Claims (10)
- QoS(Quality of Service)を提供するため、ネットワークを介しメッセージコンテンツを有するデータを通信する方法であって、
ソフトウェアアプリケーションからデータを受信するステップと、
前記データが帯域幅制限された通信ネットワーク宛のものであるときに限って、通信システムにおいて前記データに優先順位を割り当てることによって前記データを優先順位付けするステップと、
前記データが帯域幅制限された通信ネットワーク宛のものでないとき、前記通信システムにおいて前記データをバイパスするステップと、
前記優先順位付けするステップは、メッセージコンテンツに少なくとも部分的に基づき前記データを区別することを含み、
前記受信するステップと優先順位付けするステップは、データ通信システムのネットワーク通信プロトコルスタックのトランスポートレイヤにおいて及び/又はの上位で実行される方法。 - 前記データは、少なくとも部分的にプロトコル情報に基づき区別される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記データは、少なくとも部分的にユーザにより規定されたルールに基づき区別される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記優先順位付けするステップは、前記データをシーケンス化することを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記データは、少なくとも部分的にユーザにより規定されたルールに基づきシーケンス化される、請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記区別するステップは、アプリケーションプログラムに透過である、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記データは、QoSを提供するよう優先順位付けされる、請求項1記載の方法。
- データを通信するシステムであって、
ソフトウェアアプリケーションからデータを受信し、
前記データが帯域幅制限された通信ネットワーク宛のものであるときに限って、前記データに優先順位を割り当てることによって前記データを優先順位付けするよう構成される通信システムに前記データを通信し、
前記データが帯域幅制限された通信ネットワーク宛のものでないとき、前記通信システムにおいて前記データをバイパスし、
よう構成される少なくとも1つの電子回路を有し、
前記データは、少なくとも部分的にメッセージコンテンツに基づき前記データを区別することによって優先順位付けされ、
前記優先順位付けは、当該システムのネットワーク通信プロトコルスタックのトランスポートレイヤにおいて及び/又はの上位で実行されるシステム。 - 前記通信システムは、前記データをシーケンス化するよう構成されるシーケンス化コンポーネントを有する、請求項8記載のシステム。
- 前記通信システムは、少なくとも部分的に前記データの優先順位に基づき、前記データを整理するよう構成されるデータ整理コンポーネントを有する、請求項8記載のシステム。
