Description
The present invention relates to a package using a laminated film. In particular, the present invention relates to a package formed using a laminated film suitable for automatic packaging, and relates to a package that automatically releases internal pressure but does not inhale air or the like from the outside.
In a package made of laminated film, a large amount of gas is enclosed in the package together with the contents during packaging, so external force is applied to the package to release the gas to the outside and increase the packaging efficiency, or stacking of the package It is necessary to increase the stability of time. Moreover, if gas is generated from the contents enclosed in the package, the package may burst.
However, simply forming a through hole in the laminated film that constitutes the packaging body allows the air enclosed inside and the gas generated inside after packaging to escape to the outside, but the through hole was formed. There are inconveniences such as foreign matter entering from the air holes and oxidation of the packaged object due to the inflow of air.
In Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 63-59838 (Patent Document 1), a check valve comprising a flow pipe formed flat with a plastic film and a valve main body installed in the flow pipe is heat-sealed to a bag body, and the flow pipe A sealing bag configured to discharge unnecessary fluid in the bag to the outside is disclosed.
In order to manufacture this sealing bag, a check valve must be prepared together with the packaging bag, and a process of heat-sealing with the check valve inserted and held in a predetermined position of the packaging bag is added. However, there is a drawback that the structure for automation such as packaging while continuously filling the objects to be packaged becomes very complicated. Therefore, the manufacturing cost is not competitive.
In Japanese Patent Publication No. 8-11585 (Patent Document 2), among a plurality of bonded synthetic resin layers, a pair of adjacent synthetic resin layers is made of a synthetic resin material that cannot be thermally fused to each other. A laminated film is disclosed in which a synthetic resin layer is bonded with an adhesive and a non-bonded portion is formed with a portion as a non-coated portion. Further, in the packaging bag in which the film is heat-sealed in a bag shape, a non-adhered portion forms a ventilation path that communicates with the outside of the bag, and the non-adhered portion is provided with a communication port that is connected to the bag inner space. A packaging bag is disclosed in which a part of the inner periphery of the innermost synthetic resin layer, which is adjacent to the periphery of the communication port, or a part of the vicinity thereof, and a part facing each other with a part sandwiched between the inner space of the bag are heat-sealed. Yes.
This packaging bag has a structure in which when gas is generated from the contents and the pressure in the bag rises, the gas is released from the communication port through the ventilation path to the outside of the bag. However, in this packaging bag, when the pressure in the bag rises and the bag expands, a concentrated stress acts on the heat-sealed portion, so that the fused portion is likely to be damaged. Therefore, it is suitable for bags that are not reused even if they break, such as when steam generated during heating in a microwave oven is released to the outside of the container, but the internal gas is also accommodated in response to subtle changes in internal pressure. Enclose a bag (such as coffee beans) that needs to be released and closed many times without causing air to flow back from outside. There is a problem that it cannot be used for bags.
In Japanese Patent No. 2866587 (Patent Document 3), in a packaging bag made of a synthetic resin film containing the contents in a sealed state, the film portions facing the bag inner space are partially heat-sealed, and the internal pressure It is disclosed that the heat-sealed portion is broken by a tensile force due to the rise in the temperature. In addition, a packaging bag is formed of the laminate film, and a non-joining portion that forms a ventilation path is formed in a part between the inner layer portion on the bag inner space side and the outer layer portion on the bag outer side, and the heat is applied to the non-joining portion. Providing a fused portion is disclosed.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY According to the present invention, a packaging bag that automatically lowers the internal pressure when the pressure inside the packaging body rises while maintaining a sealed state at all times, or the inside of the packaging body can be easily decompressed and can be maintained. It is an object of the present invention to provide a packaging body or a packaging body that can repeatedly release internal gas in response to subtle changes in internal pressure and does not allow air to flow backward from the outside.
The present invention is a packaging body in which a laminated film obtained by laminating two films composed of one or more synthetic resin layers is formed into a bag body by heat sealing, and the laminating surfaces of the two films are thermally fused to each other. A non-adherable synthetic resin layer is bonded with an adhesive leaving a part, and a through-hole is provided in a film facing the internal space of the package in the non-adhered non-adhered portion, and Embossing is provided on the laminating surface at or near the periphery of the through-hole, and the non-adhered portion forms an opening that crosses the heat seal portion of the bag body and leads to the outside of the package body, and the non-adhered portion In this case, the opening that leads to the outside of the package protrudes outward from the heat seal portion that intersects the non-adhered portion, and when the width of the non-adhered portion is L, the protruding distance K is K ≧ 0.3L. Ru It solved the problems by packaging characterized and.
You may apply | coat an adhesive to a non-adhesion part and adhere | attach the non-adhesion part so that peeling is possible.
Alternatively, in the laminated film, an oily silicone whose main component is dimethyl silicone, methylphenyl silicone or methyl hydrogen silicone may be applied to the non-adhered portion.
The bag in the package may be a two-side seal or a three-side seal, and a sealing chuck (fastener) may be provided at the opening of the bag.
The laminated film of the present invention is obtained by laminating two films composed of one or more synthetic resin layers, and the laminating surfaces of the two films are composed of a synthetic resin layer that cannot be heat-bonded to each other, and a part of the laminated film. Although it is left and pasted by an adhesive, it is only necessary to provide a through hole in one film at the non-adhered non-adhered portion and to form an emboss on one of the two films at or near the periphery of the through hole. Therefore, it is easy to produce a laminated film and can be continuously produced as a long film. Therefore, the laminated film of the present invention can be used for the manufacture of a package suitable for automation such as automatic filling and packaging, and a lot of gas is enclosed in the package together with the contents at the time of packaging, and the pressure inside the package is high. If so, the gas is automatically discharged through the through hole, embossed part and non-bonded part, so there is no need to apply an external force to the package just before sealing to let the gas escape to the outside, and efficient automatic filling. Can be packaged.
The package of the present invention is formed by using the above laminated film in which the adjacent synthetic resin layers that cannot be heat-sealed with each other are pasted together with an adhesive, and are formed as a single laminated film as a whole. The bag body is formed by heat sealing such as pillow wrapping, four-side seal, three-side seal, etc., with the surface provided with the holes being inside the bag.
According to the present invention, the portion where the non-adhesive portion intersects the heat seal portion for forming the bag is an opening that leads to the outside of the packaging body, and the film that faces the internal space of the packaging body at the non-adhesive portion Are provided with through holes, and embosses are provided on the bonding surface of the synthetic resin layer at the periphery or in the vicinity of the through holes. Therefore, when the air pressure inside the package is the same as the air pressure outside or the air pressure inside the package is low (usually set to this state), the non-adhered part where the emboss is not provided is the opposite bonding There is substantially no gap between the surfaces and the surfaces are in close contact with each other, and air from the outside does not flow into the package.
In the packaging body of the present invention, through-holes are provided in the film on the inside of the packaging body of the laminated film, and the embossed (unevenness) is formed on the laminating surface at the periphery or in the vicinity thereof, so the through-holes face each other. The synthetic resin layer is not completely blocked by the bonding surface (Note that if there is no embossing, the bonding surface is in close contact with the non-bonded part due to the pressure difference between the inside and outside. The through hole is in a closed state). Therefore, according to the present invention, when the pressure inside the package rises due to the generation of gas from the contents, evaporation of moisture due to heating, etc., the gas inside the package flows into the embossed portion from the through hole, It spreads into the non-adhered part and is released from the opening of the non-adhered part to the outside of the package, so that the pressure inside the package returns to the original state.
Since the package of the present invention does not require the heat seal part to be broken or deformed as in
In addition, when pressure is applied to the package by pressing the package from the outside, the gas (air) inside the package flows into the embossed portion from the through-hole, as in the case where the internal pressure is increased, and is not bonded. It spreads into the part and is discharged from the opening of the non-adhesive part to the outside of the package. When the external pressure disappears, the gas inside the package flows out, that is, the air pressure is low, and the bonding surface where the embossing is not provided is in close contact, and the state is maintained as it is.
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to easily reduce the pressure inside the packaging bag or the inside of the packaging body that automatically reduces the internal pressure when the pressure inside the packaging body rises while maintaining a sealed state. And the package which can maintain a pressure reduction state can be provided. In addition, since the package of the present invention does not have a portion that is damaged by concentrated stress or the like, it can be used for a package in which the pressure variation inside the package is repeated.
According to the present invention, when a pressure-sensitive adhesive is applied to a non-adhered part and a non-adhered part is adhered so that the non-adhered part can be peeled off, the internal gas is released until the internal pressure of the package rises to a certain pressure. Therefore, the pressure inside the package can be increased, and the internal pressure can be set to a desired value by selecting an adhesive.
Further, according to the present invention, when a laminated film in which an oily silicone whose main component is dimethylsilicone, methylphenylsilicone or methylhydrogensilicone is applied to a non-adhesive part, the bonding surface in the non-adhesive part is smoother. Thus, the adhesion of the bonding surface at the location where the embossing is not provided is enhanced, and the bonding surface is separated or brought into contact with the inflow of gas. Therefore, the internal gas can be smoothly discharged in response to a subtle change in the internal pressure of the package, and the air does not flow back from the outside. Moreover, since the adhesiveness of a bonding surface is high, the atmospheric | air pressure inside a package can be made into a large pressure reduction state.
In the present invention, the width of the unglued part is L, Ri unglued part City protrusion distance K which opening portion projects outward from the heat seal portion of the relationship between the two K ≧ 0.3 L der, this If it does in this way, even if a slight wrinkle and distortion of a film arise in a bonding film in a non-adhesion part at the time of heat sealing, the bad influence can be avoided. That is, when wrinkles or the like occur in the heat seal portion, if the opening does not protrude, a gap is generated in the opening due to the wrinkles, and the sealing effect is reduced when the inside of the package is in a reduced pressure state. However, by projecting the opening (that is, heat sealing at a position away from the tip of the opening), wrinkles and film distortion are less likely to occur during heat sealing, and the bonding surface of the projecting part in the non-adhesive part Since they are in close contact with each other, the reduced pressure inside the package can be maintained over a long period of time.
Furthermore, according to the present invention, since the non-adhered portion only needs to intersect the heat seal portion, there is no restriction at the time of manufacturing the package (in contrast, in
In the present invention, a sealing chuck (fastener) is provided in the opening of the bag body (that is, the heat sealing of the bag body is a two-way seal or a three-way sealing, and a sealing chuck is provided in the opening of the bag body), and clothes and the like are bagged. When the inside of the package is sealed by closing the chuck and then pressed from the outside, the air in the package can be easily removed. Therefore, the bag in the present invention is also excellent as a compression bag.

The present invention will be described in detail based on the embodiments shown in the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view schematically showing a state immediately before bonding of one embodiment of two

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the adhesive is applied to the

Unlike the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, as shown in FIG. 4, the embossed
In the present invention, since the through-
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the embossed
The embossed
As an example of the
As shown in FIG. 3A, in the
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, since the
That is, in the present invention, in the
Further, it is preferable that the through
In the
When the
If the wrinkles or film surface distortion is large, outside air may be sucked from the outside of the bag when the inside of the package is in a reduced pressure state. However, if the wrinkles and the film surface distortion are small, in the portion where the embossing is not provided in the
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, nothing is applied to the
Moreover, even when the inside of the package is in a reduced pressure state as described above, the adhesion between the
FIG. 5 shows another embodiment of the
The bag shown in FIG. 5 is suitable for a bag for storing clothes or the like. When clothes or the like (contents) are put into the
A laminated film of the present invention was produced using a laminator facility as shown in FIG. A
From the
Using this
Each of the
Although it was the same film structure as Example 1, the oily dimethyl silicone was apply | coated to the
And like Example 1, the
