Conventional sound collectors are either a “chip type” in which the speaker unit and the amplifier unit are integrated and directly inserted into the ear hole, or an “earphone type” in which the amplifier unit is separated and the speaker unit is provided with a cord, or paper, etc. An “origami type” is known in which a thin plate is folded and attached directly to the ear.
However, the “chip type” is small and difficult to handle, and the “earphone type” has disadvantages such as the cord and the amplifier section being in the way, and the “origami type” is unstable in holding on the ear. It was.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances. Conventionally, when the elderly cannot hear, the sound pressure is increased by covering the back of the earlobe with a hand.
This plan is an application of that principle. Specifically, the sound collection cover that covers the ear is attached to the band, and it is fixed simply by placing it on the ear, facilitating attachment / detachment to the ear, microphone, speaker, amplifier, battery, etc. It is intended to provide an “ear cover type sound collector” that is practical and inexpensive by increasing the sound collection sound pressure to the ear with the ear cover without using the sound.

The structure and use method of the present plan will be described below with reference to FIGS.
FIGS. 1 to 3 show a first embodiment of the present invention. The right side of the ear cover 1a and the left side of the ear cover 1b in FIGS. 1 and 2 are symmetrical, and have a substantially box shape with the front side and the inside open. The front side serves as a sound collection window from the front, and the inner side covers the periphery of the ear. The ear cover is made of a hard resin or the like, and needs to be thick to improve sound vibration reflection. The substantially box-shaped ear cover is shaped to cover the ear, and is not limited to a square, but may be U-shaped. The two bands have an inverted U-shape and are provided with 2a elongated notch groove right and 2b elongated notch groove left at the ends, respectively, 1c corner boss right and 1d corner boss left on the outside of the ear cover. Is engaged with the elongated notch groove, and a 1e screw hole is penetrated through the center thereof. They are combined as shown in FIG. 3 and fastened with three hexagon screws and four nuts. In addition, the width of the square boss is slightly smaller than the width of the elongated notch groove, and when the nut is loosened, the ear cover is not rotatable in the elongated notch groove and can move only in the vertical direction. Become. The material of the band is a metal plate bent into a U-shape, but the material should have a strength below a certain level and bend beyond a certain level in order to adjust the head size of the user and the pressing force to the ear of the ear cover. It is preferable to select a material that can deform the initial shape when stress is applied. Molding with a resin material may be used in place of the metal plate, but heating is required to cause deformation.
Furthermore, when considering the fine points, it is preferable to consider the touch by adhering a foamed urethane foam or the like around the inner surface side end surface of the ear cover.
Next, a second embodiment of the present plan will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 4 is an exploded view of the second embodiment of the present plan. Unlike the first plan, the ear cover is substantially U-shaped, and the rear part of the ear is semicircular and the external sound wave is reflected by the semicircular surface. Has the effect of collecting in the ear canal. The connection structure between the ear cover and the band has a 1c square boss right and a 1d square boss left at the approximate center of the outer surface of the ear cover, and is inserted into the 2 band 2a elongated notch groove right and 2b elongated notch groove left, The height of the angular boss is set slightly lower than the outer surface of the two bands.
On both sides in the horizontal direction of the square bosses, there are provided six semicircular bosses in contact with the outer rules of the elongated notch groove inside the two bands, and three hexagonal screws are provided from the inner side of the ear cover as shown in FIG. Insert into 1e screw hole, and fix with 4 nuts through 7 washers and 5 springs from the outside of the band.
To explain the function, the corner boss of the ear cover engages with the elongated groove of the band, and the apex of the six semicircular boss is pressed against the inside of the band by the tension of 5 springs. Therefore, the ear cover cannot rotate with respect to the band, and can move in the vertical direction against the pressure contact force, and the tilting up and down becomes unstable. When the ear cover is attached to the ear, the inner surface side of the ear cover is Stabilizes in contact with the periphery of the ear. The tension of the 5 springs can be varied by the rotation of the 4 nuts.
Next, a third embodiment of the present plan will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 6 is an exploded explanatory view of the third embodiment of the present invention, and the shape of the ear cover is the same as that of the second embodiment. The connecting structure of the ear cover and the band is provided with a pin hole through which two 1f pin guides are juxtaposed in a horizontal direction with a gap at the approximate center of the outer side surface of the ear cover and through which 8 pins pass. Nine shafts with a width slightly narrower than the narrow notch groove width of the band are inserted into the gap, and 8 pins penetrating the pin hole provided in the shaft and the pin hole of the 1f pin guide are inserted. The outside of the 9 shaft is provided with a thin pin and a male screw, and is fixed with 4 nuts through 5 springs on the outside of the band as shown in FIG.
Explaining the function, the semicircular boss apex at the tip of the 1f pin guide of the ear cover is pressed against the inside of the band by the tension of 5 springs.
Next, a usage method will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 8 shows the state of use of the present plan, and the ear cover is attached with the side opening portion on the front side of FIG. When the width of the head and the width of the band are inappropriate, in the first embodiment, the band may be deformed and adjusted. When the setting positions of the band and the ear cover height are inappropriate, the nut may be loosened and corrected to an appropriate position, and the nut may be tightened.
In the second and third embodiments, the width of the head and the width of the band correspond to elastic deformation of the band, and the setting of the height position of the band and the ear cover can be arbitrarily set against the tension of the spring. Move to the position. The parallelism between the ear cover and the band is such that the six-circle boss protruding from the outer side of the ear cover or the semi-circular portion of the tip of the 1f pin guide is in contact with the inner side of the band. The tilt can be varied, and the tilt of the ear cover is automatically fitted to the tilt around the ear.
In the test by the inventor's prototype, wearing this product has the same effect as rolling your hand and putting it behind your ears, and speaking voice that can be heard by people with normal hearing Also became fully audible.
Next, Fig. 9 shows the state of non-use of the present plan. When the ear cover sound collector becomes unnecessary, it is prevented from being stepped on it or taken out again when necessary. It is very convenient to keep the band on your neck. I think this should also be evaluated as a great effect of integrating the band and the ear cover.
