Description
Claims (2)
- 少なくとも一つの金属層であって、断面で見たときに該金属層の一側面上における波形状構造(5a)を有するプロファイル部(5)を少なくとも部分的に有するという少なくとも一つの金属層(1)を備えた平坦シールにおいて、
前記波形状構造(5a)は、丸形区画のみにて形成され、
前記波形状構造(5a)の反対側に位置する側面にて前記プロファイル部(5)は、角度付き区画と丸形区画とが交互に配置された外郭形状部(5b、5c、5d)を有し、
前記外郭形状部は、波の谷部の底部が平坦化されて前記角度付き区画を形成するという波形状に配置され、
前記少なくとも一つの金属層(1)は、前記プロファイル部(5)に隣接してビーディング(7)を有し、
前記プロファイル部(5)の高さ(10)は、前記ビーディング(7)の高さ(20)よりも小さく、
前記波形状構造(5a)の波頂部同士は、少なくとも部分的に均一な間隔を有し、また、前記波形状構造(5a)の波頂部同士は、少なくとも部分的に異なる間隔を有し、
前記外郭形状部(5b、5c、5d)の丸形区画同士は、少なくとも部分的に均一な間隔を有し、また、前記外郭形状部(5b、5c、5d)の丸形区画同士は、少なくとも部分的に異なる間隔を有し、
前記プロファイル部高さ(10)は、前記プロファイル部(5)内において変化し、
第1の金属層(1)と類似したプロファイル部を有する更なる金属層(40、50)が配設され、
前記更なる金属層(40)は、前記第1の金属層(1)と鏡面対称的に配置され、
前記金属層の少なくとも一つは、弾性バネ鋼から作製される、
ことを特徴とする平坦シール。 - 前記波形状構造(5a)の波の谷部および前記外郭形状部(5b、5d)の丸形区画は、前記金属層に本質的に垂直に整列する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の平坦シール。
