Description
[触媒の調製]
ルテニウムカルボニル、モリブデンカルボニル、イオウをアルゴン中で140℃で加熱し、冷却の後、アセトンで洗浄し、ろ過をする。ろ過物であるRuMoS/C(Ru:Mo:S=5:1:5、60wt%)を350℃で2時間焼成して触媒を調整した。
上記の触媒材料について、EXAFS及びTEMを用いて構造解析を行った。
硫黄仕込み量を0、20、45、71mol%に変化させて、上記と同様に触媒材料を調整した。
図4に、EXAFSによる、硫黄仕込み量:20%の、Ruを含むカルコゲナイドの構造解析結果を示す。図4の結果より、Ru−Ru結合のみ見られる。図5に、EXAFSによる、硫黄仕込み量:45%の、Ruを含むカルコゲナイドの構造解析結果を示す。図5の結果より、Ru−S結合とRu−Ru結合が見られる。図6に、EXAFSによる、硫黄仕込み量:71%の、Ruを含むカルコゲナイドの構造解析結果を示す。図6の結果より、多量のRu−S結合と少量のRu−Ru結合が見られる。
Claims (3)
- ルテニウム(Ru)とイオウ(S)とを含む燃料電池用電極触媒であって、(ルテニウム−イオウ配位数)/(ルテニウム−ルテニウム配位数)=0.9〜2.5であることを特徴とする燃料電池用電極触媒。
- ルテニウム(Ru)とイオウ(S)とを含む燃料電池用電極触媒において、(ルテニウム−イオウ配位数)/(ルテニウム−ルテニウム配位数)=0.9〜2.5であることを触媒性能の指標とすることを特徴とする酸素還元型触媒の性能評価方法。
- 請求項1に記載の燃料電池用電極触媒を備えた固体高分子型燃料電池。
