Description

Claims (10)
- 妊娠中の患者(10)に使用される組み合わせ型胎児心拍数モニタおよび子宮活動測定装置(128)であって、
前記患者(10)の前記腹部(16)に取り付けられるように配設された複数の電極(14)と、
前記患者(10)の前記腹部(16)に取り付けられるように配設された超音波トランスデューサ(32)と、
励起信号を生成するように作動可能なエネルギー源(30)と、
前記エネルギー源(30)と前記電極(14)および前記超音波トランスデューサ(32)の両方との間に接続され、前記励起信号を前記エネルギー源(30)から前記電極(14)または前記超音波トランスデューサ(32)のいずれかを導くように選択的に接続され得るスイッチを含むマルチプレクサ(34)と、
前記エネルギー源(30)に接続され、前記エネルギー源からの前記励起信号を前記患者(10)の前記腹部(16)を通過した後の前記励起信号と比較する増幅器(40)と、
前記増幅器(40)に接続され、前記励起信号の振幅の変化を計算する復調器(42)と、
前記復調器(42)に接続され、前記復調器(42)によって決定された前記励起信号の前記変化に基づいて生理学的パラメータを計算するプロセッサ(44)と
を備える装置(28)。 - 前記マルチプレクサ(34)に含まれるスイッチが前記励起信号を前記電極(14)に導くように接続されたとき、前記プロセッサ(44)は前記患者の子宮活動を計算し、前記マルチプレクサ(34)に含まれるスイッチが前記励起信号を前記超音波トランスデューサ(32)に導くように接続されたとき、前記プロセッサ(44)は胎児心拍数を計算する請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記複数の電極(14)は2つの電極(14)であり、前記マルチプレクサ(34)に含まれるスイッチが前記励起信号を前記電極(14)に導くように接続されたときに、前記励起信号が前記2つの電極(14)に印加される請求項2記載の装置。
- 前記エネルギー源(30)、前記マルチプレクサ(34)、前記増幅器(40)、前記復調器(42)および前記プロセッサ(44)を封入する外側ケーシング(62)を更に備える請求項2記載の装置。
- 前記装置(28)を前記患者(10)の前記腹部(16)に固定するように配設された弾性帯(18)を更に備える請求項4記載の装置。
- 電力を前記装置(28)に供給する単一の電源(30)を更に備える請求項5記載の装置。
- 前記単一の電源(30)が前記弾性帯(18)に固定される電池パックである請求項6記載の装置。
- 患者(10)の腹部(16)に取り付けられるように配設された複数の電極(14)と、
前記患者(10)の前記腹部(16)と連通して保持されるように配設された複数の超音波クリスタル(32)と、
励起信号を生成するように作動可能であり、前記複数の電極(14)および前記複数の超音波クリスタル(32)の両方に接続されたエネルギー源(30)と、
前記複数の電極(14)に接続され、前記患者(10)の前記腹部(16)に印加された前記励起信号と前記患者(10)の前記腹部(16)を通過後の前記励起信号との間の差を表す第1の信号を生成する第1の増幅器(78)と、
前記複数の超音波クリスタル(32)に接続され、前記複数の超音波クリスタル(32)に印加された前記励起信号と前記超音波クリスタル(32)によって受信された音響的リターンを示す信号との間の差を表す第2の信号を生成する第2の増幅器(76)と、
前記第1の増幅器(78)に接続され、前記第1の増幅器(78)からの前記信号の振幅の変化を計算する第1の復調器(82)と、
前記第2の増幅器(76)に接続され、前記第2の増幅器からの前記第2の信号の振幅の変化を計算する第2の復調器(80)と、
前記第1の復調器(82)から第1の信号を受信し、前記患者の子宮活動を計算し、前記第2の復調器(80)から第2の信号を受信し、胎児心拍数を計算するプロセッサ(44)と
を備える胎児心拍数および子宮活動モニタ(28)。 - 前記エネルギー源(30)が正弦波励起信号を生成する請求項8記載のモニタ。
- 子宮活動および胎児心拍数を示す信号を受信し、子宮活動および胎児心拍数を表示するためのベースステーション(20)に前記信号を送信する送信機(46)を更に備える請求項9記載のモニタ。
