Description

The present invention relates to a wire focusing support tool suitable for converging a wire rod such as an optical fiber cable onto a support wire such as an electric wire in an aerial state, for example, to bundle it.

A cable support for converging a bundle of overhead wires (overhead wires) such as electric wires and optical fiber cables to support them in an aerial manner has already been proposed by the applicant of the present application as shown in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2, for example. It is known.

Among these, the outline of the configuration of the spiral support of the cable shown in Patent Document 1 will be described. When the overhead wire is viewed from one side in the axial direction, a clockwise spiral portion that draws a spiral clockwise, and the wire rod When viewed from the same side in the axial direction as described above, the counterclockwise spiral portion that draws a spiral in the counterclockwise direction is continuous and an inversion portion is provided between the clockwise spiral portion and the counterclockwise spiral portion. It is a single linear member that has a portion that surrounds the periphery of the wire in a range of about 360 degrees with a clockwise spiral portion and a counterclockwise spiral portion.

In addition, when the configuration of the spiral cable support shown in Patent Document 2 is outlined, the clockwise spiral portion and the counterclockwise spiral portion are not configured to surround the overhead wire in a range of about 360 degrees. An n-shaped portion extending from the first wire to the first wire, but the apex of which is curved in an arc shape so as not to reach the first wire, and the second from the first wire. It has a u-shaped portion that extends toward the wire, but its bottom is curved in an arc shape so as not to reach the second wire, and this n-shaped portion and the u-shaped portion The part is hooked to the first wire and the second wire.
Japanese Patent No. 4041815 JP 2007-110792 A

However, in the configuration of the cable helical support shown in Patent Document 1, the cable helical support is rotated in order to take in the support wire as an aerial wire in advance so as to be positioned in the spiral frame. The process of attaching the cable to the support line of the spiral support tool is complicated by the process of the rotating operation, and relatively large labor and time are required for the installation work of the spiral support tool. It had a problem of requiring.

In this regard, in the helical cable support shown in this Patent Document 2, it is only necessary to hook the n-shaped part and the u-shaped part from the side on the wire when attaching to the support wire. The bug has been resolved.

However, in the helical cable support shown in Patent Document 2, as shown in FIG. 10 of Patent Document 2, the contact between the n-shaped part or the u-shaped part and the two parallel wires is made. When viewed from the axial direction of the wire, the contact position is the same side for a set of consecutive n-shaped parts and u-shaped. For this reason, when a strong wind blows or some sort of impact is applied from the side of the spiral cable support that is opposite to the position in contact with the wire, a continuous set of n-characters is generated by shaking the spiral cable support. There is a concern that the mold part and the u-shaped part may be detached from the wire at once, and the helical cable support may fall off.

Therefore, the present invention can be easily supported by the wire rod while eliminating the need for a rotating operation step when being mounted on the wire rod in the aerial state, and in addition to being attached to the wire rod along the axial direction of the wire rod. Even if a strong wind blows or gives an impact from any of the side surfaces, even if a swing occurs, a part of the wire is prevented from coming off from the wire and eventually falling out. Objective.

The wire focusing support tool according to the present invention is a wire focusing support tool comprising at least a single linear wire member, and extends along two vertical reference lines parallel to the upper side and the lower side along the vertical direction. When taken in this way, the overall structure extends along the axial direction of the reference line, and is counterclockwise when viewed from one side in the axial direction with respect to one lower reference line. A second curve extending in an arc shape that protrudes downward so as to be clockwise when viewed from the same direction as the first direction with respect to the lower reference line and the first curved portion that extends in a so-called convex shape And the first curved portion is located on the front side in the axial direction of the lower reference line with respect to the second curved portion, whereby the predetermined side surface is in contact with the lower reference line. A watch as viewed from the same direction as the above direction with respect to the lower support part and the other upper reference line A third curved portion extending in an arc shape that protrudes upward so as to be straight and a fourth curve extending in an arc shape that protrudes upward so as to be counterclockwise when viewed from the same direction as the direction with respect to the upper reference line. The third curved portion is located on the front side in the axial direction of the lower reference line with respect to the fourth curved portion, whereby the predetermined side surface is directly connected to the upper reference line. Alternatively, the first upper support portion that is in contact with the engagement member and the fifth upper portion that protrudes downward so as to be clockwise when viewed from one side in the axial direction with respect to the lower reference line. The fifth curved portion includes a curved portion and a sixth curved portion extending in an arc shape protruding downward so as to be counterclockwise when viewed from the same direction as the direction with respect to the lower reference line. The lower reference line is located on the front side in the axial direction with respect to the curved portion of A second lower support portion whose surface is in contact with the lower reference line, and a seventh extending in an arc shape protruding upward so as to be counterclockwise when viewed from the same direction as the direction with respect to the upper reference line The eighth curved portion includes the curved portion and the eighth curved portion extending in an arc shape that protrudes upward so as to be clockwise when viewed from the same direction as the direction with respect to the upper reference line. At least a second upper support portion that has a predetermined side surface in contact with the upper reference line directly or via an engagement member. And the first lower support part and the first upper support part are always continuous, and the second lower support part and the second upper support part are always continuous. (Claim 1). Here, among the wire rods such as electric wires, which are support wires, an aerial wire rod is previously arranged substantially along the upper reference line. Further, a wire material such as an optical fiber cable additionally installed is arranged substantially along the lower reference line.

Thus, when mounting the wire focusing support tool according to the present invention on a support wire that is an aerial wire disposed substantially along the upper reference line, the first upper support portion and the second upper support portion are The support wire can be attached by being along the axial direction of the support line from the lower side of the support line and twisting one end and the other end of the wire focusing support tool in the direction of the support line. Become.

In addition, when viewed with reference to the first lower support portion and the first upper support portion that are always adjacent to each other, the extending direction is reversed between the first lower support portion and the first upper support portion. In addition, when viewed on the basis of the second lower support portion and the second upper support portion that are always adjacent to each other, the extending directions of the first lower support portion and the first upper support portion are reversed. It has become staggered along with this.

In the first and second lower support portions, the first bent portion and the second bent portion or the fifth bent portion and the sixth bent portion exceed the upper reference line. And the connecting part is bent upward in the vertical direction, and the first and second upper support parts are the third curved part and the fourth curved part or It is preferable that the seventh curved portion and the eighth curved portion are connected so as to extend beyond the upper reference line, and the connected portion is bent downward in the vertical direction ( Claim 2).

As a result, the support wire that is an aerial wire rod that is arranged in advance substantially along the upper reference line is formed by the third curved portion, the fourth curved portion, and the connecting portion that connects them in the first upper support portion. The second upper support part is reliably supported by the seventh curved part, the eighth curved part, and the connecting part that connects them. In addition, the wire rod such as an optical fiber cable that is additionally disposed substantially along the lower reference line includes a first curved portion, a second curved portion, and a connecting portion that connects them in the first lower support portion. The second lower support portion is reliably supported by the fifth curved portion, the sixth curved portion, and a connecting portion that connects them.

On the other hand, in the first and second lower support portions, the first curved portion and the second curved portion or the fifth curved portion and the sixth curved portion are in the lower reference. And the connecting portion is bent upward in the vertical direction, and the first and second upper support portions include the third bending portion and the fourth bending portion. The curved part or the seventh curved part and the eighth curved part are connected below the upper reference line, and the connected part is close to the upper reference line and is axially connected to the lower reference line. And the engagement member is attached to the wire rod in a state of being laid substantially along the upper reference line from the radial direction, and the engagement member is attached to the first reference line. Opening direction for engaging the wire with the upper support portion and the second upper support portion May as being turned opposite (claim 3).

As a result, the support wire, which is an aerial wire rod arranged in advance substantially along the upper reference line, is attached to the connecting portion that connects the third and fourth curved portions in the first upper support portion. The second upper support part is reliably supported by the engagement member attached to the connecting part that connects the seventh curved part and the eighth curved part.

As described above, according to the invention of the present application, when the wire focusing support tool is attached to the support wire that is an aerial wire disposed substantially along the upper reference line, the first upper support portion and the second upper support portion Attaching the upper support part to the support line from the lower side of the support line along the axial direction of the support line, and twisting one end and the other end of the wire focusing support tool in the direction of the support line, respectively Therefore, it is not necessary to rotate the wire focusing support tool, and it is possible to mount the wire focusing support tool on the support wire in one step. Therefore, the mounting work of the wire focusing support tool can be simplified and shortened. Can do.

According to the invention of the present application, when the first lower support part and the first upper support part that are always adjacent to each other are viewed as a reference, the first lower support part and the first upper support part And the extending direction is reversed, and the second lower support part and the second upper support part and the second upper support part, which are always adjacent to each other. Since the extending direction of the upper support portion is reversed, strong wind blows or gives an impact from any of the side surfaces along the axial direction of the wire while being supported by the wire, and swings in a circular motion. However, it is possible to prevent a part of the wire from coming off from the wire and dropping out.

In particular, according to the second aspect of the present invention, the first upper support portion has the third curved portion, the fourth curved portion, and the fourth support portion, which is an aerial wire rod arranged in advance substantially along the upper reference line. It can be supported by the curved part and the connecting part that connects them, and can be supported by the seventh curved part, the eighth curved part, and the connecting part that connects them in the second lower support part, With respect to a wire rod such as an optical fiber cable that is additionally arranged substantially along the lower reference line, the first lower support portion includes a first curved portion, a second curved portion, and a connecting portion that connects them. The second lower support part can be supported by the fifth curved part, the sixth curved part, and the connecting part that connects them, so that the wire focusing support tool drops off due to strong wind or impact. Certainty of prevention It is possible to increase more.

In particular, according to the third aspect of the present invention, the third curved portion and the fourth curved portion are provided in the first upper support portion with respect to the support wire which is an imaginary wire rod arranged in advance substantially along the upper reference line. It can be supported by the engaging member attached to the connecting part that connects the curved part, and is attached to the connecting part that connects the seventh curved part and the eighth curved part in the second upper support part. With respect to a wire rod such as an optical fiber cable that can be supported by the engaging member and is additionally disposed substantially along the lower reference line, the first lower support portion has the first curved portion and the second bent portion. Since the second lower support portion can be supported by the fifth bent portion, the sixth bent portion, and the connecting portion connecting them, the second lower support portion can support the bent portion and the connecting portion connecting them. 、 Strength of wire focusing support tool And it is possible to increase the certainty of prevention of falling off due to an impact.

When a linear two-dot chain line extending parallel to the upper reference line L1 with an appropriate interval between the wires 11 and 12 to be bundled is taken as the lower reference line L2, the upper side surface is A lower support part 6 in contact with the lower reference line L2, a lower support part 7 in which the lower side surface is in contact with the upper reference line L1, a lower support part 8 in which the upper side surface is in contact with the lower reference line L2, and The lower side surface has a lower support portion 9 in contact with the upper reference line L1.

Among these, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the lower support portion 6 is counterclockwise as viewed from the axial direction indicated by the white arrow in FIG. 1 with respect to the lower reference line L2. As shown in FIG. 1, a curved portion 6a extending in an arcuate shape that protrudes downward, more specifically, an arc shape of the bow body in the form of an upper chord bow, and a white arrow in FIG. 1 with respect to the lower reference line L2. A curved portion 6b extending in an arcuate shape convex downward, more specifically, an arcuate shape of the bow body in the form of an upper chord bow, as viewed from the direction shown, and the curved portion 6a A connecting portion 6c that connects the curved portion 6b is successively formed in the direction of the white arrow.

In this embodiment, the curved bases 6a and 6b have their lowest bottom point located directly below the lower reference line L2 and, consequently, the wire 12 described later. Extending so as to surround a part of the periphery when viewed from the direction, the upper side surface at the bottom point of the curved portions 6 a and 6 b, which is a predetermined side surface of the lower support portion 6, can contact the wire 12. It has become. Further, the connecting portion 6c has a highest vertex at a position equal to or higher than the center between the upper reference line L1 and the lower reference line L2, and accordingly, relative to the side as viewed from the side. It has a large inverted U shape. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the side of the curved portion 6a opposite to the connecting portion 6c is fixed to the connector 3 via the base end portion 10a.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the upper support portion 7 has an arc shape that is convex upward so as to be clockwise when viewed from the direction indicated by the white arrow in FIG. 1 with respect to the upper reference line L1. More specifically, the curved portion 7a extending in an arcuate shape of the bow body in the form of the bow of the lower chord and the upper reference line L1 is counterclockwise when viewed from the direction indicated by the white arrow in FIG. A curved portion 7b extending in an arcuate shape that protrudes upward, more specifically in the form of a bow of a lower chord, and a connecting portion 7c that connects the curved portion 7a and the curved portion 7b are sequentially provided. It is formed continuously in the direction of the white arrow.

In these embodiments, the highest vertex of the curved portions 7a and 7b is located immediately above the upper reference line L1 and thus the wire 11 described later, and the vicinity of the vertex also shows the wire 11 in the axial direction. Accordingly, the lower side surface at the apex of the curved portions 7 a and 7 b, which is a predetermined side surface of the upper support portion 7, can be brought into contact with the wire 11. Further, the connecting portion 7c has a lowest bottom point higher than the center between the upper reference line L1 and the lower reference line L2, and accordingly, a relatively small U as viewed from the side. It has a letter shape. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the curved portion 7a is continuous with the opposite side of the connecting portion 6c among the curved portions 6b of the lower support portion 6 via the relay portion 10b.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the lower support portion 8 is clockwise with respect to the lower reference line L2 as seen from the axial direction indicated by the white arrow in FIG. A curved portion 8a extending in a downwardly convex arcuate shape, more specifically an arcuate shape of the bow body in the form of an upper chord bow, and the direction shown by the white arrow in FIG. 1 with respect to the lower reference line L2. A curved portion 8b extending in a downwardly convex arcuate shape, more specifically, an arcuate shape of the bow body in the form of an upper chord bow, and the curved portion 8a and the curved portion 8b The connecting portions 8c to be connected are successively formed in the direction of the white arrow.

And, similarly to the case of the lower support portion 6, these curved portions 8a, 8b are located at the lowest bottom point directly below the lower reference line L2 and the wire 12 to be described later. The portion near the bottom point also extends so as to surround a part of the periphery when the wire 12 is viewed from the axial direction, and accordingly, the bottom of the curved portions 8a and 8b, which are predetermined side surfaces of the lower support portion 8, is provided. The upper side surface at the point can come into contact with the wire 12. Further, the connecting portion 8c has the highest vertex at the same position as or higher than the center between the upper reference line L1 and the lower reference line L2, and accordingly, the relative position when viewed from the side. It has a large inverted U shape. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the curved portion 8a is continuous with the opposite side of the connecting portion 7c among the curved portions 7b of the upper support portion 7 via the relay portion 10c.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the upper support portion 9 is an arcuate shape that is convex upward so as to be counterclockwise when viewed from the direction indicated by the white arrow in FIG. 1 with respect to the upper reference line L1. More specifically, the curved portion 9a extending in an arcuate shape of the bow body in the form of the bow of the lower chord and the upper reference line L1 so as to be clockwise when viewed from the direction indicated by the white arrow in FIG. A curved portion 9b extending in an arcuate shape that protrudes upward, more specifically in the form of a bow of a lower chord, and a connecting portion 9c that connects the curved portion 9a and the curved portion 9b are sequentially provided. It is formed continuously in the direction of the white arrow.

And, as in the case of the lower support portion 7, these curved portions 9a and 9b are also located at the highest vertex of the upper reference line L1 and then the wire 11 described later in this embodiment. The vicinity portion also extends so as to surround a part of the periphery when the wire 11 is viewed from the axial direction, and accordingly, the lower side surface at the apex of the curved portions 9a and 9b, which is a predetermined side surface of the upper support portion 9, is the wire. 11 can be contacted. Further, the connecting portion 9c has a lowest bottom point higher than the center between the upper reference line L1 and the lower reference line L2, and accordingly, a relatively small U as viewed from the side. It has a letter shape. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the curved portion 9a is continuous with the opposite side of the connecting portion 8c of the curved portion 8b of the lower support portion 8 via the relay portion 10d, and the opposite side of the bent portion 9b to the connecting portion 9c is It is fixed to the connector 3 via the base end part 10e.

An example of the overall configuration of the wire focusing support tool 1 having such a lower support part 6, an upper support part 7, a lower support part 8, and an upper support part 9 will be described with reference to FIG. Further, the apex of the connecting part 6c of the lower support part 6 is point A, the bottom point of the connecting part 7c of the upper support part 7 is point B, the apex of the connecting part 8c of the lower support part 8 is C point, and the upper support part 9, the bottom point of the connecting portion 9 c of 9 is taken as D point, and the apex of the connecting portion 6 c of the lower support portion 6 of the other wire focusing support tool 1 is taken as E point. As shown in FIG. , And the connection part 6c of the lower support part 6 is clockwise at a relatively steep angle from the point A toward the bottom of the curved part 6b. After being bent, the relay portion 10b following the bent portion 6b has a straight line between the wire 11 and the wire 12 as a diameter. Extending toward the curved portion 7a of the upper support portion 7 that is curved in the clockwise direction so that the arc along a circular orbit of a perfect circle. The curved portion 7a of the upper support portion 7 curves relatively slowly clockwise on the relay portion 10b side, but after the wire 11 is exceeded, it curves greatly downward and continues to the connecting portion 7c. It has become a thing. And the connection site | part 7c of this upper side support site | part 7 is a thing curving rapidly clockwise so that it may wrap around under the wire 11. FIG.

Next, as shown in FIG. 3B, when the part of the wire focusing support tool 1 with the point B as the start point and the point C as the end point is seen, the connecting part 7c becomes the curved part 7b. The curve portion 7b is suddenly bent counterclockwise both before and after exceeding the wire 11 and continues to the relay portion 10c. The relay portion 10c is curved counterclockwise in the form of passing between the wire 11 and the wire 12, and reaches a perfect circular orbit with a straight line between the wire 11 and the wire 12 as a diameter. Curved clockwise so as to form an arc along the circular orbit and extends to the curved portion 8a of the lower support portion 8. The curved portion 8a of the lower support portion 8 curves relatively slowly clockwise on the relay portion 10c side, but after the wire 12 is exceeded, it curves greatly upward and continues to the connecting portion 8c. It has become a thing.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3C, when the portion of the wire focusing support tool 1 having the point C as a starting point and the point D as an end point is viewed, A shown in FIG. It is plane-symmetric with respect to the part having the point as the start point and the point B as the end point. That is, the connecting portion 8c of the lower support portion 8 bends counterclockwise at a relatively steep angle from the point C toward the bottom of the curved portion 8b, and then continues to the curved portion 8b. 10 d is curved counterclockwise so as to form an arc along a circular path of a perfect circle whose diameter is a straight line between the wire 11 and the wire 12, and extends toward the curved portion 9 a of the upper support portion 9. The curved portion 9a of the upper support portion 9 is relatively gently curved counterclockwise on the relay portion 10d side, but after the wire 11 is exceeded, the curved portion 9a is greatly bent counterclockwise downward to the connecting portion 9c. It has continued. And the connection site | part 9c of this upper side support site | part 9 is a thing curving abruptly counterclockwise so that it may wrap around under the wire 11. FIG.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3 (d), when a part of the wire focusing support tool 1 having the D point as the starting point and the E point as the ending point is viewed, B shown in FIG. 3 (b). It is substantially plane-symmetric with respect to the part having the point as the start point and the point C as the end point. That is, the connecting portion 9c is suddenly bent clockwise toward the bending portion 9b, and the bending portion 7b is suddenly bent clockwise both before and after exceeding the wire 11, and the proximal end portion 10e and this This is followed by the base end part 10a of the other wire focusing support 1 connected to the base end part 10e via the connectors 4 and 3. The combination of the base end part 10e and the base end part 10a is a perfect circle having a diameter that is a straight line between the wire 11 and the wire 12 by bending clockwise between the wire 11 and the wire 12. After reaching the circular orbit, it bends counterclockwise so as to form an arc along the circular orbit and extends to the curved portion 6 a of the lower support portion 6. The curved portion 6a of the lower support portion 6 is relatively gently curved counterclockwise on the relay portion 10a side, but is greatly anticlockwise curved upward after exceeding the wire 12 and connected to the connecting portion 6c. Followed by

Therefore, according to such a wire focusing support tool 1, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the wire 11 serving as a support wire in an aerial state such as an electric wire is taken in along the upper reference line L 1, and the lower side In the state where the additional wire 12 such as an optical fiber cable is taken in along the reference line L2, the lower support part 6 as a whole is composed of the adjacent lower support part 6 and the upper support part 7 as follows. In contrast to the configuration in which the periphery of the wire 12 is curved and extended counterclockwise, the entire upper support portion 7 has a configuration in which the periphery of the wire 11 is curved and extended clockwise. . The adjacent lower support portion 8 and upper support portion 9 have a configuration in which the lower support portion 8 as a whole is curved and extended around the wire 12 in the clockwise direction. The entire portion 9 has a configuration in which the periphery of the wire 11 is curved and extended counterclockwise. For this reason, the lower support part 6, the upper support part 7, the lower support part 8, and the upper support part 9 can support the wires 11 and 12 from alternate directions.

Moreover, according to the wire focusing support tool 1, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the worker 13 climbs on the column of the columnar body 14 such as the utility pole, and the columnar body 14 such as the utility pole, For the wire 11 arranged in an aerial state between the wires 14, the wire focusing support tool 1 is connected to the connector 3 while being aligned with the wire 11 in the axial direction at a position below the wire 11 and above the wire 12. The base end portion 10a can be mounted in one step by twisting in the direction of arrow 1 in FIG. 4 and twisting the base end portion 10e following the connector 3 in the direction of arrow 2 in FIG.

Next, a method of passing the wire 12 such as an optical fiber cable through the wire focusing support tool 1 will be described. Between the bottom of the curved portions 6a and 6c of the lower support portion 6 and the apex of the connecting portion 6c. A process of inserting from the diagonally upper side and a process of inserting from the diagonally upper side between the bottom points of the curved parts 8a and 6c of the lower support part 8 and the apex of the connecting part 8c. Since there is no portion to be surrounded by the range, it is not necessary to take in the wire 12 from the one side in the longitudinal direction of the wire focusing support tool 1 in such a way as to pass through the ring.

In the operation of passing the wire 12 such as an optical fiber cable through the wire focusing support 1, it is preferable that one end of the wire 12 is first fixed to the closure 15 in advance as shown in FIG. 6. Then, as shown in FIG. 6, for example, when it is necessary to work using the insertion assisting rod 16 from the ground, the worker 13 has a U-shaped structure as the insertion assisting rod 16. Using a thing, the wire 12 is taken into the wire focusing support tool 1 from the end close to the closure 15 by the method described above. The worker 17 assists the work of the worker 13 by feeding the wire 12 from the drum 18 in which the wire 12 is wound and stored on the ground. In addition to these ground operations, as shown in FIG. 6, when the worker 13 works from the bucket 19 a using the aerial work vehicle 19, the worker 13 starts from the end close to the closure 15. However, the wire 12 is taken into the wire focusing support tool 1 by the method described above. Even in the work from the bucket 19a of the aerial work vehicle 19, the worker 17 feeds the wire 12 from the drum 18 and assists the worker 13 on the bucket 19a.

7 to 10 show a second embodiment of the wire focusing support tool 1 according to the present invention. Hereinafter, the wire focusing support tool 1 will be described. In principle, the same components as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals as those in the first embodiment, and the description thereof is omitted. Moreover, since the method for mounting the linear focusing support tool 1 on the wire 11 and the method for passing the wire 12 through the wire focusing support tool 1 are substantially the same as in the previous embodiment, description of these methods is also omitted.

As shown in FIG. 7, the wire focusing support tool 1 is similar to the first embodiment in the configuration from the connector 3 to the lower support portion 6 and the configuration of the lower support portion 8. Thus, the configuration of the upper support portions 7 and 9 is up to just below the wire 11 without exceeding the wire 11 while the curved portions 7a and 7b and the curved portions 9a and 9b are curved and extended clockwise or counterclockwise. In connection with this, the connection parts 7c and 9c have extended substantially linearly along the axial direction of the said wire 11, just under the wire 11. FIG. That is, the curved portions 7a and 7b of the upper support portion 7 and the curved portions 9a and 9b of the upper support portion 9 extend in an upwardly convex arc shape, but the arc shape of the bow body in the form of a lower chord bow Is not curved, and is curved at a rate of about one half of the arc shape of the bow body in such a bowed bow embodiment.

Then, on the side surfaces of the connecting portion 7a of the upper support portion 7 and the connecting portion 9a of the upper support portion 9, the pipe-like portions 24 of the holders 21 and 22 formed by connecting the two pipe-like portions 23 and 24 up and down. Is mounted from the outside. The pipes 24 of the holders 21 and 22 are previously attached to the side surface of the wire 12 that is an aerial support line from the outside.

Among these, as shown in FIG. 8, the holder 21 is open toward the lower left side of the pipe-like portion 24 in the drawing and is located on the pipe-like portion 24. Each of them has an opening 26 along the axial direction of the pipe-shaped part 23 by opening toward the left oblique upper side on the pipe-shaped part 23 side. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 9, the holder 22 opens in the pipe-shaped part 23 in the pipe-shaped part 24 in the figure, and opens to the pipe-shaped part 24 toward the lower right side. In this case, it opens toward the upper right side on the pipe-like portion 23 side, and has a shape symmetrical with respect to the shape of numeral 3.

An example of the overall configuration of the wire focusing support tool 1 having such a lower support part 6, an upper support part 7, a lower support part 8, and an upper support part 9 will be described as shown in FIG. In addition, the vertex of the connection part 6c of the lower support part 6 is point F, the vertex of the connection part 7c of the upper support part 7 is point G, the vertex of the connection part 8c of the lower support part 8 is point H, and the upper support part 9 The apex of the connecting part 9c is taken as the point I, and the apex of the connecting part 6c of the lower support part 6 of the other wire rod focusing support tool 1 is taken as the J point. As shown in FIG. When the part having the point G as the end point is seen, the connecting part 6c of the lower support part 6 curves clockwise from the point F toward the bottom of the curved part 6b at a relatively steep angle. After that, the relay part 10b following the curved part 6b has a straight line between the wire 11 and the wire 12 having a diameter. Curved in a clockwise direction so as to form an arc along a circular orbit of the straight circle and extending toward the curved portion 7a of the upper support portion 7, while increasing the curvature in the vicinity of the curved portion 7a of the upper support portion 7. . The curved portion 7a of the upper support portion 7 is gently curved clockwise so as to be positioned on the extended line of the portion where the curvature of the relay portion 10b is increased, but the tip thereof is just below the wire 11. And the connection part 7c of the upper side support part 7 is extended along the axial direction of the said wire 11 at predetermined intervals directly under the wire 11, and the one side opening of the longitudinal direction of the pipe-shaped part 24 of the holder 21 is carried out. The lower side surface of the connection part 7 c, which is a predetermined side surface of the upper support part 7, comes into contact with the inner side surface of the pipe-like part 24 of the holder 21.

Next, as shown in FIG. 10 (b), when a part of the wire focusing support tool 1 with the G point as the start point and the H point as the end point is seen, the connecting part 7 c is the pipe of the holder 21. From the other opening in the longitudinal direction of the shaped part 24, the curved part 7b suddenly curves clockwise and continues to the relay part 10c. This relay part 10c is curved clockwise so as to be positioned on the extension line of the curved part 7b and reaches a perfect circular orbit having a straight line between the wire 11 and the wire 12 as a diameter. Curved clockwise so as to form an arc along the trajectory and extends to the curved portion 8a of the lower support portion 8. The curved portion 8a of the lower support portion 8 curves relatively slowly clockwise on the relay portion 10c side, but after the wire 12 is exceeded, it curves greatly upward and continues to the connecting portion 8c. It has become a thing.

As shown in FIG. 10 (c), when the portion of the wire focusing support tool 1 starting from the point H and ending at the point I is viewed, the G shown in FIG. 10 (a) is obtained. The point is symmetrical with respect to the part starting from the point and ending at the point H. That is, the connecting part 8c of the lower support part 8 bends counterclockwise at a relatively steep angle from the H point toward the bottom of the curved part 8b, and then continues to the curved part 8b. 10d is curved upward counterclockwise so as to form an arc along a circular path of a perfect circle whose diameter is a straight line between the wire 11 and the wire 12, and extends toward the curved portion 9a of the upper support portion 9. In the vicinity of the curved portion 9a of the support portion 9, the curvature becomes large. The curved portion 9a of the upper support portion 9 is gently curved counterclockwise so as to be positioned on the extended line of the portion where the curvature of the relay portion 10d is increased, but the tip thereof is just below the wire 11. And the connection part 9c of the upper side support part 9 is extended along the axial direction of the said wire 11 with the predetermined space | interval right under the wire 11, and the one side opening of the longitudinal direction of the pipe-shaped part 24 of the holder 22 is carried out. The lower side surface of the connecting part 9c, which is the contact surface of the upper support part 9, comes into contact with the inner side surface of the pipe-like part 24 of the holder 22.

Further, as shown in FIG. 10 (d), when the portion of the wire focusing support tool 1 with the I point as the starting point and the J point as the ending point is viewed, the G shown in FIG. 10 (b) is obtained. It is substantially plane-symmetric with respect to the part having the point as the start point and the point H as the end point. That is, the connecting portion 9c exits from the opening on the other side in the longitudinal direction of the pipe-like portion 24 of the holder 22, and the curved portion 9b abruptly bends counterclockwise to form the base end portion 10e and the base end portion 10e and the connector 4 3 is followed by the proximal end portion 10a of the other wire focusing support 1 connected via 3. The combination of the base end part 10e and the base end part 10a is a perfect circle having a diameter of a straight line between the wire 11 and the wire 12 that is bent counterclockwise so as to be positioned on the extension line of the curved part 9b. Followed by

Therefore, according to the wire focusing support tool 1, as shown in FIG. 7, the wire 11 serving as a support line in an imaginary state such as an electric wire is taken in along the upper reference line L <b> 1 and the lower reference line L <b> 2 is taken. In the state in which the additionally-wired wire rod 12 such as an optical fiber cable is taken in along the lower support portion 6 and the upper support portion 7 adjacent to each other, the lower support portion 6 as a whole is composed of the wire 12. While the periphery is curved and extended counterclockwise, the opening 26 of the holder 21 opens in the direction opposite to the extending direction of the lower support part 6 in the upper support part 7. The wire 11 is taken in. The adjacent lower support portion 8 and upper support portion 9 have a configuration in which the lower support portion 8 as a whole is curved and extended around the wire 12 in the clockwise direction. In the portion 9, the opening portion 26 of the holder 22 opens in the direction opposite to the extending direction of the lower support portion 8 to take in the wire 11. For this reason, the lower support part 6, the upper support part 7, the lower support part 8, and the upper support part 9 can support the wires 11 and 12 from alternate directions.

In addition, the structure for supporting the wire 11 in the pipe-shaped part 23 of the holder 21 is not limited to that shown in FIG. 8, and the part extending from the opposite side to the pipe-shaped part 24 as shown in FIG. 11. And an opening that is independent of the opening 28 for supporting the connecting portion 7c of the upper support portion 7 of the pipe-like portion 24 by providing a space between these portions. A protrusion 29 may be provided on the periphery of the opening 29 so that the protrusions 30 and 31 for preventing the wire 11 from coming off extend obliquely inward.
