ付勢された連行駆動部材(118)から構成されることを特徴とする請求項9の注射装置。
- 穿刺ストロークの行程の調節を実施し、かくして、穿刺深さの調節を実施する第1調節スライダ(107)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1の注射装置。
- 第1調節スライダ(107)が、2つの終点位置の間で任意に摺動自在に支持された当接部材として構成されており、上記当接部材の位置が、制御レバー(105)を介して、受け部材(103)のストロークを決定し、かくして、穿刺ストロークの長さを決定することを特徴とする請求項8及び11(の1つ)に記載の注射装置。
- 押し棒(104)のストロークによって注射ストロークの長さの調節を実施し、かくして、混合された作用物質の注射量の調節を実施する第2調節スライダ(106)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1の注射装置。
- 第2調節スライダ(106)が、少なくとも2つの位置の間で第1調節スライダ(107)に対して摺動自在に支承された、受け部材(103)のための当接部材として構成されていることを特徴とする請求項12の注射装置。
- 調節スライダの1つが、それぞれ、他の調節スライダに、摺動自在または回転自在に、直接的または間接的に支承されており、穿刺深さおよび注射量を相互に独立に調節できることを特徴とする請求項11−14の1つに記載の注射装置。
- ハウジング(101)が、2つのシェル半部からなることを特徴とする請求項1の注射装置。
- シェル半部の少なくとも1つが、混合ストローク時に前部チャンバ内の双方の物質の混合を監視する覗き窓を有することを特徴とする請求項16の注射装置。
