Claims (65)

前記留め部材の前記頭部の周囲で、前記連結部材の前記容器内に配置される冠状体であって、当該冠状体は、前記連結部材の前記柱の周囲に位置する板部材と接触して配置するために、前記少なくとも1つの側壁開口と連通する座部分を含み、それによって前記板部材を前記係止部材と前記座部分との間に固定する、冠状体と、を含み、

- 前記連結部材が前記容器の中へと開いた対向する前記側壁開口窓を有し、前記冠状体の前記座部分が前記側壁開口窓を通って延びる、請求項31に記載のシステム。
- 前記板部材の前記下側表面を前記座部分に当てて堅く係合させ、それによって前記冠状体を前記留め部材の前記頭部に当てて係合させるために、前記係止部材が前記板部材の前記上側表面と接触して配置されると、前記留め部材が前記受入部分内で非枢動係合する、請求項31に記載のシステム。
- 前記冠状体が前記座部分から延びるカップ部分を有し、前記カップ部分が前記留め部材の前記頭部を受け入れるための容器を画定し、前記留め部材の前記頭部が、前記連結部材内で前記留め部材を非枢動固定するように、前記カップ部分を係合させるための複数の隆線を有する、請求項33に記載のシステム。
- 前記板部材の前記下側表面を前記冠状体の前記座部分に当てて堅く係合させるように、前記係止部材が前記板部材の前記上側表面と接触して配置され、前記留め部材が前記連結部材内で枢動する、請求項31に記載のシステム。
- 前記板部材の前記開口が、前記板部材の前記縦軸に沿って長く延びた少なくとも1つの長穴を有する、請求項30に記載のシステム。
- 前記上側表面が凹面になり、前記下側表面が凸面になるように、前記板部材が前記縦軸に沿って曲げられる、請求項30に記載のシステム。
- 前記板部材が、細長の棒を受け入れるための通路を画定する棒受入部分を有する、請求項30に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの開口が、前記通路に対して横方向に延びる細長の長穴である、請求項38に記載のシステム。
- 前記留め部材の前記下側部分が、ネジ付きのシャフトを有する、請求項30に記載のシステム。
- 前記留め部材が、前記頭部から前記ネジ付きシャフトの遠端先端を通って延びる内腔を有する、請求項40に記載のシステム。
- 前記頭部が前記内腔と連通する工具係合用凹部を有する、請求項41に記載のシステム。
- 前記連結部材が、前記柱を通って軸方向に延びて前記容器と連通する内側通路を有する、請求項30に記載のシステム。
- 前記通路の少なくとも一部が駆動用工具を係合させるように構成される、請求項43に記載のシステム。
- 前記留め部材の前記頭部が前記容器と連通する工具係合用凹部を有する、請求項43に記載のシステム。
- 前記留め具組立体が、前記留め部材の前記頭部の周囲に配置される前記容器内で冠状体を有し、前記冠状体が前記連結部材の前記通路および前記留め部材の前記工具係合用凹部と位置合わせ可能な貫通孔を有する、請求項45に記載のシステム。
- 椎骨本体に隣接して配置される板部材を椎骨本体に固定し、椎骨を正しい位置に位置決めする留め具組立体において、
近端部および遠端部分を有する留め部材であって、前記遠端部分は、骨部材との係合のために、前記近端部から延びる、留め部材と、

- 前記留め部材が前記遠端部分に沿ってネジを付けられたシャフト、および前記近端部で広げられた頭部を有する、請求項47に記載の組立体。

- 前記部材が前記座部分に当てて固定されると、前記複数の隆線が前記冠状体を係合させ、前記隆線と前記冠状体との間の前記係合により、前記留め部材が前記連結部材に対して枢動することを阻止する、請求項51に記載の組立体。
- 前記柱が当該柱の長さの大部分に沿って滑らかである、請求項47に記載の組立体。
- 前記柱が当該柱の遠端部に隣接してネジ付きの輪郭を有し、前記部材が、前記座部分と接触して前記ネジ付き輪郭とネジ式に係合可能な係止部材である、請求項53に記載の組立体。

前記容器内で前記頭部を枢動捕捉するために、前記容器の遠端方向に配置した遠端開口内で前記連結部材に係合可能な保持用クリップと、
前記容器内で前記留め部材の前記頭部の周囲に配置される冠状体であって、前記板部材と接触して配置するために、前記冠状体は少なくとも1つの座部分を含み、前記座部分は、前記少なくとも一つの側壁開口窓を通って延びる、冠状体と、
前記板部材を前記座部分と接触して前記連結部材に固定するように、前記板部材と接触して前記柱に係合可能な係止部材と、を有し、
前記冠状体は、前記少なくとも1つの側壁開口窓から前記連結部材内に受け入れられ、前記留め部材は、前記遠端開口から、前記容器内に受け入れられる、脊椎インプラントシステム。 - 前記柱が、前記柱の縦軸に沿って延びて前記受入部分の前記容器と連通する内側通路を有する、請求項61に記載のシステム。
