Description
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an absorbent article individually packaged with a packaging sheet.
Conventionally, as an absorbent article N such as a sanitary napkin, a panty liner, a cage sheet, an incontinence pad, for example, as shown in FIG. 17, a liquid-
As this type of absorbent article N, in order to prevent misalignment in the mounted state, for example, one or a plurality of
When fixing the absorbent article N to the
On the other hand, when the absorbent article N is individually packaged, the pressure-sensitive
In order to actually perform the above individual packaging on the line, as shown in FIG. 20, the wing-shaped flap W of the absorbent article that has been finished in the product state through the assembly process is conveyed by a sailor (folded plate) or the like during the transport process. After folding to the non-use surface side (back sheet side) or the use surface side (surface sheet side), the plane is inverted 90 ° and the
As the tag tape 60 for sealing the opening edge of the packaging sheet, paper or plastic tape or the like is conventionally used as shown in FIG. 21, and a peelable adhesive layer is formed on one side. The tip portion was doubled as a non-adhesive portion and used as a
However, the tag tape supplied from the tag tape drum is likely to be misaligned in the direction perpendicular to the line due to meandering, vibration, etc., and the folding position fluctuates when the tape is folded to provide a non-adhesive part serving as a knob. For this reason, a sufficient adhesive length cannot be secured, and there are problems such as a decrease in adhesive strength in the product state and difficulty in stopping when the used absorbent article is packaged with a packaging sheet and discarded.
Further, in the individual packaging line as described above, the end of the
Therefore, the main problem of the present invention is to wrap an absorbent article in which an absorbent body is interposed between a liquid-permeable top sheet and a back sheet with a packaging sheet, and to absorb the individual packaging with the opening side edge fastened with a tag tape. In the method for manufacturing a property article, the tag tape can be easily opened, and a sufficient adhesive length can be secured to the tag tape even if there is a positional shift or a change in the folding position. . Another object of the present invention is to assemble the absorbent article as it is in the longitudinal flow in the production line so that the folding process can be performed while maintaining the longitudinal flow.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, as the present invention according to
In the tag tape, a non-adhesive knob is formed on a side edge portion orthogonal to the direction of the opening side edge on the adhesive surface side with respect to the packaging sheet, and the absorbent article is assembled in the production line while being longitudinally flowed. The folding process is performed together with the packaging sheet in the longitudinal flow, and the opening side edge of the packaging sheet is orthogonal to the production line direction and is fastened by the tag tape supplied from the production line direction. The manufacturing method of the individual absorbent article characterized by these is provided.
In the present invention according to the first aspect, the tag tape is formed with a non-adhesive knob on the side edge portion orthogonal to the direction of the opening edge on the adhesive surface side with respect to the packaging sheet. Accordingly, the individual absorbent article can be held with one hand, and the tag tape can be peeled off with the fingers of one hand from the side to be opened. In the case of this peeling mode, it becomes easier to insert a finger from the side of the tag tape, especially in the case of an individual absorbent article that is not center-sealed on the opening side edge or a narrow individual absorbent article. It becomes easy to do.
In addition, because the non-adhesive part is formed on the side edge of the tag tape, even if the folding position fluctuates slightly or the mounting position fluctuates, the positional deviation occurs in the direction of the opening side edge. Since a sufficient adhesive length is secured, it is easy to stop the tag tape when the used absorbent article is wrapped in a packaging sheet and discarded as well as the product state. Further, in the case of a mode in which a non-adhesive portion is formed on the side edge portion of the tag tape, the forming direction of the non-adhesive portion is the production line direction. Folding processing is performed as it is, and it is sufficient to fasten with the tag tape. Therefore, problems such as a decrease in yield due to 90 ° inversion can be solved.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for producing an individually absorbent article according to the first aspect, wherein the non-adhesive knob is formed on both sides or one side of a tag tape. The non-adhesive knob for the tag tape can be formed on both sides or one side of the tag tape.
As an aspect of the present invention according to
According to the third aspect of the present invention, an enlarged portion of a non-adhesive range extending in the width direction from the non-adhesive portion is formed in an intermediate portion of the tag tape. Therefore, the tag tape can be easily peeled by inserting a finger up to the non-adhesive enlarged portion.
As described above, according to the present invention, the tag tape can be easily opened, and a sufficient adhesion length can be secured to the tag tape even if the position shift or the turn-back position varies. In addition, since the absorbent article can be assembled in the production line in the longitudinal flow and folded in the longitudinal flow, problems such as a decrease in yield can be solved.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

Next, as the liquid-
The
On the other hand, side

As shown in FIG. 2, the non-skin contact surface of the main body part in which the
As the pressure-sensitive adhesive that forms the anti-displacement pressure-sensitive

In this case, it is desirable to hold the folded state of the wing-shaped flap W by the shape-retaining means. Specifically, as the first means, a paper material having a certain degree of stiffness can be used as the
When the wing-shaped flaps W, W are folded on the front side or the back side, the
As shown in FIG. 6, the width dimension is narrower than the developed width of the napkin 1 (the distance between the tips of the wing-shaped flaps W, W) and is wider than the folded state of the wing-shaped flaps W, W. The
After that, if the napkin rear end side is folded at the fold line (1) position, the napkin front end side is folded at the fold line (2) position, and as shown in FIG. The
In the above example, wing-shaped flaps W include side outer peripheral flap F S, has been to fold the W, wing-shaped flaps W, W moiety only as folded on the
As shown in FIG. 8, the
The
To open the individual napkin, as shown in FIG. 11, hold the individual napkin with one hand, peel off the
Further, since the
By the way, various methods can be adopted as individual packaging forms of the
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 12, the
The
The contact surface on the
From the state shown in FIG. 12, first, as shown in FIG. 13, the one side
Next, as shown in FIG. 13, the other
When the folding of the
