Description

The present invention relates to a bookbinding apparatus that binds a binding form formed by binding a predetermined number of single-piece forms and a non-binding form of non-binding single-piece forms as a set of bookbinding bodies.

In recent years, for example, tax payments, there are things that make a pair of glued address and details, etc. and a payment / payment notice written in a predetermined number of shipping units that are not bound. The set of forms is encapsulated and sealed in a sealed body later and shipped individually. When binding such a form as a set, it is desired to process it at high speed and reliably regardless of the paper quality of the form.

Conventionally, a technique for binding a predetermined number of single-piece forms as a set and enclosing and binding the bound book in a sealing body has been proposed in the following patent documents. In Patent Document 1, a form separated from the first and second form-forming continuous sheets for forming two different forms supplied from the first and second supply lines, respectively, It has been proposed to assemble each corresponding form and seal it in an envelope blank.

Also, in Patent Document 2, one set of paper is introduced into the bookbinding unit with respect to bookbinding in which the first paper group configured in a booklet form by gluing and the second paper group not glued are mixed. Equipped with a spiral rotation mechanism that rotates the spiral one time each time, paper is introduced into the bookbinding section through the lower side of the spiral, and when one set is introduced, the spiral is rotated once to push up one side one step. It is proposed that the next one set is introduced to the lower side, and the uppermost set of the spiral body is discharged.

特開2001−180157号公報JP 2001-180157 A 特開2007−125742号公報JP 2007-125742 A

However, the above-mentioned patent document 1 conveys the next form in order to separate it from the next set of forms while assembling a predetermined number of forms sealed in the envelope blank as a set at the assembling position. There is a problem in that it must be stopped and speeding up and efficiency cannot be achieved. On the other hand, in Patent Document 2, the introduction of the next set of paper from the introduction of one set of paper is only performed by stopping the time for one rotation of the spiral body, but the efficiency is improved. In addition, since one set of paper is pushed up on one side with a spiral body, the problem is that the paper is large and / or flexible (lightweight) paper is likely to sag and be easily misaligned at the binding portion. There is, and can not be applied.

Accordingly, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and a paper quality of a form, with a binding form in which a predetermined number of single piece forms are bound and a non-bound form in which a predetermined number of single form forms are not bound as a set of main bodies. It is an object of the present invention to provide a bookbinding apparatus that performs bookbinding at high speed and reliably regardless of the above.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, in the invention of claim 1, a binding form in which a predetermined number of single-piece forms are bound by separating them from continuous paper that has been subjected to predetermined printing into single-piece forms that are sequentially conveyed by a conveying means. And a predetermined number of unbound single-sheet forms to be bound together as a set of bookbinding bodies and sequentially ejected to a stacker, of the predetermined number of single-sheet forms to be bound by the binding forms A predetermined number of single-piece forms that are targets of the binding form, including an adhesive application unit that applies an adhesive to a predetermined single-piece form, and a predetermined single-piece form to which the adhesive is applied by the adhesive application unit A first buffer in a region where the sheets are stacked and bound, a second buffer in a region where a predetermined number of bound forms that are not bound to the binding form created in the first buffer are superimposed, and the binding form in the first buffer When making the When the binding form is created, the opening form is opened, and the binding form is transported to the second buffer, and a predetermined number of bound forms that are paired with the binding form are transported to the second buffer. When a predetermined number of bound forms are overlaid on the bound form by the first free gate and the second buffer, the closed form is closed, and the bound form and bound form form a set of main bodies. A second gate that can be opened and closed to be discharged to the stacker from time to time, and a control means for controlling the conveyance of the single piece form by the conveying means and the opening and closing of the first gate and the second gate. The configuration.

According to the present invention, the first gate is closed, and a predetermined number of single-sheet forms that are targets of a binding form including a predetermined single-form form coated with an adhesive in the first buffer are stacked and stacked. The form is transported, and is arranged in a form in which the upper horizontal transport belt and the lower horizontal transport belt of the first transport means 21 are in contact with each other. A roller 22A portion corresponding to the roller 21A in the conveying belt of the first conveying means 21 serves as a single piece form introducing unit from the separating unit 14. Further, the roller 22 </ b> B portion that supports or drives the lower horizontal conveyance belt and the roller 25 that contacts the roller 22 </ b> B constitute a stacker for the stacker 16.

A conveyance guide portion 23A is provided at a portion of the second conveyance means 22 facing the conveyance belt in the vertical direction, and a curved conveyance guide portion is disposed at a portion opposed to the conveyance belt from the vertical direction to the lower horizontal direction. 23B is provided, and further, a conveyance guide portion 23C is provided in a portion facing a lower horizontal conveyance belt (a first buffer portion described later).

A first gate 31 that can be opened and closed by vertical movement is disposed between the conveyance guide portion 23C and the roller 22B, and the conveyance guide portion 23C immediately before the first gate 31 serves as the first buffer 32. The first buffer 32 is an area in which a predetermined number of single-sheet forms that are targets of a binding form (described later) including a predetermined single-form form to which an adhesive is applied by the adhesive application unit 24 are stacked and bound. is there.

The first gate 31 is closed when a binding form is produced in the first buffer 32, and is opened when the binding form is produced, and the binding form is placed in a second buffer 34 described later. In addition to transporting, a predetermined number of bound forms (to be described later) paired with the binding form are transported to the second buffer 34.

On the other hand, a second gate 33 is provided above the stacker 16 together with the discharge guide portions 26A and 26B, and the second gate 33 serves as the second buffer 34. . The second buffer 34 is an area in which a predetermined number of bound forms that are not bound to the bound form prepared in the first buffer 32 are overlapped.

The second gate 33 can be opened and closed by horizontal movement, and is closed when a predetermined number of bound forms are superimposed on the bound form in the second buffer 34, and the bound form and bound form are separated. When the main body is made as a set, it is opened and discharged to the stacker 16.

That is, the single piece form introduced from the roller 21A, 22A portion of each of the transport belts of the first transport means 21 and the second transport means 22 is transferred to the lower horizontal transport belt and the second transport belt of the first transport means 21. It is held by the upper horizontal conveying belt in the means 22 and conveyed in the upper horizontal direction, is conveyed in the vertical direction by the vertical conveying belt and the conveying guide 23A in the second conveying means 22, and passes through the conveying guide 23B. The second conveying means 22 is conveyed in the lower horizontal direction by the lower horizontal conveying belt and the conveying guide 23A.

The control means for controlling the transport drive by the first and second transport means 21 and 22, the control of the adhesive application by the adhesive application unit 24, and the drive control of the first and second gates 31 and 33 are shown in the figure. It is omitted. Also, illustration of sensors associated with these controls is omitted.

Here, FIG. 2 shows an explanatory diagram of a form which is an example of a bookbinding target in the present invention. FIG. 2A shows a case where, for example, a payment and payment notice such as tax is produced as a main body, and the continuous paper 41 is conveyed on both sides thereof (for example, the above-described paper feeding unit). Marginal portions 42A and 42B in which a transport hole for transport (from 12) is formed so as to be freely cut by a sewing line, and a sewing line for separation at the center in the longitudinal direction (transport direction); A sewing line for forming the size of a single piece form is formed in the width direction.

On the continuous paper 41, predetermined printing is performed for each individual (each delivery destination) in an area to be a single piece form. For example, address A51A-1, specification A51B-1, explanation 51A-2, all term 51B-2, one term 51A-3, two terms 51B-3, three terms 51A-4 and four terms 51B-4 are a set. It becomes the object of the main body. The same applies to the address B and the like.

As shown in FIG. 2 (B), each single form that is a target of a set of manufactured main bodies is a single piece form of address A51A-1, description A51B-1, description 51A-2, and full term 51B-2. A binding form 51A is formed by binding with the adhesive 61. In addition, as shown in FIG. 2 (C), other forms 1st 51A-3, 2nd 51B-3, 3rd 51A-4, and 4th 51B-4 are bound forms as single sets. 51B. A binding form 51A shown in FIG. 2 (B) and a bound form 51B shown in FIG. 2 (C) form a set of main bodies.

FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 are explanatory diagrams of bookbinding processing in the bookbinding apparatus of the present invention. Here, in the example of FIG. 2, each single piece form separated from the continuous paper 41 by the separation unit 14 is address A51A-1, description A51B-1, explanation 51A-2, full term 51B-2, full term 51A. -3, 2nd period 51B-3, 3rd period 51A-4, and the case where it conveys in order of 4th period 51B-4.

In FIG. 3A, the adhesive 61 is applied by the adhesive application unit 24 from the single piece form of the address 51A-1 to the single piece form of the specification 51B-1 and the explanation 51A-2, and sequentially conveyed to the first buffer 32. Thereafter, the adhesive is not applied to the single piece form of the entire period 51B-2 and is conveyed to the first buffer 32. In this case, the first gate 21 is closed at the lower position, and in the first buffer 32, the four single-piece forms are stacked and adhered by the adhesive 61 (adhered by their own weight). Thus, the binding form 51A is produced.

As shown in FIG. 3B, when the binding form 51A is produced in the first buffer 32, that is, when the fourth whole period 51B-2 is conveyed to the first buffer 32, as shown in FIG. By raising the 1 gate 21 to the open state, the binding form 51 </ b> A produced by the first buffer 32 is conveyed to the second buffer 34. At this time, the second gate 33 is closed as shown in the figure.

Subsequently, the first gate 21 is left open, and the first period 51A-3, the second period 51B-3, the third period 51A-4, and the fourth period 51B-4 are sequentially placed on the binding form 51A of the second buffer 34. A single piece of form that is not bound is transported and superimposed. As a result, the binding form 51A and the binding form 51B shown in FIGS. 2B and 2C form a set of main bodies on the second buffer 34.

As shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B, when the last single piece form (fourth period 51B-4) of the binding form 51B is conveyed onto the second buffer 34, the first gate 21 is moved. It is lowered to the closed state, and is sequentially conveyed onto the first buffer 32 from the single piece form of the address B52A-1 to be produced of the next main body. At the same time, the second gate 33 is opened, guided by the discharge guide portions 26A and 26B, and discharged to the stacker 16. About the production of the said next main body, it becomes a repetition of FIG. 3 (A), (B) and FIG. 4 (A), (B).

As described above, since the first buffer is stacked and stacked in the first buffer at the time of preparing the binding form, it is possible to manufacture the main body without any positional deviation regardless of the paper quality of the form, and a predetermined number of single targets for the binding form. Since a single form and a predetermined number of bound forms are conveyed without interruption, the bound form and a predetermined number of non-bound forms can be bound as a set of main bodies at high speed and reliably.

The bookbinding apparatus of the present invention can be used in a system that binds a binding form and a predetermined number of unbound forms as a set.
