Description

The present invention relates to a fixture for fixing an electronic device such as an alarm interlocking device linked to an abnormal state detection device such as a fire alarm device, a gas leak alarm device or a security device, and a mounting structure of the electronic device provided with the fixture It is about.

Conventionally, gas meters, gas leak alarms, etc. have been installed in homes, etc., and the amount of gas used and the presence or absence of gas leaks, which have been grasped by them, have conventionally been grasped by each device on a stand-alone basis. However, with the spread of centralized monitoring at remote locations, the number of cases where individual wired connections began to increase in centralized monitoring panels connected to remote centralized monitoring locations via telephone lines etc. . Further, in recent years, in order to improve the degree of freedom of installation locations, a configuration has been proposed in which a gas leak alarm, a gas meter, and the like are wirelessly connected to a centralized monitoring panel via a wireless device (see Patent Document 1).

In addition, a fire system is known in which a plurality of fire alarms are linked wirelessly to notify a message “fire!” When a fire is detected at one place. Furthermore, a crime prevention system that sends a message such as “Thief! No. 110!” In response to detection of an abnormality by a crime prevention sensor provided on a door, a window, or the like is known depending on the house.

Therefore, when a plurality of systems are installed in a house, for example, it has been considered to notify a message such as “Thief! No. 110!” From a fire alarm. It is not allowed to output a message issued by a security device under the jurisdiction of the National Police Agency with an alarm.

Also, for example, if you hear a noise from the first floor where nobody should be sleeping while sleeping in the bedroom on the second floor at midnight, etc., you can go down to the first floor and check it. It is not possible to go to the first floor. In addition, if an elderly person feels bad in the bathroom at midnight, it is important to inform the housemate as soon as possible, but at present, it is necessary to install a dedicated system in the house, which complicates the system. There was a problem.

For this reason, the applicant of the present invention communicates with an abnormal state detection device such as a gas leak alarm device, a fire alarm device or a security device wirelessly and sounds a buzzer or the like when an abnormal state of the abnormal state detection device is detected. At the same time, an alarm interlocking device as an electronic device capable of remotely operating a buzzer of an abnormal state detection device is proposed.

Electronic devices such as the alarm interlocking device described above are installed on a horizontal table or installed on a vertical wall surface. When installing the electronic device described above, a fixture for installation on a horizontal table and a fixture for installation on a vertical wall surface (see Patent Document 2) have been used.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 6-85938 Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-133883

As described above, dedicated fixtures have been used for both when the electronic device is installed on a table and when it is installed on a vertical wall surface. That is, the fixture for installing the electronic device on the table and the fixture for installing on the vertical wall surface are separate from each other. For this reason, the types of fixtures increase, the cost of the fixtures increases, and when the electronic device is installed on the table and the case where it is installed on the wall, two types of fixtures are used. Since it is appropriately attached to and detached from the electronic device, there is a risk of losing the fixture.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide an attachment that can be reduced in cost and can be prevented from being lost, and an attachment structure for an electronic device including the attachment.

In order to solve the above-described problems and achieve the object, the fixture of the present invention according to claim 1 enables the electronic device to be positioned both in a state of standing from a horizontal plane and in a state of being parallel to a vertical plane. A mounting body that is formed in a solid plate shape, and is positioned upright so as to be positioned in a state of projecting from the back surface of the electronic device when connected to the electronic device and connected to the electronic device. a mounting portion, contiguous to the body portion, and when attached to the electronic device, and a parallel mounting portion for positioning said body portion in a state of overlapping on the back side of the electronic device, the parallel mounting portion, the electronic It is formed in a convex shape from the main body part so as to engage with a concave part provided on the back surface of the device, and the upright mounting part is formed in a piece shape bent from the outer edge of the main body part and integrated with the main body part A pair of hooks formed on A pair of locking pieces are engaged with the electronic device to position the main body portion protruding from the back surface of the electronic device, and when the parallel mounting portion engages with the concave portion, The locking piece of the installation mounting portion overlaps with the outer edge of the electronic device, and the end of the locking piece is elastically deformed in a direction away from the main body portion, so that between the locking piece and the parallel mounting portion. The electronic device is held between the two .

According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a fixture according to the first aspect, wherein the fixture according to the first aspect includes a vertical fixing portion that is provided on the main body portion and is fixed to the vertical surface.

Mounting structure of the electronic device of the present invention according to claim 3, and the electronic device, the mounting structure of an electronic device and a fixture for mounting the electronic device, as fitting, according to claim 1 or 2 It is characterized by comprising the fixture described in 1.

The electronic device mounting structure according to a fourth aspect of the present invention is the electronic device mounting structure according to the third aspect , wherein the electronic device includes a plurality of mounting receiving portions to which the standing mounting portion is mounted. The plurality of attachment receiving portions are characterized in that when the upright attachment portion is attached, the main body portion is positioned at angles different from each other with respect to the back surface of the main body portion.

As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, when the upright mounting portion is attached to the electronic device, the main body portion protrudes from the back surface of the electronic device, so that the electronic device is supported by the main body portion. Electronic devices can be installed on a horizontal plane. In addition, when the parallel attachment portion is attached to the electronic device, the main body portion becomes parallel to the back surface of the electronic device. Therefore, the electronic device can be installed on the vertical surface by placing the main body portion on the vertical surface. it can.

Thus, since the fixture can install electronic devices on both the horizontal plane and the vertical plane, the type of the fixture can be suppressed and the cost of the fixture can be reduced. In addition, since it is not necessary to frequently attach and detach the fixture to / from the electronic device, it is possible to prevent the fixture from being lost.

Further , when the parallel mounting portion is engaged with the recess and mounted on the vertical surface, the electronic device is sandwiched between the standing mounting portion and the parallel mounting portion, so that the electronic device is displaced with respect to the vertical surface. Can be prevented.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the vertical fixing portion for fixing to the vertical surface is provided in the main body portion, the fixture can be fixed to the vertical surface. Can be prevented from being displaced.

According to the third aspect of the present invention, since the fixture described above is provided, the cost of the fixture can be reduced and the fixture can be prevented from being lost.

According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, since the electronic device is provided with a plurality of attachment receiving portions, and the attachment receiving portions position the main body portions at different angles, the attachment receiving portion is appropriately selected. The angle with respect to the horizontal plane can be changed. Therefore, the electronic device can be positioned at various angles with respect to the horizontal plane.

Hereinafter, a mounting structure and a mounting structure for an electronic device according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 11.

As shown in FIGS. 6 to 11, the electronic device mounting structure 1 includes an alarm interlocking device 2 as an electronic device and an attachment 3, and the alarm interlocking device 2 is a table as a horizontal plane along the horizontal direction. 4 is a structure installed on the wall surface 5 of the building as a vertical plane along the vertical direction.

The alarm interlocking device 2 described above communicates with an abnormal state detection device such as a gas leak alarm device, a fire alarm device, or a security device by radio or the like. The alarm interlocking device 2 sounds the buzzer 7 and the like when detecting the abnormal state of the abnormal state detection device described above, and remotely operates the buzzer of the abnormal state detection device when the push button 8 is pressed.

As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 5, the fixture 3 includes a main body portion 11 formed in a thin and solid plate shape, a standing attachment portion 12, a parallel attachment portion 13, and a vertical fixing portion 14. It has. The planar shape of the main body 11 is formed in a rectangular shape.

The upright mounting portion 12 includes a pair of locking pieces 15. The locking piece 15 is formed in the shape of a piece, and one end thereof is connected to the outer edge of the main body 11 and is formed integrally with the main body 11. The locking piece 15 is formed in such a shape that one end connected to the main body portion 11 is bent and a heel is also erected from the outer edge of the main body portion 11. That is, the locking piece 15 is formed in a shape bent from the outer edge of the main body 11. Further, the locking piece 15 is elastically deformable so that the other end portion on the side away from the main body portion 11 comes in contact with and separates from the main body portion 11. The pair of locking pieces 15 of the upright mounting portion 12 enters the hole 10 of the alarm interlocking device 2 and engages with the hole 10.

The parallel attachment portion 13 is provided in the central portion of the main body portion 11. The parallel attachment portion 13 is formed such that a part of the central portion of the main body portion 11 is cut and raised in the same direction as the locking piece 15 and is more convex than the main body portion 11. The parallel attachment portion 13 enters the recess 9 of the alarm interlocking device 2 and engages with the recess 9.

The vertical fixing portion 14 is provided between the pair of locking pieces 15 of the standing mounting portion 12 of the main body portion 11 and the parallel mounting portion 13. As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 4, the vertical fixing portion 14 includes a wood screw hole 16 and a gypsum board hole 17. Of course, these holes 16 and 17 penetrate the main body 11. Only one wood screw hole 16 is provided. The planar shape of the wood screw hole 16 is formed in a daruma shape. The inside of the head of the wood screw is sized to pass.

A plurality of gypsum board holes 17 are provided. In the illustrated example, three gypsum board holes 17 are provided. The gypsum board holes 17 are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction with the wood screw hole 16 as the center. The gypsum board hole 17 is formed in a size that allows a pin for fixing to the gypsum board to pass through.

When the wall surface 5 is made of wood, the vertical fixing portion 14 passes the head of the wood screw attached to the wall surface 5 inside the wood screw hole 16 and hooks it on the inner edge of the wood screw hole 16. The fixture 3, that is, the alarm interlocking device 2 as an electronic device is fixed to the wall surface 5. In addition, when the wall surface 5 is made of gypsum board, the vertical fixing portion 14 passes the pin through the gypsum board hole 17 and drives the pin into the wall surface 5 made of gypsum board, thereby fixing the fixture 3 That is, the alarm interlocking device 2 as an electronic device is fixed to the wall surface 5.

Using the fixture 3 as described above, the alarm interlocking device 2 as an electronic device is installed as follows. First, when the alarm interlocking device 2 is installed on the table 4 as a horizontal plane (of course, on the surface along the horizontal direction), as shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. The piece 15 is engaged in the hole 10. Then, the main body 11 is in a state of protruding from the back surface 6b of the alarm interlocking device 2. Of course, the main body 11 gradually protrudes from the back surface 6b of the alarm interlocking device 2 as it moves away from the locking piece 15. As described above, when the erected attachment part 12 is attached to the alarm interlocking device 2, the main body part 11 is positioned in a state protruding from the back surface 6 b of the alarm interlocking device 2. Then, the main body 11 is placed on the table 4 and the alarm interlocking device 2 is installed on the table 4.

Further, when the alarm interlocking device 2 is installed on the wall surface 5 as a vertical surface (of course, on the surface along the vertical direction), the main body portion 11 is first overlapped on the wall surface 5 and the vertical fixing portion 14. Thus, the main body 11 is fixed to the wall surface 5. At this time, of course, when the wall surface 5 is made of wood, a wood screw is screwed into the wall surface 5 and the head of the wood screw is hooked on the inner edge of the wood screw hole 16. Further, when the wall surface 5 is composed of a gypsum board, the main body portion 11 is overlapped with the wall surface 5 and the above-described pin is driven through the gypsum board hole 17.

Then, as shown in FIG. 11, the parallel mounting portion 13 is engaged in the recess 9, and the locking piece 15 of the standing mounting portion 12 is brought into contact with the outer edge of the alarm interlocking device 2, and FIG. As shown in FIG. 11, the main body 11 is overlapped with the back surface 6b. As described above, when the parallel attachment portion 13 is attached to the alarm interlocking device 2, the main body portion 11 is positioned so as to overlap the back surface 6b. As a result, the locking piece 15 is elastically deformed in a direction extending to the outside of the main body portion 11 and biases the alarm interlocking device 2 toward the parallel attachment portion 13.

Then, as shown in FIG. 11, the device main body 6 of the alarm interlocking device 2 is sandwiched between the locking piece 15 of the parallel mounting portion 13 and the standing mounting portion 12. In this way, when the parallel mounting portion 13 is engaged with the concave portion 9, the locking piece 15 of the standing mounting portion 12 overlaps the outer edge of the alarm interlocking device 2, and the alarm interlocking device is between the parallel mounting portion 13. The alarm interlocking device 2 is fixed to the fixture 3 by sandwiching 2. Thus, the alarm interlocking device 2 is installed on the wall surface 5 as shown in FIGS. Thus, the fixture 1 can position the alarm interlocking device 2 in both the state where the alarm interlocking device 2 is erected from the table 4 and the state parallel to the wall surface 5.

According to this embodiment, since the main body 11 protrudes from the back surface 6b of the alarm interlocking device 2 when the upright mounting part 12 is attached to the alarm interlocking device 2, the main body 11 supports the alarm interlocking device 2 by supporting the alarm interlocking device 2. The alarm interlocking device 2 can be installed on the table 4 as a horizontal plane. Further, when the parallel attachment portion 13 is attached to the alarm interlocking device 2, the main body portion 11 becomes parallel to the back surface 6b of the alarm interlocking device 2, so that the main body portion 11 is placed on the wall surface 5 as a vertical surface. Thus, the alarm interlocking device 2 can be installed on the wall surface 5.

Thus, since the fixture 3 can install the alarm interlocking device 2 on both the table 4 and the wall surface 5, the type of the fixture 3 can be suppressed and the cost of the fixture 3 can be reduced. Since it is not necessary to frequently attach and detach the fixture 3 to / from the alarm interlocking device 2, it is possible to prevent the fixture 3 from being lost.

Further, when the parallel attachment portion 13 is engaged with the recess 9 and attached to the wall surface 5, the device body 6 of the alarm interlocking device 2 is placed between the locking piece 15 of the standing attachment portion 12 and the parallel attachment portion 13. Therefore, the alarm interlocking device 2 can be prevented from being displaced with respect to the wall surface 5.

Moreover, since the main-body part 11 is formed in the solid plate shape, the rigidity of the main-body part 11 can be improved and the thickness of the main-body part 11, ie, the fixture 3, can be minimized. In particular, when installing the alarm interlocking device 2 on the wall surface 5, the alarm interlocking device 2 can be prevented from protruding from the wall surface 5, and the alarm interlocking device 2 can be fixed to the wall surface 5 without impairing the image of thinness. it can. Furthermore, since the vertical fixing portion 14 includes the holes 16 and 17 described above, the fixture 3 can be directly fixed to the wall surface 5 and the amount of protrusion of the alarm interlocking device 2 from the wall surface 5 can be reliably suppressed.

Moreover, since the mounting structure 1 of the electronic device includes the mounting tool 3 described above, it is possible to reduce the cost of the mounting tool 3 and to prevent the mounting tool 3 from being lost. Further, the electronic device mounting structure 1 can be used by removing the fixture 3 from the alarm interlock device 2 and attaching the fixture 3 to the new alarm interlock device 2 when the alarm interlock device 2 is discarded. . That is, since the fixture 3 is detachable from the device main body 2, it can be collected after use of the alarm interlocking device 2 and can be reused.

Next, an electronic apparatus mounting structure and fixture according to a second embodiment as a reference example of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

In the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 12 to 15, a hinge 18 is provided on the outer edge of the main body 11, and the locking piece 15 of the upright mounting portion 12 is attached to the hinge 18. The locking piece 15 of the parallel mounting portion 13 is connected to the outer edge of the main body portion 11 via a hinge 18. The locking piece 15 is rotatably connected to the main body 11 around the hinge 18 so that the end on the side away from the main body 11 contacts and separates from the main body 11. The hinge 18 has a position where the locking piece 15 indicated by a solid line in FIGS. 12 to 14 overlaps the main body 11, and the locking piece 15 indicated by a two-dot chain line in FIGS. 12 to 14 corresponds to the main body 11. The locking piece 15 is allowed to rotate between a position where the angle formed by the angle is about 45 degrees, and the locking piece 15 is restricted from rotating beyond this interval.

In this embodiment, when the alarm interlocking device 2 is installed on the table 4, the locking piece 15 is engaged in the hole 10 as in the first embodiment described above. The main body 11 is projected from the back surface 6 b of the alarm interlocking device 2 by the hinge 18, the main body 11 is overlaid on the table 4, and the alarm interlocking device 2 is installed on the table 4.

Further, in this embodiment, when the alarm interlocking device 2 is installed on the wall surface 5, the fixture 3 is fixed to the wall surface 5 by the vertical fixing portion 14, as in the first embodiment described above. At this time, as shown in FIG. 16, the locking piece 15 is overlapped with the main body portion 11 and is sandwiched between the main body portion 11 and the wall surface 5. Then, the upright attachment portion 12 is engaged in the recess 9, and the alarm interlock device 2 is installed on the wall surface 5 with the main body portion 11 overlapped with the back surface 6 b.

According to the present embodiment, as in the first embodiment described above, the main body 11 protrudes from the back surface 6b of the alarm interlocking device 2 when the upright mounting portion 12 is attached to the alarm interlocking device 2, so that the main body The alarm interlocking device 2 can be installed on the table 4 as a horizontal plane by supporting the alarm interlocking device 2 with the part 11.

Further, when the parallel attachment portion 13 is engaged with the recess 9 and attached to the wall surface 5, the locking piece 15 of the upright attachment portion 12 overlaps the main body portion 11, that is, the back surface 6 b of the alarm interlocking device 2. It can prevent that the latching piece 15 of the installation attachment part 12 exposes, and can impair the beauty | look.

Furthermore, since the locking piece 15 is rotatably connected to the main body 11 around the hinge 18, the angle of the locking piece 15 can be changed, and the angle of the alarm interlocking device 2 with respect to the table 4 can be arbitrarily changed.

Moreover, since the mounting structure 1 of the electronic device includes the mounting tool 3 described above, it is possible to reduce the cost of the mounting tool 3 and to prevent the mounting tool 3 from being lost. Further, the electronic device mounting structure 1 can be used by removing the fixture 3 from the alarm interlock device 2 and attaching the fixture 3 to the new alarm interlock device 2 when the alarm interlock device 2 is discarded. .

Next, an electronic apparatus mounting structure and fixture according to a third embodiment as a reference example of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

In this embodiment, the main body 11 of the fixture 3 is formed in a band plate shape as shown in FIGS. 17 to 20. At the outer edge of one end portion in the longitudinal direction of the main body portion 11, a mounting portion 19 is provided that forms both the standing mounting portion and the parallel mounting portion described in the claims. The mounting part 19 is erected from the edge of the main body part 11, then extends in a direction away from the main body part 11 in parallel with the main body part 11, and is formed in a crank shape when viewed from the side. Further, in the present embodiment, the vertical fixing portion 14 is provided at the aforementioned one end portion of the main body portion 11.

Furthermore, in this embodiment, the alarm interlocking device 2 is provided with one parallel attachment receiving portion 20 and a plurality of attachment receiving portions 21. These attachment receiving portions 20 and 21 are formed in a concave shape from the back surface 6b of the alarm interlocking device 2 so that the attachment portion 19 can enter and the attachment portion 19 can be engaged.

The parallel attachment receiving portion 20 is provided on the upper edge (edge) of the back surface 6 b of the alarm interlocking device 2. When the attachment portion 19 is engaged with the parallel attachment receiving portion 20, the main body portion 11 overlaps the back surface 6b of the alarm interlocking device 2 as shown in FIGS.

Three attachment receiving portions 21 are provided in the illustrated example. The plurality of attachment receiving portions 21 are provided in the central portion of the back surface 6 b of the alarm interlocking device 2. In the illustrated example, the plurality of attachment receiving portions 21 are arranged at intervals from each other along one straight line in the vertical direction of the alarm interlocking device 2. In the cross section, the attachment receiving portion 21 extends linearly from the back surface 6b, and the angles formed with the back surface 6b are different from each other. In the example shown in the drawing, the angle formed between the lower side, that is, the attachment receiving portion 21 near the center of the alarm interlocking device 2, and the rear surface 6 b is larger than the upper, that is, the attachment receiving portion 21 near the outer edge of the alarm interlocking device 2.

The attachment portions 21 of the attachment 3 are engaged with the attachment receiving portions 21, respectively. The plurality of attachment receiving portions 21 are different from each other in angle with the back surface 6b. Therefore, when the attachment portion 19 is engaged, the main body portion 11 is shown in FIG. 22 and FIG. 23 by a one-dot chain line, a solid line, and a two-dot chain line. The angles formed with the back surface 6b of the two are made different from each other. In the illustrated example, when the mounting portion 19 is engaged with the mounting receiving portion 21 near the center of the alarm interlocking device 2, the mounting portion 19 is engaged with the mounting receiving portion 21 near the outer edge of the alarm interlocking device 2. The angle formed with the back surface 6b of the main body 11 is made larger than the case where the above is performed. As described above, when the attachment portion 19 is attached, the plurality of attachment receiving portions 21 position the main body portion 11 at angles different from each other with respect to the back surface 6b of the main body portion 11.

In the present embodiment, when the alarm interlocking device 2 is installed on the table 4, the attachment portion 19 is engaged with any one of the plurality of attachment reception portions 21. Then, of course, the main body 11 is in a state of protruding from the back surface 6b. Then, the lower edge of the alarm interlocking device 2 in the figure and the edge of the main body 11 of the fixture 3 are overlapped on the table 4, and the alarm interlocking device 2 is placed on the table 4 as shown in FIGS. Install.

Further, in this embodiment, when the alarm interlocking device 2 is installed on the wall surface 5, the fixture 3 is fixed to the wall surface 5 by the vertical fixing portion 14 as in the first and second embodiments described above. . And while attaching the attachment part 19 in the parallel attachment receiving part 20, as shown in FIG.25 and FIG.26, the main-body part 11 is piled up on the back surface 6b, and the alarm interlocking apparatus 2 is installed in the wall surface 5. FIG.

According to this embodiment, as in the first and second embodiments described above, when the attachment portion 19 is engaged with the attachment receiving portion 21 and attached to the alarm interlocking device 2, the main body 11 is connected to the alarm interlocking device. Therefore, the alarm interlocking device 2 can be installed on the table 4 as a horizontal plane by supporting the alarm interlocking device 2 with the main body 11 or the like. Further, when the attachment portion 19 is engaged with the parallel attachment receiving portion 20 and attached to the alarm interlocking device 2, the main body portion 11 becomes parallel to the back surface 6b of the alarm interlocking device 2, so that the main body portion 11 is set as a vertical surface. The alarm interlocking device 2 can be installed on the wall surface 5 by being stacked on the wall surface 5.

Further, since the alarm interlocking device 2 is provided with a plurality of attachment receiving portions 21 and the attachment receiving portion 21 positions the main body portion 11 at different angles, the attachment receiving portion 21 is appropriately selected. The angle with respect to the top can be changed. Therefore, the alarm interlocking device 2 can be positioned at various angles with respect to the table 4.

Moreover, since the mounting structure 1 of the electronic device includes the mounting tool 3 described above, it is possible to reduce the cost of the mounting tool 3 and to prevent the mounting tool 3 from being lost. Further, the electronic device mounting structure 1 can be used by removing the fixture 3 from the alarm interlock device 2 and attaching the fixture 3 to the new alarm interlock device 2 when the alarm interlock device 2 is discarded. .

In the embodiment described above, the alarm interlocking device 2 as an electronic device is shown. However, in the present invention, various electronic devices other than the alarm interlocking device 2 may be attached. Moreover, in this invention, you may install in the horizontal surface not only on the table 4 but various horizontal directions, and you may install in the vertical surface not only on the wall surface 5 but various vertical directions. Moreover, in this invention, you may comprise the fixture 1 with what kind of materials, such as a metal and a synthetic resin.
