This invention is providing the assembly board which can assemble the structure of various structures.

Another subject of this invention is providing the assembly board which can assemble the structure of various shapes planar or three-dimensional.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a braided plate that can be assembled not only in a plane but also in a three-dimensional structure.

Still another object of the present invention is to provide a braided plate capable of assembling a complicated structure with a braided plate having a very simple structure.

The above-described problems and other problems of the present invention will be clarified by the technical idea of the present invention and the embodiments thereof described below.

A main invention of the present application is a braided plate made of an elongated plate-shaped body,
A plurality of cuts are formed at one end in the width direction of the plate-like body,
A cut is formed at the other end in the width direction of the plate-like body at a position corresponding to the one end and the length direction of the plate-like body,
The distance in the width direction of the plate-like body between the innermost part of the cut at the one end and the innermost part of the cut at the other end is equal to the thickness of the plate-like body. It relates to the kumiko board.

Here, the depth of cut at the one end may be greater than the depth of cut at the other end. The depth of the cut at the one end may be half the width of the plate-like body. The width of the cut at the one end and the width of the cut at the other end may be equal to the tooth width of the rotary saw. The pitch of the other cut in the length direction of the plate-like body may be an integral multiple of the pitch of the one cut in the length direction of the plate-like body.

In addition, the notch of the one end or the notch of the other end corresponds to the notch of one end of the other assembly plate or the notch of the other end, and the width direction of the plate-like body at the crossing position. You may engage so that it may correspond with the width direction of the said plate-shaped body of said other assembly board. Further, the notch at the one end or the notch at the other end connects the innermost notch of the other end and the innermost notch of the other end plate. Engage both ends of the connecting member in the width direction of the plate-like body so that the width direction of the plate-like body at the intersecting position is orthogonal to the width direction of the plate-like body of the other assembly plate May be. Moreover, you may cut | disconnect or fracture | rupture in the said connection part.

A main invention of the present application is a braided plate made of an elongated plate-like body, and a plurality of cuts are formed at one end in the width direction of the plate-like body, and the other in the width direction of the plate-like body. An incision is formed at one end and a corresponding position in the length direction of the plate-like body at the end, and between the innermost part of the incision at one end part and the innermost part of the incision at the other end part. The distance in the width direction of the plate-like body is equal to the thickness of the plate-like body.

Therefore, according to such a braiding plate, it can be combined by engaging the notch at one end thereof with the notch at one end of the other braiding plate. Further, the cut at one end can be combined with the cut at the other end of the other braiding plate. In addition, the cut at the other end can be combined with the cut at the other end of the other braiding plate.

Further, according to the present invention, the connecting portion between the innermost part of the notch at one end and the innermost part of the notch at the other end is engaged with the notch at one end of the other braiding plate. be able to. Moreover, it becomes possible to engage the connection part which connects the innermost part of the notch of the one end part and the innermost part of the notch of the other end part with the notch of the other end part of the other assembly plate. .

Accordingly, by appropriately selecting such various engagement structures, it is possible to assemble in a complicated planar shape, three-dimensional shape, or the like.

The present invention will be described below with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a wooden board 10 for producing a plate-like body constituting the braided board according to the present embodiment. That is, a long and narrow wooden board 10 having a predetermined length and having a dimension in the thickness direction equal to the width of a braiding board to be described later is prepared. As such a wood board 10, a natural wood-based material may be used, and cedar, firewood, and other various natural materials are arbitrarily selected. Here, the direction of the grain of the wood board 10 is substantially coincident with the length direction.

Such a wood board 10 is cut into strips by a rotary saw 12 as shown in FIG. In other words, the rotary saw 12 is fixed to the drive shaft 13 and is driven to rotate through the drive shaft 13, and the wooden board 10 is moved slowly in the length direction thereof, whereby the wooden board 10 is sequentially divided into strips. Go. FIG. 3 shows a state of being divided into strips, and here, it is divided into a plurality of plate-like bodies 16. That is, for example, 16 plate-like bodies 16 can be obtained by one wood board 10. Here, each plate-like body 16 is a plate-like body for manufacturing a braided plate to be described later. Therefore, this plate-like body 16 is equal to the length of the assembly plate, and its thickness is equal to the thickness of the assembly plate. That is, when the wood board 10 is cut, the wood board 10 is sequentially cut into strips with dimensions corresponding to the thickness of the braiding board.

Thus, if the wooden board 10 is cut into strips by the rotary saw 12 to obtain a plurality of plate-like bodies 16, they are overlapped with each other on the surface thereof as shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. The first cut 21 is formed, and the second cut 18 as shown in FIG. 5B is formed on the back surface. Therefore, when the plate-like body 16 in which the cuts 21 and 22 on both sides are formed is viewed from the side, it is as shown in FIG. 5C.

The state of forming the first notch 21 is shown in FIG. That is, grooving is performed using the rotary saw 17. The width of the first cut 21 is equal to the tooth width of the rotary saw 17. Accordingly, when the bundle of plate-like bodies 16 is moved with respect to the rotary saw 17 while the rotary saw 17 is rotated by the drive shaft 18, a first cut 21 having a width equal to the tooth width of the rotary saw 17 is formed. Here, the first cuts 21 are formed at a small pitch as shown in FIG.

If the first notch 21 is formed on one end face of the plate-like body 16 as shown in FIG. 5A, the plate-like body 16 is thereafter overlapped while being overlapped, thereby forming the first notch 21. The surface opposite to the formed surface is exposed, and then the second notch 22 is formed by the rotary saw 17. Here, the second cuts 22 are formed at a pitch that is an integral multiple of the pitch forming the first cuts 21, and the second cuts 22 are always formed at positions corresponding to the first cuts 21. . This state is shown in FIG. 5C.

The plate-like body 16 of the assembled board processed in this way is as shown in FIGS. That is, the first cut 21 is formed on one end face, and the second cut 22 is formed on the other end face. The other cut 22 is always formed at a position corresponding to the one cut 21. Here, when the thickness of the plate-like body 16 is T and the width is W, the depth of the first cut 21 is W / 2. Here, the width of the first cut 21 is equal to the thickness T of the plate-like body 16. If the length of the protruding piece between the first cuts 21 is P, P + T is the pitch of the cuts 21. The dimension in the width direction of the plate-like body 16 of the connecting portion 25 between the innermost part of the first cut 21 and the innermost part of the second cut 22 is the thickness T of the plate-like body 16. To be equal.

Here, an example of specific dimensions will be described. W = 9 mm, T = 2 mm, P = 3 mm, and a braided plate is constituted by the plate-like body 16 having such dimensions.

FIG. 7 shows a modification of the plate-like body 16 constituting the assembly board. Here, the basic structure is the same as the structure shown in FIG. 6, but after forming five first cuts 21 formed on one end face of the plate-like body 16, another 5 is provided at a predetermined interval. Five first cuts 21 are formed, and the formation of the first cuts 21 is intermittent. Other configurations are the same as those shown in FIG.

Next, the assembly structure using the assembly board which consists of the plate-shaped body 16 processed as shown in FIG. 6 is demonstrated. FIG. 8 shows a first connecting structure 31, and a notch 21 on one end face of the plate-like body 16 is made to be a first end of one end portion of the plate-like body 16 constituting another assembly plate. The operation | movement engaged with the notch | incision 21 is shown. In this case, since the cut depth of the first cuts 21 is ½ of the width of the plate-like body 16, these plate-like shapes when combined with each other as shown in FIG. 8B. The heights of the upper edges of the body 16 coincide with each other.

The engagement structure shown in FIG. 9 shows the second connecting structure 32, and the notch 21 at one end of the plate-like body 16 is formed at the other end of the plate-like body 16 constituting the other assembly plate. It is made to engage with the notch 22. Here, in the case of a plate having the above-described dimensions, one of the cuts 21 is ½ of the width of the plate-like body 16, that is, 4.5 mm, whereas the depth of the second cut 22 is 2 Therefore, when the pair of plate-like bodies 16 are engaged as shown in FIG. 9B, a step of 2 mm is generated at the edge portion of the pair of plate-like bodies 16.

The engagement structure shown in FIG. 10 shows a third connection structure 33, in which the second cut 22 of the plate-like body 16 is combined with the second cut 22 of the other plate-like body 16. . That is, the second cuts 22 of the pair of plate-like bodies 16 are engaged with each other. Here, since the depth of the second cut 22 is 2.5 mm, the edge portion of the two plate-like bodies 16 has a step of 4 mm as shown in FIG. 10B.

Further, such a plate-like body 16 is assembled so that the width direction of the plate-like body 16 at the intersecting position is orthogonal to the width direction of the other plate-like bodies 16 as in the fourth connection structure 41 shown in FIG. It is possible. That is, the connecting portion 25 of another plate-like body 16 located on the lower side is combined with the first cut 21 of one plate-like body 16. At this time, as shown in FIG. 11B, the width direction of the plate-like body 16 positioned on the upper side coincides with the Z direction. On the other hand, the width direction of the plate-like body 16 located on the lower side coincides with the Y direction. Accordingly, the pair of plate-like bodies 16 combined with each other are combined such that their width directions are orthogonal to each other.

FIG. 12 shows the fifth connection structure 35, and shows a state in which the second notch 22 of the plate-like body 16 is engaged with the connection portion 25 of another plate-like body 16. Here, as shown in FIG. 12B, the width direction of the plate-like body 16 located on the upper side coincides with the Z direction. On the other hand, the width direction of the plate-like body 16 located on the lower side is the Y direction. Therefore, in this case as well, the configuration is the same as that shown in FIG. 11, and the plates are combined such that the width directions of the plate-like members combined with each other are orthogonal. The configuration shown in FIG. 12 is characterized in that the coupling portion 25 of the lower plate-like body 16 is engaged with the shallow second notch 22 of the upper plate-like body 16, so that the combination depth becomes shallow. There is.

FIG. 13 shows a three-dimensional structure using such a assembly plate and combining the first connection structure shown in FIG. 8 and the fourth connection structure shown in FIG. In other words, the fourth connecting structure 34 is employed in a portion where the two front and rear horizontal connecting plate bodies 16 are connected to the left and right vertical plate bodies 16. Therefore, unlike the assembly board which consists only of the 1st-3rd connection structure, it is assembled so that the width direction of the plate-like body 16 may be orthogonal to the width direction of the plate-like body 16 of the other assembly board. Thus, it is possible to express a wide variety of assembly structures. Therefore, by sequentially stacking such assembly structures, it is possible to arbitrarily assemble a complex planar or three-dimensional structure.

Here, as shown in FIG. 6 or FIG. 7, the plate-like body 16 constituting the above-described assembly plate has a first cut 21 at one end thereof and the other cut 22 at the opposite end. It is the structure where the space | interval was connected by the connection part 25. FIG. Here, the width of the connecting portion 25 is very small. For example, in the case of the dimensions of the above embodiment, the width and thickness are 2 mm, and the cross-sectional shape of the connecting portion 25 is a prismatic shape of 2 × 2 mm. It is. Therefore, at this portion, the plate-like body 16 can be arbitrarily cut, or can be broken and broken. Therefore, this makes it possible to easily cut the plate-like body 16 to an arbitrary height.

Although the present invention has been described above with reference to the illustrated embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made within the scope of the technical idea of the present invention. For example, various materials may be arbitrarily selected as the material of the plate-like body 16 in the above embodiment.
