Description
The present invention generally relates to a package, and more particularly to a package that is assembled from a molded resin molded body and accommodates an electronic component.
Regarding conventional packages, for example, in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-309522, assembly, opening, and folding can be easily performed, and the repeated durability is excellent, the folded state is compact, and the maintenance of the state is compared. A thermoplastic sheet molded body that can be carried out with a simple operation is disclosed (Patent Document 1). The sheet molded body described in Patent Document 1 is provided with a rectangular bottom surface portion, a side surface portion connected to each side of the sheet molded body via a fold line, and a side surface portion in the width direction connected to each side of the side surface portion via a fold line. And a connecting piece. A fitting female part is formed on the connecting piece, and a fitting male part fitted to the fitting female part is formed on the side surface part.
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2005-187026 discloses a reel packing sheet that reduces the environmental load due to effective use of resources and does not generate paper dust (Patent Document 2). The reel packaging sheet disclosed in Patent Document 2 is made of a member formed of synthetic resin. The reel packing sheet is alternately provided with cover portions and hinge portions that cover a part of the stacked reels from one end side to the other end side.
As disclosed in the above-described Patent Document 1, it is known to use a sheet molded body made of a thermoplastic resin as a returnable box for goods. When assembling the sheet molded body, a box shape including a rectangular bottom surface portion and side surface portions rising from the four corners is obtained by bending the side surface portion with a folding line. Further, the side surfaces adjacent to each other are fixed by bending the connecting piece along the folding line and fitting the fitting female part and the fitting male part with each other.
As described above, in the sheet molded body disclosed in Patent Document 1, at the time of assembling, three stages of a side surface bending process, a connecting piece bending process, and a fitting female part and a fitting male part fitting process are performed. Work is required. For this reason, workability | operativity at the time of an assembly cannot fully be improved.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to solve the above-described problems and to provide a package having excellent workability during assembly.
A package according to one aspect of the present invention is a package in which a central portion and a plurality of side portions are connected to each other via a folding portion that can be folded, and accommodates an electronic component. A side portion is bent from the bent portion, and an accommodation space for accommodating an electronic component together with the central portion is defined. A concave portion that is recessed from the surface is formed on the housing space side of the central portion facing the bent portion. A convex portion is formed on the side of the accommodating space on the side facing the bent portion so as to protrude from the surface and fit with the concave portion when the side portion is bent.
According to the package configured as described above, by bending the side portion, it is possible to obtain a shape in which the plurality of side portions are bent from both sides of the central portion, and at the same time, the convex portions can be fitted into the concave portions. For this reason, the workability | operativity at the time of the assembly of a package can be improved.
A package according to another aspect of the present invention is a package for accommodating an electronic component assembled from a molded resin molded body. The package includes a first side and a second side. The second side portion rises from the end portion of the first side portion via the bent portion of the resin molded body, and defines an accommodation space in which electronic components are arranged together with the first side portion. The first side portion is formed with a recess that is recessed from the surface disposed on the accommodation space side. On the second side portion, a convex portion protruding from the surface arranged on the accommodation space side is formed. The convex portion is fitted into the concave portion when the resin molded body is bent at the bending portion. The second side rises from one end of the first side and the first part where the convex part is molded, and the second part rises from the other end of the first side and the convex part is molded It consists of. When the first portion and the second portion are viewed from the outside of the accommodation space, the convex portion has a shape that is recessed from the surface of the second side portion so that a finger can be inserted.
The first side portion includes a first curved surface extending in the circumferential direction, and includes a first support portion that supports the electronic component by the first curved surface, and an end portion of the first support portion in the circumferential direction of the first curved surface. And a first flat portion extending in a flat shape toward the bent portion. The second side portion includes a second curved surface disposed on an extension of the first curved surface in a state where the resin molded body is bent, and a second support portion that supports the electronic component by the second curved surface; A second flat portion bent from the end of the second support portion in the circumferential direction of the curved surface, extending in a flat shape toward the bent portion, and overlapping the first flat portion in a state where the resin molded body is bent. Have. The concave portion and the convex portion are formed in the first flat portion and the second flat portion, respectively. A groove extending linearly along the boundary between the convex portion and the second flat portion is formed.
According to the package configured as described above, by bending the resin molded body at the bending portion, a shape in which the second side portion rises from the end portion of the first side portion is obtained, and at the same time, the convex portion is fitted into the concave portion. be able to. For this reason, the workability | operativity at the time of the assembly of a package can be improved.
Further, when assuming a process of assembling the package so that the first part and the second part of the second side part are raised from the end part of the first side part, the finger of the assembling worker is removed from the surface of the second side part. It can arrange | position to the convex part which dents, and can fit a convex part to a recessed part. For this reason, the workability | operativity at the time of the assembly of a package can further be improved.
In addition, by bending the resin molded body at the bending portion, a shape in which the first curved surface and the second curved surface for supporting the electronic component are obtained is obtained, and at the same time, the first planar portion and the second planar portion are overlapped. Meanwhile, the convex portion can be fitted into the concave portion.
Preferably, the concave portion and the convex portion are provided adjacent to the bent portion. According to the package configured as described above, the convex portion can be easily fitted into the concave portion with the bent portion as a fulcrum.
Preferably, a reel around which a tape containing electronic components is wound is disposed in the accommodation space. According to the package configured in this way, workability can be improved when assembling a package for housing a reel.
Also preferably, the first curved surface and second curved surface, respectively, a plurality of grooves extending along the circumferential direction of the first curved surface and second curved surface is formed.
Preferably, the concave portion forms an opening surface on the surface of the first side portion. The convex portion has a protruding end at a tip protruding from the surface of the second side portion. The recess is formed such that the opening width in the extending direction of the bent portion is substantially constant regardless of the depth from the opening surface. The convex portion has a width larger than the opening width of the concave portion at a position between the surface of the second side portion and the protruding end. The convex portion is formed so that the width gradually decreases from the position toward the protruding end.
According to the package configured as described above, since the convex portion has a width larger than the opening width of the concave portion, the convex portion can be more firmly fitted into the concave portion. Furthermore, since the convex portion is formed so that the width gradually decreases toward the protruding end, the convex portion can be smoothly fitted into the concave portion. For this reason, a 1st side part and a 2nd side part can be fixed firmly, without impairing the workability | operativity at the time of the assembly of a package.
Preferably, the convex portion is formed to have higher rigidity than the concave portion. According to the package configured as described above, the convex portion can be fitted into the concave portion while the low rigid concave portion is expanded by the high rigid convex portion.
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a package having excellent workability during assembly.

The
The shape of the
In the
The
The resin molded
With such a configuration, when the resin molded
As described above, according to the
In the present embodiment, the
In the present embodiment, the
FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view showing the resin molded body along the line XX in FIG. With reference to FIG. 10, the structure of the
The
In the
In the assembly process of the

[Edge structure]
Next, the structure of the
FIG. 11 is a cross-sectional view showing the reel package along the line XI-XI in FIG. Referring to FIG. 11, the
The
The
FIG. 12 is a perspective view showing a state where the reel package in FIG. 3 is placed in a different posture. Referring to FIGS. 11 and 12,
The
According to such a configuration, as shown in FIG. 1, when the
As described above, in the

[Reel fall-off prevention structure]
Next, a structure for preventing the
As described above with reference to FIG. 4, the
According to such a configuration, the opening width of the
On the other hand, as described with reference to FIG. 9, the
FIG. 13 is a sectional view showing a modification of the reel package shown in FIG. Referring to FIG. 13, in this modification, as compared with the
According to such a configuration, even if the
In addition, the structure where the

[Reel package handle structure]
The
FIG. 15 is a cross-sectional view of the reel package taken along the line XV-XV in FIG. Referring to FIGS. 1 and 15,
Between the
Further, a
According to such a configuration, since the operator can carry the

[Recycling process for reel packages]
In manufacturing the
(S10,S20)。 FIG. 16 is a flowchart showing a recycling process of the reel package in FIG. Referring to FIG. 16, in the manufacturing process of electronic parts such as capacitors, PET film is generated as waste material. First, this PET film is collected and cut into pellets (S10, S20).

Referring to FIG. 16, next, the
Next, in the factory where the capacitor is used, the
The structure of the
In addition, the
According to the
