Description
Claims (13)
- 医療機器において、
作業ルーメンを有する細長いシャフトと、
該作業ルーメン内に開いた状態で配置されるステープルであって、該ステープルはブリッジ部で接続された第一の歯と第二の歯とを含み、該ステープルは形状記憶材料を更に含み、該形状記憶材料の変態温度以上の温度で、開いた状態から閉じた状態に移行するように構成されているステープルと、
を含み、
該第一の歯は該作業ルーメン内にある時、該第二の歯の遠位に配置され、該第二の歯の端部が該第一の歯に向かって曲がっており、該第二の歯の端部が該作業ルーメン内にある時は、概して該シャフトの遠位方向を向くようされている医療機器。 - 該第一の歯と該第二の歯の少なくとも一方が、該開いた状態で概して該ブリッジ部の線に沿って伸長している、請求項1に記載の医療機器。
- 該ステープルが体内組織への送出後、該閉じた状態にされる、請求項1に記載の医療機器。
- 該第一の歯と該第二の歯が該閉じた状態で互いに向かって曲がり、それにより切り口の閉鎖を可能にする、請求項3に記載の医療機器。
- 該細長いシャフトの該作業ルーメンを貫通して伸長する制御機構を更に含む、請求項1に記載の医療機器。
- 該形状記憶材料の該変態温度が摂氏約32度から摂氏約40度の範囲にある、請求項1に記載の医療機器。
- 該形状記憶材料が形状記憶合金である、請求項1に記載の医療機器。
- 該形状記憶合金がニッケルとチタンを含む、請求項7に記載の医療機器。
- 該細長いシャフトが近位部分、遠位部分及び該遠位部分に沿って配置されたスロットとを更に含み、該スロットは該ステープルの一部分が通過可能に構成されている、請求項1に記載の医療機器。
- 該シャフトは該細長いシャフトの遠位端に軸方向スロットを更に有し、該スロットは該ステープルの一部分が通過出来るように構成されており、
該ルーメンに沿って伸長する制御部材であって、該制御部材は、該ステープルを体内組織に送出するようにされている制御部材と、
を有し、
該ステープルは、体内組織に配置されると閉じた状態を取る、請求項1に記載の医療機器。 - 該制御部材が該ステープルを体内へ順次段階的に送出するようにされた、請求項10に記載の医療機器。
- 該形状記憶材料が高温相と低温相とを有する、請求項10に記載の医療機器。
- 該ステープルが該開いた状態で該形状記憶材料の低温相を有し、該閉じた状態で該形状記憶材料の高温相を有する、請求項12に記載の医療機器。
