Description
本実施形態に係る側溝と、前記従来の側溝(図14〜図16)とについて、熱湯と冷水とを交互に流すことにより側溝本体の熱変形量(膨張・収縮)を測定する実験を行った。具体的には、下記(1)〜(4)の操作を約8時間に亘って繰り返し、株式会社共和電業製防水型箔ひずみゲージ(2軸交叉型、型番KFW‐5‐120‐D16‐16L3M3S)によって側溝本体の底板と側板の歪み(変位量)を計測した。
(2)実施形態に係る側溝に同一条件(水温80℃;流量57リットル/分)で同一時間(5分間)流し込む。
(3)両側溝に冷水(水温14〜16℃)を20分間流して側溝本体を冷却する。
(4)両側溝を5分間養生(放置)した後、ひずみゲージで変位量を測定する。

Claims (6)
- 排水を内部に導入可能な排水路体を、上面が床面と略同一高さとなるように床に埋設してなる排水路体構造であって、
前記排水路体は、金属材料からなり、かつ
当該排水路体が変形可能なように当該排水路体の外面と床構成材との間に、弾性部材からなる変形吸収手段を備えた
ことを特徴とする排水路体構造。 - 前記排水路体は、側板と底板とを有し、
当該排水路体の周囲を取り囲むようにかつ前記側板の外面から外方に張り出すように前記側板の上部位置に設置されて当該排水路体を床構成材に対して支持すると共に当該排水路体の変形を阻止するフレーム部材をさらに備え、
