Description

The present invention relates to a packaging machine that stretch-wraps fresh food using a stretch film in a backyard of a supermarket or the like, and more particularly to a stretch film film set used for packaging.

With a stretch film packaging machine, the film roll used for packaging is set in the machine, and the film tip connected to the film roll is hooked on the film set member and moved to a predetermined position on the packaging machine, thereby transporting the film to the packaging position. A stretch film packaging machine that can be used is known (for example, see Patent Document 1).

The stretch film wrapping machine engages a film leading end portion pulled out from a film roll upstream of a film clamping portion provided on a starting end side of a pair of left and right film conveying means for nipping and conveying both side edges in the width direction of the film. A film front end holding portion for stopping and holding is provided. The film front end holding portion is a first position that is separated from the starting end portion of the film transporting means, and a second position in which the film leading end portion that is locked and held is inserted into the starting end portion of the film transporting means. When the film is set, the film front end pulled out from the film roll is locked to the film front end holding section and moved from the first position to the second position. The film is sandwiched between the start ends of the film conveying means, and the film is conveyed and packaged by the film conveying means.

And, the film tip holding portion is subjected to mirror finishing as a process for improving the adhesion with the film on the portion for locking the film, whereby the film tip holding portion can be reliably locked and held on the film tip holding portion, It is said that it is possible to prevent the film tip from being detached from the film tip holding part during the movement of the film tip holding part, and to easily set the film.

However, if the adhesion between the film and the film front end holding part is too high, and the film transporting means is driven to try to transport the film locked to the film front end holding part, There was a problem that the film was not sufficiently separated from the film tip holding portion due to the strong engagement with the film tip holding portion, resulting in poor film conveyance.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems of the prior art, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a stretch film packaging machine provided with film setting means that facilitates film setting and does not cause film conveyance failure. And

The technical means taken by the present invention in order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the upstream side of the film sandwiching portion provided on the starting end side of the pair of left and right film transporting means sandwiching and transporting both side edges in the width direction of the film, A film front end holding part for locking and holding the film front end drawn from the film roll is provided, and the film front end holding part has a first position spaced from the starting end part of the film conveying means, and the film front end held and held by the film holding means. It is possible to move to the second position to be inserted into the starting end of the film conveying means, and the film leading end pulled out from the film roll is locked to the film leading end holding portion and moved from the first position to the second position. In the stretch film packaging machine for sandwiching the film front end portion into the starting end portion of the film conveying means and conveying and packaging the film by the film conveying means,
The film front end holding portion is a flat plate member, and one surface of the flat plate member has one surface having high adhesion to the film, and the other surface is a low adhesion surface and extends from the film roll. The low-adhesion surface of the film front end holding part is arranged at a position facing the surface (Claim 1).
The film roll may be disposed on either the lower position or the upper position with respect to the second position of the film tip holding portion. When the film roll is positioned at the lower position, the low adhesion surface is When the film roll is located at the upper position on the lower surface of the flat plate member, the low adhesion surface becomes the upper surface of the flat plate member.
The surface having high adhesion is, for example, a mirror finish of a metal flat plate constituting the film tip holding portion, or a vinyl tape or the like is stuck on the surface of the flat plate member, or a film such as a synthetic resin material is held. It means having the adhesiveness.
Also, the low adhesion surface means that the film is not retained even when the film is in contact with the surface, for example, the surface of a metal flat plate such as stainless steel or aluminum, or such a metal as sand blasting to reduce the adhesion. The surface that has been treated.

According to the above means, since the surface having high adhesion to the film is formed only on one surface of the flat plate member constituting the film tip holding portion, the operation of locking and holding the film tip on the film tip holding portion is performed. It can be done reliably and easily. And since the film extended from a film roll contacts a low-adhesion surface, it can prevent that a film closely_contact | adheres to a film front-end | tip holding | maintenance part, and the drawer | drawing-out conveyance of a film can be prevented, and a film can be pulled out and conveyed reliably. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the film conveyance failure from occurring.

The film conveying means is a conveying means for nipping and conveying the film with an upper and lower driving belt, and the film leading edge holding portion includes a notch at a position sandwiched between the upper and lower belts, and the film leading edge holding portion When the is located at the second position, the position of the tip holding portion is shifted from the center between the upper and lower belts in a side view toward the belt facing the surface having high adhesion of the tip holding portion. ).
The amount of deviation of the film leading edge holding portion is such that at least when the film connected to the film roll is sandwiched between the upper and lower belts and pulled out and conveyed, the conveyed film is not subjected to resistance by the film leading edge holding portion. .

According to the above-described means, the film that is held between the upper and lower belts and pulled out and conveyed by the film tip holding portion being shifted to the belt side facing the highly adhesive surface at the second position is the film being fed It is less in contact with the low adhesion surface of the tip holding part. Accordingly, since resistance to the film does not act during film conveyance by driving the film conveyance means, film conveyance can be performed smoothly.

Further, the belt positioned on the side where the film leading edge holding portion is displaced has a structure in which the adhesion and adhesion to the film are higher than those of the other belt (Claim 3).
According to the above means, since the film leading end holding part is shifted to the belt side having high adhesiveness (adhesiveness) with the film, the film leading end is latched and held by the film leading end holding part, and the film conveying means is attached to the starting end part. When the film is nipped and conveyed for the first time by inserting and driving the film conveying means, the film is subjected to a force that is pressed against the belt side with high adhesion, so the film held and held by the film tip holding part is more reliably secured. It can be nipped and conveyed.

Further, the low adhesion surface in the film front end holding part may be left untreated without being subjected to a treatment for improving the adhesion, but may be positively subjected to a treatment for lowering the adhesion with the film (Claim 4). .
Examples of the treatment for reducing the adhesion include a method of sticking a Teflon (registered trademark) processed member or, if the film tip holding portion is made of metal, sandblasting the corresponding portion.

According to the above means, when the film is sandwiched and conveyed by the film conveying means, the film is opposed to the low adhesion surface of the film tip holding portion, but the low adhesion surface is subjected to a treatment for reducing the adhesion. By being, it can eliminate that a film conveyance defect arises further.

The stretch film wrapping machine according to the present invention has the structure according to claim 1, so that one surface of the film tip holding portion has high adhesion to the film, so that the film can be easily wound (set) around the film tip holding portion. It can be carried out. In the film drawing / conveying (film feeding) performed after the film is wound, the film drawn out from the film roll comes into contact with the low adhesion surface of the film leading edge holding portion. ), The film can be prevented from coming into close contact with the film tip holding portion and hindering the film drawing and conveyance. That is, the occurrence of poor film conveyance can be eliminated, and stable packaging is possible.
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the film that is held between the upper and lower belts and drawn out and conveyed is conveyed in a non-contact state with the low adhesion surface of the film tip holding portion. Therefore, the film can be smoothly conveyed during film conveyance by driving the film conveying means.

Furthermore, since the film is pressed against the belt side with high adhesion, the film held and held by the film tip holding portion can be more securely held and conveyed.
Further, according to the structure of claim 4, the film faces the low adhesion surface of the film front end holding part, but the film adhesion is further deteriorated because the low adhesion surface is subjected to a treatment for reducing the adhesion. Can be eliminated.

In addition, the start position and the end position of the upper and lower one cycle in the elevator 2 are set to upper limit positions on which the packaged object a is placed or packaging is performed. Since the elevator 2 is not directly related to the gist of the present invention, detailed description thereof is omitted (refer to Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2003-335306 for a detailed configuration).

The film conveying means 5 sandwiches and holds both sides of the leading end portion of the film fed from the film roll 4 set in the roll arrangement portion 3 arranged at the upstream position from the packaging portion b, and addresses the length necessary for packaging. It is pulled out and cut and stretched and held on the packaging part b.
The film conveying means 5 includes a pair of upper and lower endless elastic belts 5a and 5a 'sandwiching a side end in the width direction of the film, and a clamp that presses the lower elastic belt 5a' toward the upper elastic belt 5a. It is comprised with the board 5b, and they are arrange | positioned back and forth on both sides of the packaging part b.
The pair of front and rear constituent members described above are supported by mounting frames 5d and 5d ', and the mounting frames 5d and 5d' are fixed to the machine frame 1 with a predetermined interval.

The pair of upper and lower endless elastic belts 5a and 5a 'constituting the film conveying means 5 are driven and rotated in the same direction so that the film can be held and conveyed. The drive system includes a pulley (not shown) that rotates a drive roller 5f ′ around which a lower elastic belt 5a ′ is wound by a motor 5e with a speed reducer, and is fixed to the shaft of the drive roller 5f ′. The belt is wound around a pulley (not shown) fixed to the shaft of the drive roller 5f around which the upper elastic belt 5a is wound so that power is transmitted and the upper elastic belt 5a also rotates. It is configured. The upper and lower elastic belts are equipped with a tension adjusting mechanism in the middle so that the film can be held and conveyed stably and reliably.

Also, the clamp plate 5b that presses the lower elastic belt 5a 'against the upper elastic belt 5a is divided into three as shown in FIG. 1, and the three clamp plates are independent by electromagnetic solenoids or the like. Then, it is driven in the vertical direction, pressed against the lower elastic belt 5a ′, and separated from the lower elastic belt 5a ′. Therefore, the release timing of the three divided clamp plates 5b can be changed separately.

Further, a film front end holding portion 19 that holds and holds the front end of the film drawn from the film roll 4 is provided on the side of the machine frame 1 on the upstream side of the film sandwiching portion 12 and on the downstream side of the perforation blade 18. It is provided inside the openable / closable cover 20. When the cover 20 is opened, the film leading end holding portion 19 is positioned at the first position separated from the starting end portion of the film conveying means 5, and the film held and held by the film leading end holding portion 19 by closing the cover 20. The leading end is moved to a second position where the leading end is inserted into the starting end of the film conveying means 5.

As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the film leading end holding part 19 bends a small piece 21 made of a metal flat plate into a substantially L-shaped cross section, and the horizontal piece 21 a has a belt width of the film holding part 12 in the film conveying means 5. It is composed of film holding members 19a and 19b in which a slightly wider cutout portion 22 is cut out at a predetermined depth. The film holding members 19 a and 19 b are fixed to an attachment bar 20 ′ installed inside the cover 20 at the same interval as the installation interval of the pair of left and right film conveying means 5 described above.
Then, a locking surface 23 is formed on the surface of the film holding member 19a, 19b where the film leading end is locked, that is, on the upper surface of the horizontal piece 21a where the notch 22 is cut off, to ensure the film is tightly locked. Has been. Since the locking surface 23 is configured by mirror finishing that enhances the adhesion of the film, the film extending from the film roll can be brought into close contact with the locking surface 23 and easily moved to the second position. That is, when the film is set to insert the film into the starting end portion of the film conveying means 5, the film can be easily set without dropping from the film leading end holding portion 19.

Further, the other surface, that is, the lower surface of the horizontal piece 21a of the film holding members 19a and 19b is formed on a low adhesion surface 24 which has not been subjected to a treatment for enhancing the adhesion to the film.
The low adhesion surface 24 of the horizontal piece 21a is a surface disposed at a position facing the film drawn out from the film roll 4, and the roll disposition portion 3 for setting the film roll 4 is the second position of the film tip holding portion. When the cover 20 is placed below the position where the cover 20 is closed and the horizontal piece 21a of the film leading end holding part 19 is inserted into the starting end of the film transport means 5, the lower surface of the horizontal piece 21a is shown in FIG. Becomes the low adhesion surface 24.
Further, when the roll placement portion 3 for setting the film roll 4 is placed above the second position of the film tip holding portion, the upper surface of the horizontal piece 21a is the low adhesion surface 24 as shown in FIG. Thus, the lower surface becomes the locking surface 23 with high adhesion to the film. However, in that case, the film roll 4 has the attachment position of the cover 20 and the orientation of the start end of the film transport means 5 in relation to the arrangement of the perforation blades that form the perforation with respect to the film drawn from the film roll 4. It arrange | positions in the position contrary to embodiment (refer FIG. 1, 4) arrange | positioned below the film front-end | tip holding | maintenance part.

The low adhesion surface 24 may remain in the surface state of the material itself which is not subjected to any treatment for improving the adhesion to the film, but conversely a treatment (non-adhesion treatment) that actively lowers the adhesion to the film. You may give it. As a process for reducing the adhesion, for example, a method of sticking a Teflon (registered trademark) processed member, or a method of sandblasting the lower surface of the horizontal piece 21a when the film holding members 19a and 19b are made of metal, etc. Is mentioned.

The film front end holding portion 19 closes the cover 20 and moves it to a second position inserted between a pair of upper and lower endless elastic belts 5a and 5a 'constituting the film conveying means 5. When positioned, the horizontal piece 21a of the film leading edge holding portion 19 is located on the boundary line (center) where the upper and lower elastic belts 5a and 5a ′ come into contact with each other as viewed from the side. Since the surface facing the film connected to the film roll 4 of the horizontal piece 21a is the low adhesion surface 24, when the film necessary for packaging is pulled out by driving the film conveying means 5, the film is low adhesion of the horizontal piece 21a. The low-adhesion surface 24 is not treated to increase the adhesion of the film, or has been subjected to a treatment to lower the adhesion. Never transport is inhibited, thereby enabling stable drawer transport of the film.

When the film leading edge holding portion 19 is positioned at the second position, the horizontal piece 21a is located on the leading edge holding portion from the boundary line (center line) C · L where the upper and lower elastic belts 5a and 5a ′ contact in a side view. You may comprise so that it may shift | deviate and arrange | position to the belt side facing a surface with high adhesiveness.
That is, when the position of the film roll 4 is below the second position of the film front end holding portion, the film roll 4 is shifted to the elastic belt 5a side above the boundary line (center) C · L (FIG. 7). And FIG. 8).
For example, as shown in FIG. 7, when the film front end holding portion 19 is shifted to the upper elastic belt 5a side, the surface of the film 4 'wound around the horizontal piece 21a of the left and right film holding members 19a, 19b is The upper and lower elastic belts 5a and 5a ′ are positioned above the boundary line (center line) C · L with which they contact. Accordingly, when the film 4 ′ is conveyed, the film 4 ′ and the horizontal piece 21a are not in contact with each other, and the resistance by the horizontal piece 21a is not received. Further, since the film end holding portion 19 is moved to the second position because the film is displaced toward the elastic belt 5a, the film covering the cutout portion 22 of the horizontal piece 21a is at both corners in the width direction of the upper elastic belt 5a. As a result, the film 4 'is pressed against the upper elastic belt 5a. Accordingly, the film can be drawn and conveyed stably.
In order to further increase the pressing force of the film against the upper elastic belt, a member for pushing up the film, for example, a cushioning member 25 is attached to the upper surface of the horizontal piece 21a of the film tip holding portion 19 as shown in FIG. Also good. However, in that case, the surface of the cushioning member 25 is subjected to a treatment for improving the adhesion to the film.
In the packaging machine in which the position of the film roll 4 is above the second position of the film front end holding portion, the film roll 4 is shifted to the elastic belt 5a ′ side below the boundary line (center) C · L. It arrange | positions (refer FIG. 9 thru | or FIG. 11).

Further, when the horizontal piece 21a of the film leading edge holding portion 19 is displaced and disposed, for example, when the film leading edge retaining portion 19 is disposed to be shifted to the elastic belt 5a side above the boundary (center) C · L, The elastic belt 5a has a higher adhesiveness to the film than the lower elastic belt 5a '. Similarly, when the film leading end holding portion 19 is arranged to be shifted to the elastic belt 5a ′ side below the boundary line (center) C · L, the lower elastic belt 5a ′ is more film than the upper elastic belt 5a. The adhesiveness is highly configured.
Furthermore, the low-adhesion surface 24 of the horizontal piece 21a in the film front end holding part 19 may be subjected to a treatment for reducing the adhesion to the film on the low-adhesion surface 24 as described above.

The film tip is wound around the horizontal piece 21 a of the film tip holding part 19, the cover 20 is closed, and the horizontal piece 21 a of the film tip holding part 19 is placed between the upper and lower elastic belts 5 a and 5 a ′ of the film conveying means 5. When inserted, the film covering the notch 22 of the horizontal piece 21a is displaced as shown in FIG. 7 because the horizontal piece 21a is displaced above or below the boundary (center) C · L. Since the elastic belt is pressed against the other elastic belt at both corners, the film wound around the horizontal piece 21a is strongly pressed against the elastic belt on the shifted side by the reaction of the film. Accordingly, the film set on the horizontal piece 21a can be more securely held and pulled out and conveyed.
Further, since the elastic belt on the side where the horizontal piece 21a of the film tip holding portion 19 is displaced has higher adhesion to the film than the other elastic belt, the film can be pulled out and conveyed more reliably. In particular, the first film drawing performed by winding the film front end around the horizontal piece 21a of the film front end holding portion requires a higher conveying force because the film is wound around the horizontal piece 21a. It becomes possible to respond.

The film cut to a predetermined length by the above operation is stretched on the packaging part b, but the first film drawn from the film roll and stretched on the packaging part is removed by the empty packaging operation. That is, the first time is for the purpose of setting the film at a predetermined position, and regular packaging is performed from the second time.
The first film is removed by an empty wrapping operation, but the end on the side of the film roll that has been drawn and cut for the first time, that is, the front end of the film connected to the film roll, as shown in FIG. The next film feed is awaited at the downstream position after passing through 12. The film necessary for the second and subsequent regular wrapping operations is pulled out by driving the film conveying means 5, and the perforation blade 18 is operated at a position where the film is pulled out by a predetermined length to form a perforation on the film 4. The perforation part is conveyed to a position where it passes through the film clamping unit 12, and when the perforation passes through the film clamping unit 12, the film clamping unit 12 operates to stop the movement of the film. As a result, the film located downstream from the film sandwiching portion 12 is pulled downstream by driving the film conveying means 5, so that the film 4 ′ having a predetermined length that is torn and cut at the perforation portion is wrapped in the packaging portion b. The film tip that is stretched and held by the film roll and waits at the downstream position after passing through the film clamping unit 12. When the film is pulled out for the second time and thereafter, the horizontal piece 21a of the film leading end holding portion 19 positioned at the second position is a boundary line (center line) C where the upper and lower elastic belts 5a and 5a 'of the film transport means 5 come into contact. Since there is a gap located above or below L, the film drawn from the film roll by driving the film conveying means 5 is drawn without contacting the horizontal piece 21a.
In the drawing, the upper elastic belt 5a and the lower elastic belt 5a 'of the film conveying means 5 are shown with an interval in order to make it easy to understand the relationship with the film leading edge holding portion. The elastic belts 5a and 5a 'are in contact with each other, and the leading end of the film is also held at the downstream position that has passed through the above-described film holding portion and stands by.
In the second and subsequent film pull-out conveyance (film feed), the above-described configuration of the present invention acts remarkably, and it is possible to prevent the occurrence of film conveyance failure in the film pull-out conveyance necessary for packaging.
That is,
(1) The film roll has a surface (low adhesion surface) that has not been subjected to a treatment for improving the adhesion to the film in the horizontal piece 21a of the film tip holding portion and / or has been subjected to a treatment for reducing the adhesion to the film. By being arranged so as to face the connected film, the film drawn out and conveyed from the film roll comes into contact with the low adhesion surface, and the drawing out of the film is not hindered.
(2) The horizontal piece 21a of the film front end holding part is subjected to a process for improving the adhesiveness of the front end holding part from the boundary line (center line) C / L where the upper and lower elastic belts 5a and 5a 'contact in a side view. When the film is pulled out and transported by driving the film transporting means, the film is pulled out and transported without coming into contact with the horizontal piece of the film leading edge holding portion. Therefore, the withdrawal of the film is not further inhibited.
(3) And, when the elastic belt on the side where the horizontal piece of the film tip holding portion is displaced has higher adhesion to the film than the other elastic belt, the film can be pulled out and conveyed more reliably. it can.
Refer to Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2003-335306 for a detailed description of the film setting.

The present invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiment, and can be modified without changing the gist of the present invention.
(1) The film tip holding portion is not limited to a metal material, and may be a synthetic resin material. Moreover, although demonstrated in the example which performs the process which improves adhesiveness, you may use the raw material, for example, a plastics, etc. with high original adhesiveness, without performing this process.
(2) The arrangement position of the film tip holding portion is not limited to the illustrated cover. What is necessary is just to be able to transfer the film latched by the film front-end | tip holding | maintenance part to the film clamping part at the time of film setting.
For example, a film in which a film is interposed between two holding plates disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-72105, and the holding plate is raised by a motor drive so that the film is inserted into the end of the film transport mechanism. The present invention may be used in a setting mechanism.
In other words, when the film extending from the film roll is set between both holding plates, the inner surface of the holding plate in contact with the film extending from the film roll is a low adhesion surface, and the extra film tip extending from the film roll is attached to the holding plate. A region with high adhesiveness may be provided on the outer side of the holding plate, for example, the upper end portion, which hangs outward and comes into contact with the hanging film.
Thereby, even when setting a film and cutting an extra film extending from a film roll, the film tip can be played because the film can be cut after the tip of the film is brought into close contact with the contacted portion. The film can be cut easily, making it easy to set the film, and because the film is transported, when the film is transported between the holding plates, it comes into contact with the low-adhesion surface. Eliminates stable film conveyance. Therefore, when the film is set in the present invention, the case where the film is held between the holding plates as described above in addition to the case where the film is inserted into the starting end portion of the film conveying means as described in the above embodiment. Mean both.
(3) The illustrated embodiment is a packaging machine that does not include a so-called infeed conveyor, in which an object to be packaged is placed directly on an elevator, but can also be applied to a type of packaging machine that includes an infeed conveyor. is there.
