Claims (30)
- 空洞部を画定する全体的に中空の本体部分と、
少なくとも1つのマーカー要素とを備える部位マーカーであって、前記少なくとも1つのマーカー要素は、前記空洞部内に捕捉されることにより、前記マーカー要素の体内での移動を妨げるが、前記空洞部内では移動可能であり、
前記部位マーカーは、第1の展開前形態に形成され、これにより、前記部位マーカーは、展開装置内で容易に位置決め可能であるように所定の大きさ及び形状に圧縮されており、前記部位マーカーは、前記体内への挿入時に前記第1の展開前形態から第2の展開後形態に拡張する、
部位マーカー。 - 前記中空の本体部分の両側に閉鎖端部が位置している、請求項1に記載の部位マーカー。
- 前記中空の本体部分が生体吸収可能な材料から形成されている、請求項1に記載の部位マーカー。
- 前記生体吸収可能な材料が、ポリグリコール酸、ポリ乳酸、ヒドロゲル、およびコラーゲンベース材料のうちの1つである、請求項3に記載の部位マーカー。
- 前記生体吸収可能な材料が、開口部を有する可撓性メッシュ材料に織られており、前記開口部の大きさは、前記マーカー要素が前記空洞部から抜け出ることができないように前記マーカー要素の大きさよりも小さい、請求項3に記載の部位マーカー。
- 前記本体部分が、所定の期間の後、体内に吸収される、請求項3に記載の部位マーカー。
- 前記所定の期間は、約3週間から6カ月の範囲にある、請求項6に記載の部位マーカー。
- 前記マーカー要素は、前記本体部分が吸収された後の前記体内に前記マーカーが残存するように、永久的である、請求項6に記載の部位マーカー。
- 前記マーカー要素が複数の療法において視認可能である、請求項8に記載の部位マーカー。
- 前記本体部分は、さらに、前記部位マーカーを前記体内に付着させるように配置された1つ又は複数の突起部を有している、請求項1に記載の部位マーカー。
- 前記突起部は、前記本体部分の外側表面に対して非垂直な角度で延びている、請求項10に記載の部位マーカー。
- 前記本体部分は、複数の突起部を有しており、前記複数の突起部は、前記本体部分の前記外側表面から様々な角度で延びている、請求項11に記載の部位マーカー。
- 前記部位マーカーの前記本体部分は、前記体内への挿入時に、前記第1の展開前形態から前記第2の展開後形態へと自動的に拡張する、請求項1に記載の部位マーカー。
- 前記本体部分は、前記本体部分に熱が加えられた時に、前記第1の展開前形態から前記第2の展開後形態へと拡張する、請求項13に記載の部位マーカー。
- 前記第2の展開後形態の前記本体部分の少なくとも一部は、前記部位マーカーが、展開装置から出た後前記展開装置に再び進入することができないように、前記展開装置の出口に等しいか又はこれより大きい、請求項13に記載の部位マーカー。
- 前記部位マーカーの前記本体部分は選択的に且つ手動により前記第1の展開前形態から前記第2の展開後形態へと拡張される、請求項1に記載の部位マーカー。
- さらに、展開線を備えており、前記展開線は、前記本体部分の第1の端部に固定的に取り付けられる第1の端部を有しており、前記展開線は、前記本体部分の第2の端部から外方に延びており、前記展開線の前記第1の端部は、前記本体部分を前記第2の展開後形態に拡張させるように、前記本体部分の前記第1の端部を前記本体部分の前記第2の端部に向けて引き寄せる、請求項16に記載の部位マーカー。
- 前記本体部分を前記第2の展開後形態に保持するように前記展開線に連結されるタイラップをさらに備える、請求項17に記載の部位マーカー。
- 前記本体部分は、さらに、予め偏倚された複数の外側背部を有しており、前記外側背部は、前記本体部分を前記第1の展開前形態から前記第2の展開後形態へと自動的に拡張させるように作用する、請求項1に記載の部位マーカー。
- 前記外側背部は、ウェブ織り材料によって互いに結合されている、請求項19に記載の部位マーカー。
- 前記本体部分は、生体適合性材料から形成されている、請求項19に記載の部位マーカー。
- 前記本体部分は、四面体シェルを形成する、請求項19に記載の部位マーカー。
- 前記本体部分は、二重四面体シェルを形成する、請求項19に記載の部位マーカー。
- 前記マーカー要素は、前記体内に吸収不可能な永久材料から形成されている、請求項19に記載の部位マーカー。
- 前記本体部分は、管要素を含み、前記管要素内には、内側背部が位置決めされており、前記内側背部は、前記本体部分を前記第1の展開前形態から前記第2の展開後形態まで自動的に拡張させるように作用する、請求項1に記載の部位マーカー。
- 前記本体部分は管要素を含み、前記管要素内には、予め偏倚された内側背部が位置決めされており、前記内側背部は、前記本体部分を前記第1の展開前形態から前記第2の展開後形態まで自動的に拡張させるように作用する、請求項1に記載の部位マーカー。
- 背部が、前記管要素の各端部を閉じるように前記管要素の端部に隣接して位置決めされている、請求項26に記載の部位マーカー。
- 前記背部は、前記部位マーカーが前記第2の展開後形態にあるとき、閉じられた端部を形成する、請求項27に記載の部位マーカー。
- 前記マーカーは、生体吸収不可能な永久マーカーである、請求項26に記載の部位マーカー。
- 前記本体部分は、前記体内で所定時間後に生体吸収可能である、請求項26に記載の部位マーカー。
